Esta dulce casa de 2 dormitorios cuenta con espacios privados en el jardín y se encuentra a 5 minutos a pie de la ciudad y la playa, así como de fácil acceso a las rutas de senderismo en el monte. Tamalpais El dormitorio principal tiene baño privado, muchas ventanas y su propia terraza privada. El espacioso segundo dormitorio tiene un baño al final del pasillo. El salón tiene chimenea y vistas al mar. La soleada cocina tiene encimeras de granito y una mesa de comedor. La bonita terraza y el jardín son perfectos para la vida al aire libre. Parrilla de gas. Se admiten perros Inquilinos que traen mascotas: tarifa adicional por cada mascota: $ 25 / noche con un límite de $ 150 por semana para estadías más largas, tarifa adicional de $ 50 por limpieza. Lovely to hear the waves from the deck. Easy walk to the beach if you are used to hills, which I am. Comfy beds and a nice roomy living room.

Summer break

Our second year staying at this location. A great spot to get away with easy Stinson Beach access. Home is very comfortable and a great base to exposure the California coast. A few steps from some of the best hiking trails in the area.

Sweet little set up

This home is nicely decorated and appointed. The textiles were comforting and cozy. There is a ton of natural light and the kitchen had all we wanted. Only problem we had was an alarm from the septic tank. We contacted the property manager and it was promptly attended to. On that note, my boys thought the bidet was great. What a fun weekend!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We waited until shortly before our vacation time. So, we didn’t have a lot of choices. However, this property was entirely adequate. Two bedrooms and TWO bathrooms. A great garden entrance. A very old house nicely updated. A view of the surf was possible if you stand. No view of the surf if setting. Great location otherwise. There is parking for two cars on the street. The neighbors did take one of them but when asked quickly moved their car before other guests arrived. The heat was inadequate. No need for a/c. Hiway One staff are knowledgeable and very helpful. Check in/out was a breeze. Try to avoid the weekend.

Quick to hop on 1 to visit other sites in the area (Point Reyes or Muir Woods, as examples). Deck is also fantastic to hang out in. Would definitely stay here again.

Kitchen and home in general are well equipped, the home is charming and fairly comfortable. Very pretty garden. There are lots of windows and it is very well lit. That being said, the home would benefit from some more shades, curtains, or drapes. We have young children and they were waking up super early because it was so bright. Some shades over the skylight in one of the rooms would be helpful. I also think the place could be elevated with some better furniture, like a proper couch, but overall a nice place to stay in a good location.

The heat was a mixed bag with some rooms warm and others cold. It was not easily adjustable. And the furniture was nice but not particularly comfortable.

We are sorry that this guest was not warm enough. The weather here is generally pretty mild, but if he had asked we would have provided him with space heaters and/or extra blankets. Our office is open 7 days a week, and we want all of our guests to be happy and comfortable!

LoVed the open feeling and brightness -- the color scheme was appealing and coordinated. The grill was excellent. Would have liked to have more cutting boards and baking supplies in the kitchen - as well as matches for the fireplace. The garden needed a little trimming - and may have opened some more views of the water. There are really nice well established plants. Overall it was wonderful. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
