Nice condo that was spacious and fully stocked. Exceptional views of the beach and water. Easy access to everything you will need and more. It was quiet and peaceful at this rental during our stay. Absolutely stunning sunsets.

Stay was Great

Overall, everything was great. A couple small hiccups but things do happen, nothing to really concern us. Could use a little improved oversight on things like Cable TV functionality and minor things, but overall stay was fantastic and location was perfect!

due to flight time, arrived late and was confused about lay out of property

Property was very nice, loved screened in deck. Were some damages to property that had never been reported. Informed management of them when we became aware of same.Most things were well taken care of and well supplied. View was great, and good seating on Deck.

UNBEATABLE VIEW AND BEACH

Overall we are more than satisfied and would stay here time and time again. Well appointed room with fully equipped kitchen and in unit laundry. 9th floor with a view as far as the eye can see on the best beach, literally can't beat this location. My only negative experiences are with the property manager and the HOA (not the owner) this property manager (Christie) is difficult. The flapper arm on our toilet broke, I called her to let her know that it was broken and my husband offered to replace it if they were able to supply the part. The property manager laughed at me sarcastically, said she would need to ask her boss. She then proceeded to barrage me telling me to repeat exactly what was wrong with the toilet and to take pictures, continued on stating that getting a plumber to me would be difficult and she has had to deal without of problems at the bldg. I responded negatively and by the time we returned to the room it was fixed. Literally a 10 part and 5 minutes time to which we were willing to fix ourselves. The HOA was unwilling to work with us at all because we booked through VRBO which is why we had to reach out to the property manager. We also needed help on check in day (a Saturday) and the office is closed, office hours are M-Th 9-5 only. Both were minor inconveniences and neither were the owner's fault.

Unit missing essentials and needs better communication

The unit had damage when we arrived - one of the screens was out on the lanai (very dangerous!) and the garbage disposal was not working. We reported the info to the owner who said the property manager would be informed - but nothing ever happened (until after we left). Additionally, the unit is missing essentials like a toaster, measuring cups and sufficient silverware. We finally found a regular coffee maker as a K-cup machine was the only thing sitting out. You also need to provide your own dishwashing soap, bath soap and extra toilet paper. On the positive side, the unit has an excellent location with a beautiful view. Appliances have been upgraded (although not shown in pics). The complex is unique for the area with 2 pools as well as beach access. Overall I would recommend renting this unit - but just be aware of the missing essentials and lack of good communication.

Siesta Key is wonderful. Crystal Sands is great. The condo was okay but not updated. Great views.
