Esta encantadora casa recientemente renovada fue construida en 1888 y está justo en el corazón de Cape Charles en un lote de esquina. ¡Está cerca de la destilería, el parque, las tiendas y la playa! En el primer piso, encontrará una gran sala de estar, un salón, un comedor, un baño y una espaciosa cocina. El segundo piso tiene 3 dormitorios y 2 baños completos. El ático del tercer piso ha sido terminado recientemente. Cuenta con 2 camas individuales y una cama de matrimonio. Es un espacio abierto enfriado y calentado con un mini split.

Todos los colchones (excepto el completo en el piso superior) son colchones de espuma viscoelástica.

So close to shops and restaurants, great location! The house is perfect and we comfortably sat in the living room and dining room, love the decor! The layout is awesome!! We’ll be back for sure!

The best stay we have had at CC so far!! The house was spotless. Everything was described perfectly and worked as it should. The location was perfect. The living room had enough seating for everyone, which we have found challenging in other homes. My kids adored the little attic room! I cannot say enough positive things about the Baydream Believer. We will definitely stay here again!

Another great stay at Baydream Believer

My 12 year old daughter and I took advantage of a long weekend and stayed at Baydream Believer this past weekend. We had a wonderful time! The location is perfect for walking to the beach, shops, and park. The house is so charming, clean, and in great shape as well as being equipped with everything you could need. The hosts are always wonderful.to communicate with. Already can’t wait for our next visit!

Always a great stay at Baydream Believer

As a family, we have been staying here for several years now. We always have an excellent time. It’s easy to reach out to the hosts if we need to there is plenty of room for the kids and grown-ups to spread out and the house is always well stocked with whatever we are looking for. The Best Stay

Ahren was so helpful with our trip/stay! We enjoyed the home and the town. Clean, comfortable, and relaxing vibes! There was so much space for my family, very cozy space, and there was plenty of room for some alone time here and there. The town is absolutely lovely! Right out of a movie.

Wonderful Stay in Cape Charles!

We had a wonderful trip and greatly enjoyed our stay! The house is beautifully decorated and comfortable for relaxing with family and friends. Bay dreaming made easy…

Baydream Believer is a quaint, stylish, unique property; a mix of Boho and MCM. We love older homes lovingly restored! The space is inviting and enjoyable. Every room was spacious. The HVAC units worked wonderfully on the first and second floors. The wall unit and small fan on the top floor helped our children get comfortable. This home has a perfect location in Cape Charles! Two blocks to Mason St (main), three blocks to the beach, and just over a block to the wonderful park/playground. We walked or carted everywhere. There was an issue with cleanliness that the owner Ahren was immediately able to address by having the cleaning lady right over. We were impressed by how concerned and quickly responsive Ahren was. We loved having Turkish towels and a full bag of beach toys available as well as the Speakman shower head! Great hostess. We’d surely stay again.

Beautiful home in great location

This was our second year staying at Baydream Believer and we had another wonderful week! The house is so beautifully decorated and has a perfect room on the top floor for our kids (ages 9, 7, and 4). There’s a cute reading nook room and everything feels clean and well maintained. It is just a couple blocks from the beach and a couple blocks to the shops so the location is excellent. Ahren and Ryan are so kind and quick to respond if anything comes up. Already can’t wait for our next visit!

Excellent stay in Cape Charles

Our family had a great time staying at Baydream Believer in Cape Charles. The house was exactly as the listing described and was charming, spacious, and in a great location. Our children loved the loft and the short walk to the park. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

Wonderful Family Vacation

My husband and I rented this property and two of our adult children joined us, one with a partner. We had a great time. We were a few blocks from the beach and two blocks from town. There was enough to do to keep everyone entertained, but still relaxing. We can't wait to go again next summer. None of us wanted to leave.

Excellent stay in a beautiful home - can’t wait to return

We had a great week at Baydream Believer!! The location is perfect (a few blocks from the beach and from main street) and right by the park. The house is clean and beautifully decorated. Our kids (ages 8, 6, and 3) loved the upstairs kids bedroom. The house is well stocked and there are lots of great books for beach reading! We can’t wait to return!!

Incredible Property, Fabulous Management

We had a fabulous stay at the Baydream Believer to wrap up spring break and my maternity leave! We had two families - 4 adults and 5 kids and there was plenty of extra space. Cape Charles is so charming and everything was accessible by foot from the house (though we did rent a golf cart which the kids thought was a blast)! The house was clean, beautifully decorated, well-stocked, and Ahren was incredibly communicative (she even let us know when the cleaners were finished so we could check in early). We definitely plan to return!

A Wonderful Place To Stay!

We just came back from a perfect, long weekend getaway at Baydream Believer. It is the nicest place we have stayed at Cap Charles and we go as often as we can. The house is very well maintained, even bigger than the photos suggest, warm and inviting. The kitchen is well stocked for any cooking you might want to do, the beds were incredibly comfortable all within the heart of the downtown area. Owner was very responsive and communicative and we are planning on going back to stay there again. Book it, you won't be disappointed!

Hi! We are Ryan & Ahren. We live in Richmond, VA with our family. We have 3 years of experience managing a property in Charlottesville, Va. We fell in love with Cape Charles when we first visited 5 years ago. This past summer, on our own family vacation, things fell into place and we came across this property. We are so excited to share it and this sweet town with you!

This property was built in 1888 and was recently renovated by a couple in town. They did a lovely job. This house has the convenience modern amenities with the charm of the homes that make Cape Charles wonderful!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We are a corner property, so we have lots of outdoor space for your kids to ride bikes, sidewalk chalk, etc. We are one block from the park in the center of town. We are also one block from the business district in town. We are a few blocks back from the beach, so just a short walk and you are there. We love riding our bikes to the beach. Lots of others prefer to rent a golf cart for the week to make getting around town a breeze!
