ESTA PROPIEDAD SE ALQUILA EL SÁBADO HASTA EL SÁBADO. DEBES RESERVAR EN LOS INCREMENTOS DE 7 NOCHES.
¡Vistas espectaculares! Maravillosa playa ¡Escucha las olas! Gran cubierta Casa fantastica Disfrute de sus vacaciones en esta casa bien mantenida de 2000 pies cuadrados y 5 habitaciones con aire acondicionado central. Disfruta del espacio al aire libre en la playa (privado compartido con 6 casas); nade en Nantucket Sound, diviértase en el lujoso césped, descanse en la terraza frente al mar o cene en el patio trasero privado. La casa cuenta con una cocina remodelada y bellamente equipada, una gran sala de estar, (pantalla plana, dvd, equipo de música) área de comedor fuera de la cocina, un área de entretenimiento, (TV de pantalla plana, DVD, VCR, equipo de música, biblioteca, rompecabezas y juegos) , 2 baños completos y dos 1/2 baños, todos ellos remodelados en los últimos tres años. Lavandería ubicada en primer piso. Dormitorio # 1 con una cama queen y 1/2 baño se encuentra abajo. Un baño completo también está en el primer piso. La planta superior tiene cuatro dormitorios: el dormitorio 1 con una cama doble y un baño de ½ baño, televisor de pantalla plana, muchas ventanas y vista al mar. Dormitorio 2 con una cama king, radio Bose, televisor de pantalla plana de techo abierto y un ventanal con hermosas vistas. 3 dormitorios con dos camas individuales, TV de pantalla plana y vistas al mar. El dormitorio 4 tiene una cama queen, una televisión de pantalla plana y vistas (si trae una cuna, esta es la única habitación que se ajusta). Internet inalámbrico hace que esta casa completa. El garaje y el jacuzzi no son para uso de los inquilinos. El estacionamiento es solo para cuatro autos, sin estacionamiento en la calle.

The house has all of the amenities you would need. The most recent improvements are fantastic - firepit, new A/C, whole house generator, new fences, stone walls, plantings, etc. We have so many fond memories. The rental staff are always pleasant and responsive.
