The cottage is cleaned before we arrived and the air conditioners worked great, this is a plus if you have little ones. Fire pit was great for smores and the grill was in good condition with extra tanks in the shed.

I would recommend, but definitely note that the place needs some TLCFirst the GOOD:Martha Murray staff was extremely helpful and pleasantLocation is outstanding, easy walk to the beachProperty was spotlessThe NOT so GOOD:Could certainly use maintenance- Pulled a plug out of an AC outlet and the entire box came out of the wall!- Kitchen layout extremely poor, especially the fridge. Can't open fridge and back doors at the same time.- Counter space poor- Make sure you find out where the breaker box is! Using microwave in combination with most anything else will trip one!- Front deck lighting was poor and that light died 4 days into our stay.
