¡Bienvenido a nuestro nuevo oasis de Cabo-Chic!

¡Sea uno de los primeros en disfrutar de esta propiedad única y de su casa de vacaciones! Listado por primera vez de esta nueva casa con vista a Land's End, la playa y Cabo San Lucas. A solo 15 minutos de la playa Medano y todo lo que el centro de Cabo tiene para ofrecer. Después de un día en la playa, regrese a esta casa con estilo de vida interior / exterior hermosamente amueblada en una nueva comunidad cerrada. Relájate junto a la piscina o camina hasta la nueva casa club.

Si estás buscando un lugar para salir por tu puerta y salir de fiesta en la playa de Medano, este no es el lugar para ti. Sin embargo, si está buscando un lugar tranquilo, con fácil acceso a todo lo que es divertido en Cabo, pero no "en medio de todo", ¡esta es una gran oportunidad! Perfecto para 2-3 parejas, o familias con niños que desean un lugar tranquilo, seguro y con hermosas vistas, muebles de lujo y un ambiente relajado.

Si la piscina privada y la vista de un millón de dólares en la casa no son suficientes, ¡dé un paseo hasta la nueva casa club de Ventanas! 2 piscinas (una familia y una piscina adulta de adultos en el tercer piso). O visite la sala de ejercicios completamente equipada para hacer algo de ejercicio. Luego pase por el restaurante / bar para el desayuno o el almuerzo y una bebida fría (o 3). El acceso a la casa club está incluido en su alquiler y ofrecen actividades para niños, clases de yoga y meditación (consulte con ellos cuando llegue para el programa semanal).

THE BEST LOCATION IN CABO !!

We live and stay in Cabo 6 months of the year and have always stayed closer to town. We are looking to purchase now so what better way to test it out by staying in a house that we can feel at home. Well I can honestly say we have never felt more at home ever in any of our Rentals in Cabo. I am a cook and Foodie as well and the kitchen is a joy to cook in I felt like I had my own cooking show lol Getting up in the morning and jumping in your own pool is something pretty amazing. Roof top has THE best view of the sunset and if its chilly sitting by the fire is pretty spectacular. Most Rentals have the rental feeling and George & Erica have really made it feel like your home away from home...from super comfortable sleep to just laying in the sun and doing nothing all day but relaxing lol Can't forget to mention their manger Juan when we did have questions or needed something he responded right away. We hope to be their neighbours this year we will see !

Great villa out of the craziness!

This is a beautiful and comfortable home that has an AMAZING view of Land’s End and the city lights at night. The house was extremely clean and comfortable and with a great vibe and tasteful decor and furnishings. The owners are extremely responsive and accommodating. The house manager, Juan, was like having a personal concierge who could answer any and all questions and facilitate excursions and dinner reservations. We felt safe and secure in this wonderful home and had a great stay! Highly recommend!!! 🇲🇽

Absolutely Amazing!

This was our second visit and not going to be our last, that is for sure! Amazing home, love everything about this place!! Great job on the updates from last time. We got to enjoy fireworks from the rooftop a couple different evenings. Special thanks to George, Erika & Sikha for sharing your home with us again. And we can't forget Juan for all is help and recommendations. Great seeing him again.

Best place ever!!!

First let me say...this place is amazing!!!!!! The owners are wonderful people and easy to communicate with! We utilized their recommendation and had Sammie pick us up from the airport. He was there waiting for us so we didn’t wait at all. He knows the property well and I felt completely comfortable with him as a driver. Pulling in to the gated community you can tell you are going to love the area! The guys at the gatehouse are so sweet! Once we got to the house, the property manager, Juan, met us and gave a tour and went over all the ins and outs of the place. He also had chips and guacamole waiting for us! I can’t remember if they tell you when you book or not but the whole house has its own water filtration system so you don’t have to worry about using the water at all!! It is completely safe which makes things so much easier especially in the kitchen. I have used VRBO and AirBnB in the past to stay in different places and have been somewhat disappointed each time in the quality of the properties. Not this time!! From the moment I walked in I felt like I was at home. The owners have decorated the house with such a great style! I wish they would come decorate my own house :). You can tell they care about the place and the people who will be staying there. One of my biggest concerns is always about the quality of the bed I will be sleeping on. My whole family slept like babies! The beds are so comfy..the perfect firmness. The kitchen is fully stocked and anything you need will be there. The bedrooms all have their own AC units and fans so everyone can have the room at the temperature they want. I absolutely loved standing in the kitchen with the entire back of the house opened up to the pool. It made it convenient to be able to watch the kids playing in the pool while making dinner. The pool was the perfect temperature and there are lots of chairs to use whether you are suntanning, sleeping or reading a book :) We did go to the clubhouse a few of the mornings and got our workouts done. The gym has everything you need! The upstairs has a 21 and over infinity pool and bar. We also spent one night playing pool there as well. If you want to go into downtown Cabo and don’t have a car (or don’t want to drive) Uber is available and only costs $5-$8 a trip!!!! This is the best place to stay in Cabo I think! We have already booked our 2nd stay here because it is that amazing! Thank you so much Erica and George! It was my best vacation ever!!

Amazing Home in Cabo!

Highly recommend this home! I can’t say enough good things about the place. The owners and property manager were great to work with. Juan checked on us and gave us several great recommendations during our stay. The views, the amenities, the cleanliness and not to mention the tasteful decor were nothing short of spectacular. The location was great, a very short and easy drive to town. All in all, a great place to stay! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home. Hope to come back soon!

The BEST vacation home!

We absolutely loved Casa Sikha! From the moment we drove up to the gated community, we could tell it was going to be perfect. The house is absolute luxury from bottom to rooftop terrace and every single detail is perfection. The photos are accurate but the actual space is even better in person, the finishing are high end and the art, home decor and extra details just make it amazing. The kitchen is fully stocked, everything we needed to celebrate my 40th birthday was there and the hosts even provided a birthday cake, chips, salsa and guacamole upon arrival! Juan was available throughout our stay for anything we needed and he actually brought aloe from his own home to help with one sunburnt guest! The pool was cleaned twice during our stay and we could easily get to Walmart and other shopping a quick 5 minute drive from the house. Neighbours were awesome, we went to town with them one night for dinner! There are so many seating options, multiple areas for lounging, relaxing, reading, suntanning, napping and socializing. The pool is gorgeous and we hardly wanted to leave to explore. We went to Cabo twice, once for dinner and dancing and once for shopping and both times we just wanted to come back to the house! The rooptop patio has an unbelievable sunset view and it's the best place to drink wine and relax at the end of the day. There are even blankets provided for the cooler nights. We also took an afternoon trip up to the clubhouse, which has a gym and two more pools, plus a restaurant for breakfast and lunch. Cabo felt so safe, it is by far my favourite place in Mexico. Car rental is easy and a must, you will want to book one to get around. Be sure to get the insurance too, since some Canadian providers do not cover Mexico and watch out for the speed bumps! The entire house has clean, filtered water too, which was so important to us, so we felt completely relaxed whether brushing our teeth, washing our vegetables or taking a shower! Ice and water dispenser in the fridge, air conditioning, full wall of windows that open onto the patio, Netflix for movie night, even an outdoor bathroom make this house extra special. Thank you so much George, Erika and Sikha, for sharing your lovely home! We are already planning our return trip and have friends and family who want to go and stay as well. You made our stay absolutely perfect and easy and we are so thankful we found your place. Well done and we will see you again soon!

George & Erica from Portland, Oregon. We have been traveling to Cabo with our Daughter Sikha (now 16) for many years & fell in love with the Baja culture, the people, and the Cabo lifestyle. We were blessed to be able to find this home and want to share it a few weeks a year with family & friends, and a few weeks with new VRBO friends! At some point it will be our part-time home in the winter, but for now, we are sharing it with you!

Ranch-Style 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath homes in Cabo are few & far between, and this one is newly constructed. We wanted to be 'off the beach' in a quiet & safe neighborhood, and we think we found the perfect place! Everything you need, including a private pool, and a million dollar view! And only 15 minutes to Medano Beach, or the Marina in Cabo.
