Great location with an amazing view of the beach!

The property was clean and well maintained. We had an excellent view of the beach and gulf. It was conveniently located to local food and shops. Our afterhours check-in and check-out were handled very easily.

Good Time

We enjoyed our stay at the property. We had a great view of sunsets. The property was clean and equipped with everything we needed. This was our first time to the area. We'll definitely be back!

Hurricane aftermath limited the outdoor amenities.

We had stayed here in the past , the deck where my family usually would lay out after a day in the beach was totally blocked off and needed repairs . There was limited seating available at the poolside due to the deck being closed . Other than that our stay was just as expected . Condo clean and in good condition Close proximity to restaurants, office staff nice and helpful . Overall we had a great trip

It was ok

The property was pretty outdated there wasn’t a lot of extra linens and the washer and dryer was very hard to work there was also very basic patio furniture on the back patio the price really didn’t meet the condo accommodations.

Spring break 2022

The problem was no one was there after 5 PM to check in with in person. We had a luggage rack on and could not park in our designated spot. There were signs that said we would be towed if we didn’t park probably. We had to remove it and keep it in our room. The floor in our rooms were absolutely disgusting because our feet were black even after showering. I forgot my slippers so I was grossed out the whole time. The shower curtain kept falling down but our maintenance man did go up right away to fix that. Great location but overall just ok.

this unit was fairly nice except for a couple issues. to sleep 6 which it stated, a pullout couch was needed but the mattress was inflatable and didn't hold air. so first night kids slept on floor. it was remedied the next day. it wasn't reported but the refrigerator made some frequent loud noises that disrupted sleep

Great location. Great view. Liked soap and shampoo dispenser. Need some updating. More towel hooks. Could use new towels. Towels had stains. Overall it was geat and had a goos time.

Excellent location, clean but minimally stocked

Best feature of this rental property is the location. Great view and good access to the beach. The property was clean but showed a bit of wear and tear in places. Kitchen was very minimally stocked with utensils and plates, but no leftover condiments and a tiny box of laundry detergent Would like to have had more utensils.
