Esta hermosa casa se encuentra en un barrio tranquilo cerca del pintoresco pueblo de Cambria. Ubicado en el lado oeste de PCH, disfrutará de todo lo que la brisa del mar tiene para ofrecer, además de las vistas infinitas de las colinas que hacen que esta área sea especial y única. Recientemente renovado con un plano de planta abierto y techos altos, creando un espacio maravilloso para reunirse con sus amigos y familiares. Una cocina grande y bien surtida para preparar comidas para todos. Cuatro dormitorios y tres baños hacen de esta casa una excelente opción para grupos o familias numerosas. Permitimos perros, por lo que incluso su familia peluda puede unirse a usted en su visita a la hermosa Costa Central. ¡Mascota amigable!

This house is amazing! A perfect get away for our big family of 8. The beds were so comfortable!!

I would rent this house again in a heart beat! So clean, upgraded and room for everyone to spread out and enjoy a restful vacation.

Nice house that is conveniently located.

Great house for a girls trip. Enough room for everyone plus 3 bathrooms! Easy access to Hearst Castle, Paso Robles and even Big Sur. We would stay here again!

Family beach trip

We stayed here for a long weekend as a launching point for exploring Cambria and the coast. The house had plenty of space for our family of 6, was dog friendly and had beautiful windows to enjoy the eastern views of the hills. We would absolutely stay again if in Cambria!

Great location, excellent kitchen, nice amenities

Came with my family for the holidays and spent a week here. Great views from the living room and the kitchen is much better stocked than most rentals (spices, tools, pots/pans, etc). If you plan to cook some meals, this is a great place to stay. The house was very clean and well-maintained. Couldn't figure out how to use the fireplace, but aside from that, a great stay.

Enjoyable Extended Family Gathering Property

Property was as advertised. There was a bit of confusion with on-street parking, neighbor on Londonderry across from this property objected to our parking there despite the written instructions asking us to park there. We accommodated her and moved east about half a block. Otherwise a pleasant stay.

Fantastic house!

Fantastic house. The house is laid out very nicely so everyone can have their private space while still having a wonderful gathering area for the whole family. The beds are incredibly comfortable as well which is a nice surprise! The yard is sweet to hang out in and the neighborhood wonderful to walk around. Pet friendly which is extra appreciated! Only thing is there is no use of the fireplace. I highly recommend

A well equiped and maintained property. High quality appliances and kitchen equipment. Nice view of surrounding mountains. Quiet neighborhood and upscale. Easy access to Cambria. Weekend Stay

We were only here for 2 nights. The property was clean and comfortable. Great view of the hills. Grill could use a good cleaning, but was still fine to use. Water pressure in upstairs showers isn't great, but maybe because of conservation efforts. Well stocked. Appreciated the shower supplies and abundance of towels and linens.

Enjoying after lockdown in 2021

We loved the view, location to town and hiking trails in Harmony and Cayucos. The main disappointment was the mattress in the Master Bedroom which was sagging. A couple of lights in the bathroom and a bedroom were not working.

The BBQ's ignition does not work nor does the temperature gage; it needs a new can opener in the kitchen; install a dimmer switch on the lights above the kitchen island. We had dinner one night at Indigo Moon which was fantastic and breakfast at the Creekside Garden Cafe which was also very good. We look forward to a return next year and would highly recommend Rolling Hills Vista Cottage. Thank you.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I, along with our grown sons and their families,had a very pleasant stay at the Rolling Hills Cottage. There was plenty of room to stretch out even with two dogs and two preschoolers. Highlights for the week were the clear skies and stargazing at night, nearby hiking, and bedrooms away from the living space. The management/owner went out of their way to make sure that we were comfortable and had everything we might need and responded quickly to our needs and requests. . I would definitely recommend this rental to a friend.

Wish the fireplace was actually a usable fireplace -- that was a bummer. 4 full bedrooms which is really nice. Downstairs bedroom has NO vents so it's freezing in the winter. Yard is sweet. Wonderful neighborhood to walk around and very easly/close to town. VERY much appreciate dog friendly! I'd stay there again for sure. Management Co was good, too. Thank you
