Apartamento para 4 personas, se encuentra en el barrio del 'Poblenou', cerca de la 'villa Olimpica' , a poca distancia andando de la playa y a sólo 4 paradas de metro del centro de Barcelona (Catedral , Las Ramblas, etc..).
La parada de Metro 'llacuna', está a 50 metros del apartamento..
Poblenou es un barrio repleto de pequeñas calles acogedoras donde comer y beber.
Ideal para familias y parejas, muy acogedor donde conviven familias autóctonas y extranjeras que han elegido el barrio para vivir con sus familias, por el entorno y la seguridad.
El apartamento dispone de 2 habitaciones, salon-comedor y una cocina totalmente equipada con platos, sartenes, nevera, lavadora, cuarto de baño con ducha y wc.

Excellent!

We had a very enjoyable week in Barcelona and this apartment was superb. Close to the beach, metro station and shops, and in a peaceful neighbourhood that was a pleasure to come back to each day. Jordi was very helpful and we had everything we needed. Highly recommended!

Wonderful and authentic city location

This apartment is perfect for a couple or small family. We were two adults and our 16 year old son and it was ideal for us. Good facilities and great communication from the hosts who were also really helpful. Area is authentic and its lovely walking down to the beach in the evenings past all the little shops and restaurants. Lots of locals so a bit less tourist focussed than other parts of the city which we prefer. Great holiday. Wonderful city

Amazing!!!

We had a amazing time here in Poblenou. Everything what you read and see on Homeaway is better in reality! The aerobus from the airport brings you straight to the heart of Barcelona where you can take the subway to the apartment. It is a great place for who wants to see more. The Subway, 'Llacuna' is very near of the apartment and you can go anywhere you want! Kathedral, La Ramblas, Sagrada Familia, Park Guel, Park Ciutadella, Arena, FCB Camp Nou and more and more... The apartment is in a quiet and beautiful area. It is also a nice place for people with children. In the house there are precautions taken for the safety of small children. There is a balcony with sliding door, you can close it so little children can't go outside. There are also safety latches on cabinets and drawers . The apartment is very nice, cozy and clean! I was surprised in all the things that was in the house. Spices for cooking, things for cleaning, . Also the beach, supermarket, bakery, pharmacy and great restaurants are very near. The apartment is really a great place when you want to do and see a lot of things from Barcelona and the neighborhood! Playgrounds, soccer fields, beaches, places to skateboard, parks and sports facilities. About Jordi, he is really very kind. We get a warm welcome, and he gave us the feeling that his apartment is our apartment. He told us all we need to know and everything we need. Jordi is also near, so when you can't find something or need to ask something, Jordi is there. So to make it short: Poblenou beach is a great place for families and couples. For people who like to go to a disco and like to party should go closer to the center. Again, a great place, we had a great time! Jordi and Alicia, thanks you so much again!!

Estancia súper agradable

El apartamento es ideal para un matrimonio con 1 hijo. Tiene todas las comodidades, está a 1 cuadra de una rambla, 1 cuadra de la estación de metro, mini supermercado a 10 metros, farmacia en la esquina, playa a 5 cuadras. Más no se puede pedir. Alicia -la anfitriona- muy servicial y gentil. Volvería al mismo lugar.

The apartment was very beautiful and clean, moreover they prepare everything you need. The neighbourhood is reassuring and beautiful. The beach is not far away from the apartment and there is a supermarket around it too. Jordi is really friendly, it was a real pleasure to meet him. If you want to spend a good time in Barcelona you should reserve this apartment !!

Excellent Séjour - A refaire

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette appartement tous équipés, proche de la plage a pieds 500m et de tous les transports et commerce,... Le quartier est super et on est a 20 à 30 minutes de marche des monuments important de Barcelone... Les propriétaires sont très gentils, ils ont prie le temps de nous expliquer les points importants a visiter sur BARCELONA... Et l'appartement était parfait, car il y avais tous pour notre confort.

5 star apartment with 6 star host

Very good apartment and great location!!! Metro and bus stops about 50 meters from apartment.Great neighborhood! The beach is 7 minutes away from the flat. All necessary tools and equipment (dishes, washing machine,washing powder shampoo, shower gel and much more...). You can relax and don't worry, because in this apartment you can find everything what you need and feel like at home :) Owner of this apartment very nice. He explained where to go better and cheaper and if you have some problem you can trust him and ask him for a help all the time and he will help you for sure. Amazing vacation. Thank you :)

Très bon séjour

Très bon séjour, l'appartement est très bien équipé et très bien situé. Nous étions juste à côté du bus et de la ligne de métro, et à quelques minutes de la plage en passant par la Ramblas très agréable la journée comme le soir. Les propriétaires ont été vraiment parfaits, très très gentils et serviables, ça a vraiment été un grand plaisir de discuter et de partager quelques moments avec Jordy. Un très bon séjour

Nous avons vraiment passer un bon séjour, l'appartement est propre et fonctionnel et l'accueil est formidable ! Jordi a vraiment tout mi en oeuvre pour nous faciliter la vie, il a même accepté de récupérer nos bagages à 8h du matin ! Seul petit soucis, mais je pense qu'il s'agit plus d'une erreur venant du site que de Jordi, après vérification nous avons payé la taxe de séjour deux fois ...

Juillet 2015 - All is perfect!

Un accueil digne d'un 5 étoiles. Jordi et sa famille sont très accueillants et soucieux du bien être de leurs hôtes. Un appartement idéalement situé, dans un quartier calme. Tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin se trouve à 2 pas, mais ne vous inquiétez pas Jordi et Alicia ont déjà pensé à tout. L appartement est agréable, propre et très bien équipé, il n'y manque rien. Nous y reviendrons!

Appartement très bien situé, sur une ligne de métro qui permet de joindre vite le centre et les principaux sites touristiques de la ville (aussi pas mal de bus à proximité).Quartier très agréable et calme, un peu bobo-hipster, avec plein de commerces, magasins bios et de restos (joli petit marché couvert aussi à 10 min). Près de la plage (propre et vaste). Appartement bien équipé et très pratique pour nos filles (presque 4 ans et 7 mois) merci pour les jeux, tapis de jeux, poussette, petite baignoire, parasol, chauffe-biberon...

L'appartement avec un petit balcon est situé dans un quartier calme au premier palier d'un petit immeuble tranquille, avec ascenseur. Il est situé à proximité de tous commerces -et bons restaurant, sur les "Ramblas Poblenou" qui mènent directement à la mer. Il est à 2mn d'une station métro qui amène en centre ville. Possibilité non négligeable de se garer gratuitement, à 15 ou 20 mn de marche, en direction de littoral, le long du cimetière. Alicia et Jordi sont très très gentils, disponibles et très soucieux du bien être de leurs locataires ; ils habitent pas très loin de l'appartement ce qui peut être pratique. Je recommande sans hésitation cette location.

Perfect Holiday

Very nice appartement, jordi was really friendly and very helpfull. He took us from the airport and organized the taxidriver for the departure. The appartement is clean, full equipped, there were also toys for our children. Also the location of the flat is perfect, near to the beach, the next metro 100 m, you find shops, markets and a bakery in the proximity. Everything ok Thanks jordi

The best option for a perfect stay in BCN

Este lindo apartamento de dos dormitorios tiene todo lo necesario para que las vacaciones en BCN sean las mejores: wifi, lavarropas, baño y cocina a nuevo, etc. Además, se encuentra ubicado a 100 metros del Metro que va al centro de la ciudad, y esta parada cuenta con ascensor. Poblenou en sí mismo vale la pena también. Pero más allá de estas comodidades, la cordialidad y amabilidad de sus dueños hacen la diferencia. Fuimos con una bebé de año y medio y no sólo nos dieron la cuna, sino también una bañera para bebés y hasta juguetes! Nuestras dos semanas en BCN fueron inmejorables gracias a ellos. En definitiva: este apartamento es la mejor opción para una estadía perfecta en BCN. This cozy 2-bedroom apartment has everything you need to make your holidays in BCN the best: wifi, washing machine, fully refurbished bathroom and kitchen, etc. Also, it is only 1 block away from the nearest subway station (which has an elevator) of the Yellow Line, which takes you downtown. However, it is worth spending some time in Poblenou itself, especially at La Rambla during the night. But besides all these amenities, it’s the kindness and friendliness of its owners that truly make the difference. We went with a 1.5 y.o. toddler and they provided us with the cradle, a baby bath tub and even toys! Our 2-week holiday in BCN was unbeatable thanks to them. In a few words: this apartment is the best option for a perfect stay in BCN.

nice flat in a quiet aera of barcelona

nice small flat, with a lot of facilities, very close to the metro that can bring you everywhere easily. Very clean place, aera is very quiet, beach is very close and we enjoyed the sea , even in end of october. suitable for family. very warm welcome with good tips ! I would recommand to a friend.

Accueil très chaleureux, avec à notre arrivée saucisson de pays et quelques boissons mis gentiment à notre disposition. Propriétaires charmants, disponibles si besoin. Appartement propre, lumineux, cuisine toute équipée dans petit immeuble à 10 min du centre en métro. Vraiment pas déçu de ce petit séjour, nous recommandons.

Appartement bien situé à recommander!

Super appartement, venant d'être rénové et situé dans un quartier calme. A deux pas du métro Ilacuna sur la ligne jaune. Nous sommes venus avec deux jeunes enfants et ils allaient à la plage en trotinette à la plage via la Rambla, c'était bien sympa. L'accueil reçu de Jordi et Alicia était plus que parfait, nous sommes arrivés très tard et nous repartions très tôt, ils se sont toujours montrés disponibles et de bon conseil. Le quartier n'est pas (encore) envahi par les touristes (que nous sommes, certes) cela fait du bien de sortir et d'entendre parler catalan, il y a de beaux parcs qui méritent d'être découverts à 15 minutes de marche : El parque del centre de Poblenou et, plus connu: le Parc de la Ciutadella (on rejoint donc vite le centre ville). Nous avons découvert le quartier du Forum où il y a un musée des sciences naturelles valant le détour et celui-ci est entouré d'une plaine de jeux qui ravira les enfants. Le supermarché est vraiment tout près et il y a un arrêt de bus à deux pas, l'appartement est donc bien connecté à la ville!

Fantastic location,extremely clean, wonderful host

The property was so clean and beautiful it was comfortable and it was just like home. Jordi was so kind and helpful to us. We had two children with us and he really made them feel welcome also. The property had a fully equip kitchen with everything we needed and more! The bedrooms were so clean and spacious and the bathroom the same. I loved the feel of the home and we could have stayed longer it really was a home from home! The location was perfect for the shops,beach and metro. I would highly recommend this property and I the owners were such a pleasure to deal with I will definitely be booking again next year.

Le logement à poblenou est très bien situé, calme. Il nous a permis de découvrir Barcelone .

Très bien situé, proche de la plage et de la rambla de Poblenou pour dîner. On a pris le bus pour découvrir la belle ville de Poblenou. Alicia et Jordi sont des hôtes charmants, plein d'humour que nous avons eu plaisir à rencontrer.

Logement fonctionnel et extrêmement bien situé. Supermarché à 2 minutes, station de métro à 3 minutes et plage à 15 minutes environ. Quartier sympa, parfait point de départ pour rayonner sur Barcelone.

Gute Lage

Super Lage, Parkplatz in öffentlicher Tiefgarage (15 Tage-Tickett ist günstig), Sauberkeit der Wohnung nur mäßig, fehlende Sitzgelegenheiten außer einigen Hockern; die Lage in der Nähe der Rambla Poblenou und zum Strand ist der größte Vorzug der Ferienwohnung.

Somos un matrimonio con un hijo pequeño, y este apartamento ha sido nuestro hogar durante muchos años; es por esto que lo alquilamos con mucho cariño a las familias que quieren pasar sus vacaciones en nuestra ciudad, Barcelona.
Nosotros tratamos directamente con el viajero y realizamos en el apartamento el check in y check out. También estamos a su disposición durante su estancia para lo que necesiten.

a tan solo 4 paradas de metro, estará en la Catedral de Barcelona y en 5 minutos paseando estará en la playa.
