El bungalow tiene 1 dormitorio con una cama queen, un sofá cama, 1 baño, cocina completa, patio pequeño y entrada privada cerrada.

Esta ubicación es ideal para cualquiera que quiera explorar una de las comunidades de playa más populares de San Diego. Está a poca distancia de la playa y del corazón de Ocean Beach. Excellent Stay. Great kitchen. Well Equipped throughout.

Really nice bungalow. Well equipped & cool inside. Lots of nice added extras like a whole lot beach towels, toiletries, food seasonings, a washer dryer & a private yard that we could make use off. Would definitely stay again & recommend. Some family members stayed on a nearby beach hut & that in no way compared with our accommodation! Thanks again for a great stay.

Cute bungalow

Overall our stay was great! The house was perfect for what we needed. As far as parking, we were able to park in front of the house most days, and only had to park a little farther down the street on others. The house was very comfortable, if not cold at night without the A/C during our 4th of July week stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Bungalow in Ocean Beach

I was out of my home for water damage but wanted to stay in the area. The location is great; close to wonderful restaurants, sea world, the zoo, downtown, liberty station, old town, La Jolla and more. Great neighborhood. A block from the beach too! All the comforts of home. Highly recommend.

The home is small but kept very clean. Sarah was great to work with. The area did not appeal to us much. Parking was a little difficult at times.

Great base near the beach

The space is great for three people. Two in the bedroom and one on the futon. There is probably enough room for an inflatable mattress on the floor if you need to squeeze in a 4th. House is clean and had everything we needed. The location is close to the beach and plenty of restaurants and shops. Quick access to the freeway to get anywhere you need to go.

Cute place for a short stay

This was a cute bungalow where my husband and I stayed for two nights, for a friend’s wedding nearby. Super clean, well stocked, and the owner was easy to reach and helpful with food recommendations. All the other reviews state what some of the downsides are: airplanes flying overhead frequently, no A/C (we happened to be staying during an extreme heat wave), and parking can be a little competitive, but it then again it is a beach neighborhood! Overall we had a good experience and would stay there again if needed for a few days. Lots of things in walking distance!

Weekend getaway

This property was extremely clean and is located in a great area. It is a very short walk to the beach. Maybe like a 15 minute walk to the heart of Ocean Beach. We stayed during some of the hottest days here but they did have some fans to help cool down the place a little. An AC unit would be perfect for this little bungalow but this place does not have one. But we spent most of our time outside at the beach so it didn’t matter that much. Overall would come back here in a heartbeat! Great place!

This one bedroom bungalow was perfect for our week stay. So close to the beach, Sea world, Little Italy etc. It was clearn and very well stocked. Loved it!

Great getaway

My husband and I love the vibe and town of OB. This property was great for a few nights stay! Close by to shops/restaurants and the beach! The only thing we didn’t love was the temperature in the bungalow, but we tend to keep our own personal home very cool, so the lack of A/C, especially overnight, was a bit of an adjustment. Overall it was a great property with everything we needed.

This was a nice, clean place with a great location.

The property was pleasant and had a fantastic location. Our only issue was that it did not have an air conditioner. It was very hot and muggy. Because of that. We had to leave the windows open, which made it difficult to block out the airplane sounds. Some better fans or a window air conditioner would be helpful. Otherwise, a very nice place to stay.

Amazing location!!!

Gotta say, the location is incredible. 3 blocks from the beach and 1 block from some amazing restaurants and bars. The house was about as clean as they come. Communication from the owner was great. Very responsive throughout. They also left a book with local places to hit up while in OB. As people always say, nothing can be "perfect"...so the only drawback is that the house is right in the flight path for the SD Airport so flights start @6:30am and end @11pm daily. That being said.....would it prevent me from coming to stay here again? Nope. I would happily stay here again. Overall 10 out 10 I'd stay here again!!

Bungalow Set the Tone for the Most Amazing Vacation Ever!!!!

A.MAZ.ING LOL!!! The listing is super accurate. The manager is super personable and timely. My silly self locked my family out of the unit and Ms. Sarah reacted with a sense of urgency. The bed is very comfortable. The entire community is without central air because the weather is amazing so what a treat to have fresh outdoor air and there's fans provided. The walk to the beach was convenient. I have nothing but positive things to say and the drive to Sea World is literally 6 minutes. Ocean Beach and this rental was great! Parking can be tricky but don't let that deter you!

Wonderful Location

Quiet cozy place tucked in the neighborhood. Close enough to walk to Ocean Beach which has so much stuff to do! It was great sleeping with the windows open and getting the cool breeze in. We rented a car and had no trouble finding street parking super close. Sarah was great at communication. We would have stayed longer if we could have!!

Overall a good place to stay

Sarah always responded quickly and made communication easy. The house was well appointed and modestly furnished with the basic necessities and conveniences for a pleasant stay. The house was very clean and comfortable. The exterior patio was plain and uninviting, but it was clean. The entrance gate numerical lock was often difficult to operate, especially at night when there was no lighting to illuminate the numbers on the lock. Overall, this was a good place to stay for a short visit.

Great Location

Great location, walking distance to delicous food, coffee and the beach. The food and coffee were about a half a block away. The beach was about a 15 min walk but very doable. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything including spices for nights we did not want to eat out. Wouldn't reccomend this neighborhood for light sleepers as the planes taking off from the San Diego Airport are very loud. There is no A/C but opening the windows and turing on the fans was sufficient. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect beach bungalow

This bungalow is super clean, nicely decorated and in a great location. We loved exploring Ocean Beach and it was a easy drive to all our other destinations. Sarah was great at communicating how to check in and seeing if we needed anything. I will definitely be staying here again!

Ocean Beach Cabin

Awesome cabin, great location, very clean and beautiful renovations. About a 15 min walk to the main beach, so we rented bicycles to make it easier. The area is a really cool walkable neighbourhood, lots of scooters, bicycles and skateboards. I would definitely stay here again!!

My name is Sarah Silipo, I was born and raised in a suburb of Chicago. After 35 cold winters I decided to leave everything behind and start a new life in sunny San Diego. I met my husband 2 years later and have a beautiful daughter and another on the way. I was a landlord in Chicago for 10 years before moving to San Diego. I decided to buy this house as an investment to be able to have a place friends and family could stay when they visited. I remodeled the entire property and created a cozy atmosphere people can relax and enjoy. I love to entertain and am always hosting dinner parties at my house. Being raised in an Italian family hospitality brings me joy. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to host you and create a memorable experience.

This is an unique craftsman home that is part of the historical association. This house has the historical charm with the modern day upgrades so you get the best of both worlds. Located just 3 blocks to Dog Beach you can access all of what Ocean Beach has to offer in a 20 minute or less walk. Some of the most popular restaurants are located within a 3 block radius. The lively strip of Newport Ave is less than a mile walk. There is street parking surrounding the house which is pretty accessible. Across the street from the house you will find large recreational park with tennis courts and a skate park.
