Soleado 3 dormitorios y 2 baños con vistas al lago desde toda la parte posterior de la casa. Relájese en la terraza o sumérjase en la piscina a solo unos pasos. Nuestra casa se encuentra en un lote de .25 acres y ofrece total privacidad. A minutos del centro y del lago. Recientemente remodelada casa con ventanas nuevas, pintura y pisos en las habitaciones. Nuevos tocadores de baño y aseos. Remodelación de cocina próximamente pero limpia y funcional ahora. Buscando alquiler de snowbird para los meses de invierno y de corto plazo para los meses de verano para que podamos disfrutar de nuestra casa también.

Lake Havasu Get Away

The home was exactly what the site showed and the weather for June 1-July 1 was excellent. We enjoyed the pool and sunrises and sunsets. We like to run, take the 2 dogs to the 2 dog parks, enjoy the Marina and shopping. I use Planet Fitness which is a great center, lots of machines, clean and they have a nice staff. Overall, we had a nice 1 month stay.

Great house and location

Property is just up the street from the grocery store and a ten minute drive to the Main Street. Location is great, in a nice residential neighborhood. Kitchen is well stocked with pans, drink ware and dishes. The house was clean, and bed was comfortable. Plenty of space in the closets and dresser drawers for clothes. Property is well maintained. Having the pool in the desert heat was nice. The yard and kitchen have a nice view of the lake. Check-in was fairly easy, and check-out instructions are easy, with a pretty simple “to-do” list when vacating the property. Will definitely consider this property again when returning to the area.

Perfect Home Away from Home

The property was just as it was decribed. Easy to check in and very well equiped with everything you would need for a long term stay. Beautiful backyard to watch sunsets and see the lake. The owner was quick to reply to any questions.

Missing host

Property might of been perfect, but we'll never know. Host was MIA and we never heard from them for first few hours when we needed our access code. After flying for four hours my 94 year old father just wanted to go to bed an rest. Thank.

Nice get away

The weather was a little chillier than I expected, but a nationwide cold wave was out of our control, fairly close to shops and ample opportunities to rent boats and four wheelers went to Needles, California Oatman and other deserted towns very dusty, but beautiful

Wonderful place to stay

The house was exactly as the description and pictures, and then some! Fully equipped kitchen and plenty of linens and blankets. We thoroughly took advantage of the pool and the patio. It was Great and relaxing. We enjoyed going to Lake Havasu and spending time on the beach and seeing the London Bridge. We also went to Oatman an old mining town. The donkeys just walked right up to you my grandkids loved that. Convenient location, close to markets, shops and restaurants. We had a fantastic time!! Thank you Lisa

Great Rental! With a Pool!

Myself and two friends from Las Vegas decided to go to Lake havasui for a week and we picked a place with a pool. This house was great, well stocked, clean, and the host had everything you could think of that you would need while you’re on vacation. It was convenient to shopping, restaurants, and the lake. We had our dogs and the yard was perfect. There is a dog park by the water that allows dogs on the beach with a leash. The yard is Completely fenced and there also was a lot of shade in the yard and near the pool. it was very, very comfortable and we would rent there again. Lisa is the perfect host. Thank you Lisa !

Nice stay in Lake Havasu City

A lovely, ideally placed, well equipped, comfortable home, everything you need is there.The hosts left plenty of useful information about the area and points of interest and the communication was fantastic. We enjoyed staying in Lake Havasu for a month and took advantage of everything the area had to offer. Fully recommended.

Havasu Hideout Spectacular

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Havasu Hideout. The space was perfect for our group and it had all the necessities of life. The house was clean and inviting, the rooms were spacious and comfortable. We loved the amazing view from the backyard, from the pool, to the lake. We were close to town and other friends in the area as well. We will definitely consider another stay here.

Nice quiet place with amazing views and easy access to local area

We stayed over a weekend as a last get away before our daughter goes off to college. We had a wonderful time relaxing in the pool, taking in the local entertainment, and enjoying the views and sun sets from the back yard. Would recommend this property to anyone. Owners were very responsive and had clear instructions on how to operate every thing as well as how to successfully check in and check out.

Beautiful Views

This was a great house for watching sunsets and storms. The owners were accessible and helpful. Based on other reviews, the home was less clean than expected; I hope our experience was an aberration. A couple of deferred maintenance issues caused minor disruptions in our schedule. All of the bedrooms are at one end of the house, which would be great for families. It is a great place for anyone traveling with a dog.

Great house!

This is a great house and yard. The property manager checked in making sure we got in and had everything we needed. The pool was clean and fun for all of us. We appreciate that this home is pet friendly and was a deciding factor. We loved our stay!

Wonderful vacation house!

This was our second summer renting this property. We stayed 6 weeks this time. The house is very well-laid out. Plenty of room for our family of 5. Everyone enjoyed the pool and the view. There was room to store our boat, and it helped to be able to use the garage. The kitchen is well-stocked and there are plenty of linens and everything else you would need. We miss it already! Thank you again, Lisa for another great trip!!

Great place to stay

We loved the view of the mountains and Lake Havasu from the patio. The house was super clean, beautifully decorated, new appliances and all the comforts of home. Very friendly neighbors and nice quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again.

Breathtaking Sunsets almost every evening. Fantastic pool.

We were here almost 3 months. Owners were outstanding and easy to communicate with. We would easily try to book this place yearly if we didn't just purchase a house here in Lake Havasu City. This place was perfect, perfect, perfect! Great neighborhood, good friendly neighbors. Lovely CLEAN home.

Rich and I live and work in beautiful wine country in Sonoma county ca. We love our second home in Lake Havasu and hope you enjoy it too. We are avid boaters and also enjoying touring the country on our Harley. We occasionally breed our golden retrievers and most importantly love time spent with family and friends.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

This home is comfortable and close to the lake. It’s roomy with two living rooms offering time for the kiddos to have time away from the parents... the pool is a vinyl liner pool and not heated but very fun in the summer. Our property is private and our neighbors are quiet. With just over .25 acres you’ll feel you have room to spread out. The beds are comfortable and have high quality mattress pads and bedding along with fluffy towels in the bathrooms. We also pride ourselves on offering our home to your fur babies. Please no pets in the pool, it will tear.
