Nuestros 4 apartamentos están ubicados en un edificio privado del siglo XIX ubicado en el corazón del centro histórico de BEAUNE.
El BEAUNE SAINT ETIENNE es un apartamento de 58 m² situado en el segundo piso con ascensor y dispone de una terraza cubierta equipada (8,5 m²).
Es ideal por su ubicación y su amabilidad.
Se compone de un gran salón con cocina amueblada y equipada (nota, solo apartamento sin lavavajillas), zona de comedor, sala de estar, 2 dormitorios con cama de matrimonio de 200×160, cuarto de baño con ducha grande y aseo independiente y una terraza privada amueblada y cubierta.

I can't say enough good things about our stay at Beaune Sweet Home! The apartment is impeccably clean, wonderfully decorated, loaded with extras and a kitchen with everything anyone might need. The beds are more comfortable than my own!Location, location, location. Minutes (maybe 3?) to the center of town, you can walk everywhere in Beaune. I couldn't have found one flaw in this stay. Jocelyn even picked us up at the train station and dropped us off at the end. (even though the station is within walking distance from Beaune Sweet Beaune).If you can, reserve one of these lovely apartments. You won't regret it.

We had a great stay. The apartment is as advertised. Jocelyn and her daughter, Joan were fabulous hosts. The helped us get from the train to their lovely apartment. The linens were so comfortable. We loved having dinner on the terrace. Everything was top notch, the place was spotless, and the communication before and during our stay was very helpful. We ate at a restaurant Joan suggested and it was excellent. Highly recommend staying at Beaune Sweet Home - St. Etienne.

Great location, well equiped

We enjoyed our stay close to the center of Beaune. The parking is a bit far away, but once we learned the way, it worked out well. Kitchen well equipped, air conditioning worked well. We recommend this for up to 4 people. Walk to everywhere.

A little on the small side. Travelling with my elderly mother, the lift was a blessing, however hand rail in shower would be a great addition. Heating was adequate but a little on the cold side.

We stayed for 3 nights in this beautiful apartment in the center of Beaune. The arrangements were made and our host went out of her way to be sure we had everything we needed. The place was clean, and had a lift! Beautiful furnishings and a nice welcome bottle of wine. Joce was so helpful with restaurant reservations and other recommendations. Would come back and highly recommend to others!

Bright, comfortable, spotless apartment

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our 2-week stay in this spotless, well-equipped and beautifully decorated apartment. Everything was provided for our comfort, an abundance of immaculate and fluffy towels, kitchen dishtowels, laundry detergent for the efficient washer, a welcome bottle of wine in the fridge, and an assortment of starter items in the pantry (tea, coffee, sugar, salt, etc.). The kitchen had every possible convenience, bottle openers (of course), salad spinner, a huge assortment of beautiful dishes to choose from, chopping boards, good quality silverware, kitchen knives, everything you could possibly want was close at hand. The location is ideal, inside the charming walled city with a grocery store a block away, lots of boulangeries, patisseries, specialty wine and gourmet stores, everything close at hand. The wi-fi connection was super strong and reliable. But the best part of our stay has to be the owners, Joce and Yan. Lovely people who can't do enough for you, going above and beyond the expected to make your stay easy and enjoyable. I can't recommend this experience enough. We travel to France every year, sometimes twice a year, and this is hands-down the best reception and friendliest hosts we have ever had the good fortune to meet. Enjoy!

Wonderful apartment in a great location in Beaune

We had a perfect stay in downtown Beaune with my wife and in-laws. The location could not have been better - we stepped out the door and were just steps away from local amenities and attractions. Beaune is a small town, so being smack in the center allowed us to get around easily and comfortably take in all the sites. We arrived by car and the friendly owner, Joce, was there to meet us and show us the apartment. An added and unexpected bonus was that they have a car garage nearby where you can park for free using a provided parking pass. The apartment is spacious with 2 separate, private bedrooms (despite what the the property description says) where we all stayed very comfortably. The kitchen - where we prepared most of our (albeit simple) dinners of fruit, bread, cheese and meats from the local shops - is well-equipped. The weather was amazing, so we enjoyed those dinners on the lovely patio, which was easily enough room for the four of us to sit and eat. One thing to note is that there is a church bell directly next door that chimes on the quarter hour from 7am through 10pm or so. If you decide to stay at this great place, and you're sensitive to noise in the night or morning, bring some ear plugs. Communicating and doing business with Joce was very simple. She speaks English well and provided all of the information we needed before arrival via email, and even had a useful homemade folder offering suggestions of things to do in the city and in the region. I highly recommend Beaune Rousseau St. Etienne for couples and small families.

A Fantastic Apartment in Beaune!

The apartment is as described in words and pictures. They have done a brilliant job of combining the old wood beams with modern interior. Jocelyn was fantastic! She was right there to greet and orient us. The apartment is very well appointed and the kitchen has all one would need. The beds are very comfortable. We loved the covered terrace. It rained our first night there and we were still able to enjoy being outdoors. It is very located in the heart of Beaune and an easy walk to everything in the city. There is a very good patisserie as well as a Casino store very close to the apartment as well as many restaurants. We would highly recommend this apartment. Thanks to Jocelyn for a wonderful stay!

Fantastic stay

A fantastic property in the heart of Beaune, you can walk all around this beautiful town. The apartment is very well set up and stylishly furnished. There are some games that our kids appreciated. Joce is a very hospitable host and is happy to help you, for example she organised a babysitter and dinner reservations so we could enjoy a night out. We would love to return one day!

Wonderful apartment and host!

My American family of 4 (kids ages 10 and 7) had a wonderful 3 night stay in the apartment. We would have loved to stay longer. It's ideally located in the center of Beaune, with lots of restaurants and shops in walking distance and a Boulangerie within half a block. Jocelyn was an excellent hostess. The kitchen is well equipped for any cooking you might want to do, and the apartment was very comfortable. We loved our time in Beaune, including our visit to the Hospices de Beaune, riding bikes in the country, and taking a car to visit nearby castles.
