Nuestros 4 apartamentos están ubicados en un edificio privado del siglo XIX ubicado en el corazón del centro histórico de BEAUNE.
El BEAUNE ROUSSEAU es un apartamento situado en el 1er piso de 71 m², lleno de encanto. Sus techos franceses, sus piedras vistas y su terraza cubierta (9,5 m²) le encantarán.
Se compone de un amplio y confortable salón, una gran cocina totalmente equipada que da a la terraza, 2 dormitorios con cama doble de 200 x 160, un cuarto de baño con bañera/ducha y aseos separados. Y una terraza privada amueblada y cubierta donde pasar agradables momentos de relax.
Accesible únicamente por escaleras.

Home Sweet Beaunne was an excellent apartment in an excellent location. It was clean, comfortable, well equiped, and the hosts were very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend a stay here.

Comfortable and roomy!

Lovely home for My time in Beaune. Easy check in and right in town walkable everywhere. Loved the outside area and spacious kitchen. Will hope to return my next visit!

Lovely stay in Beaune

Excellent location. Parking provided was a real asset. The apartment is nicely decorated with all essentials including the kitchen. Quiet at night. The host is delightful and checked with us during our stay for anything we might need. I highly recommend this property.

Wonderful stay!

The apartment was perfect for us. A quiet street near shops, restaurants and points of interest. Joce met us on arrival and explained everything we needed to know to enjoy our stay, including laundry and kitchen use. She also helped us when we left- she is an excellent host. The parking close by was a big help, too.

Comfortable, well-located and well-equipped apartment

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Joce’s Beaune apartment. It’s light and airy with a well-equipped kitchen, a lovely covered patio and a comfortable living area. Being inside the ramparts made it easy to walk to restaurants and cafes. We had a rental car, so the included parking (in a nearby garage) was critical because having a vehicle inside the walls is challenging. (We had a Renault Captur and would not have wanted anything larger for driving and parking in Beaune - or Chablis or Reims, for that matter.) Joce was easy to communicate with and is an excellent host. Highly recommended!

Best Location!

We planned a trip to Burgundy as a couple with our adult cousin from Paris coming along. The accommodations are clean and beautiful! Lots of room! Beds were VERY comfortable. It’s in the BEST location - in walking distance to everything! The host was so nice. We definitely recommend staying here to anyone wanting to stay in Beaune!

Nice apartment in great location.

Jocelyn was great, communicative and takes her rental seriously. Entr location is great, comes with.a little street noise at times which is fine given the location. Would return.

Beautiful Apartment in the Heart of Beaune

The apartment is very comfortable and in the heart of Beaune. But, more importantly, Madame and Meseur Laveque are incredibly kind. They make you feel like family from the moment you meet them. I highly recommend this apartment for a stay in Beaune.

Overall We had a lovely Tine in the apartment in Beaune. Host Jocelyn was very helpful and a very friendly host. We enjoyed the silence in the evening even though the apartment is located in the City center of Beaune. We will be back!

“Beaune” Chois - Great Choice!

Beginning with our wonderful host, Jocelyne, who picked us up at the train, we enjoyed a perfect week in Beaune while attending The Cook’s Atelier 5-day cooking school. This was the ideal place to stay, in town, around the corner from the school, close walk to all the amazing restaurants. The apartment is incredibly clean, comfortable, air conditioned, spacious and well stocked. I highly recommend for any length of stay. We will be back!

Amazing stay in Beaune Rousseau

We could not have asked for a better apartment stay in Beaune. Joce is a wonderful hostess and we felt so welcome in her apartment. Thank you for the treats, the wine,the information and everything that you have put in your apartment to make it such a wonderful place to stay. The apartment is large and perfectly positioned in Beaune and we loved exploring Beaune and other parts of Burgundy from here. The private parking place is a great bonus as well. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a place to stay.

Could not be better

We spent a week in the wonderful city of Beaune. This apartment is probable the best and largest VRBO apartment we have stayed in. Location is right in center of town, but still quiet at night. Every amenity was taken care of. Joce even picked us up and took us back to the train station. The Saturday Market was huge. The little park just a little west of the city was wonderful. Remember to take a train or drive to Dijon and just follow the "owl" markers in the side walk for a great tour of Dijon.

Beaune Rousseau Fantastic!

My wife and I recently stayed for 5 days in Beaune Rousseau for our fabulous trip to Beaune and the Cote d'or! The apartment was cosy and had all we needed for a our time in Beaune. Joce and Yan greeted us like family and made sure everything was right for our stay. Joce also recommended the wine tour with Francoise and this was one of the highlights. We also recommend the cooking class at the Cook's Atelier in Rue De Lorraine. Thanks to Joce and Yan and a great located apartment which is was very spacious and warm, we loved our time in Beaune. We would definitely return to enjoy this wonderful wine region of France.

Perfect Location with wonderful hosts!

We enjoyed our stay at Beanue Rousseau very much! The apartment is beautiful and well equipped with a nice terrace to have your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the afternoon or evening. Joce provided a welcome package which was nice after our long trip. The location is perfect, parking included! Close to many restaurants, shops, wine tasting cellars and the Hospices de Beaune. Joce and Yan were the perfect hosts. They were extremely helpful and personable. Recommending restaurants and places to see and invited us to their home for a visit! We look forward to visiting Beaune again and staying at one of Joce and Yan's apartments. J & Z

Super comfortable and homey

My wife and I stayed here for our 10th Anniversary. We spent a week and a half using the apartment as our home base as we toured Beaune. The apartment and Joce and her husband were great - a perfect spot and perfect hosts. The location was wonderful, central to everything in the ramparts. We walked everywhere. The apartment is as described or better - well stocked, including much appreciated details like coffee, milk, and sugar. Very comfortable, and an interesting old building - we LOVED the stone walls and staircase. Most appreciated were the location, great internet, reserved parking space, and Joce's hospitality (from the time she met us to the time we said good bye). Highly recommended, would rent any of her locations in town next time we return.

Lovely large apartment in the center of Beaune! Easy access to everything including parking!

This is a fantastic apartment with parking which is a rarity in central Beaune. All the rooms are airy, large, and well lit. The kitchen is the best equipped kitchen one could imagine with a lot of cooking utensils, pots, pans, and good sharp knives! The deck patio provided a perfect spot for our dinners. The bed was very comfortable as was the living room furniture. Centrally located, it is in walking distance of restaurants, museums, wine shops, the Saturday market, and Hotel Dieu. Joce is a wonderful host. She makes you feel at home immediately and is available any time for recommendations or assistance. She speaks fluent English which increases an English speaker's ability to take advantage of her wealth of knowledge.

Perfect place to stay in Beaune

First, the location is perfect. You are a minute's walk away from the main part of downtown Beaune. The whole town is quite walkable. Lots of cafes and shops very close to the apartment. Joce is a great person, super friendly, very helpful with a great personality! She made us feel right at home immediately. The apartment we stayed in was called St-Etienne, it was on the top floor. 2 nice bedrooms with comfortable beds, a kitchen, a couch, TV, and a great patio. The apartment is very comfortable, well-lit, and nicely decorated, with modern touches but retaining its historic charm. The wifi worked well, with no issues. We were a family of four, with 2 kids who were 14 and 15 years old, and we were perfectly comfortable. We will definitely stay here again when we go back to Beaune and I'd recommend it to anyone.

A wonderful gite in Beaune

Le Beaune Rousseau was a wonderful, cozy gite in Beaune. We enjoyed a week in the area and loved the town, its many friendly people, shops, magnificent architecture and sites. If you go, don’t miss the Saturday Market. Joce and Yannick made us very welcome. Our thanks for the bread, wine, and condiments. The gite is nicely furnished, the kitchen well equipped, as we loved shopping the markets and cooking our own meals, and we felt completely at home. The apartment's location is also very good. Joce made this so easy from use of PayPal, a paid parking card for use of the garage for our rental car, and especially meeting us on the day of our arrival. She demonstrated use of the stove top/oven, how to use the wash machine, provided advice on safety with all key locks, local emergency telephone numbers, how to reach her any time! Her restaurant recommendation was perfect. A perfect stay in Beaunne.
