La unidad # 916A se encuentra en el segundo piso en el lado sur del edificio. Esta es una propiedad muy simple. Tiene una cama Queen en el área de la habitación, y también hay un Aerobed (tamaño Queen) que se puede usar en la sala de estar. No hay aire acondicionado en esta propiedad, pero puede abrir la puerta corrediza de vidrio que va al balcón y disfrutar de la brisa del océano. Lo recomendaría encarecidamente para 2 adultos o una familia con 2 niños. Un poco demasiado pequeño de una propiedad para 4 adultos.

Great location for San Diego vacation

This was an absolute perfect place to vacation, the location is excellent! Right off the beach, you get that cool ocean breeze. It's in a quiet area, but also very near everything to do in the San Diego area!

Perfect location

Great little place to stay. I almost didn’t need to drive anywhere- the beach was out the back door, and there are plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, and convenience stores nearby to walk to. Would definitely stay here again!

Location was great with everything in walking distance, wish I would’ve brought a box fan (due to two kids sleeping in the same bed) other than that it was perfect.

Great location at the IB pier.

As others have stated the property is a little dated. But the location is fantastic! The views are amazing and so many amenities within a few blocks. I will stay at this Vrbo again!

IB Pier Apartment

If you are looking for a location on the beach that will take you back to the old time Imperial Beach this is your choice. Great for two people to enjoy watching surfers, fishermen, birds, beachgoers, and sunsets. The amenities are basic. The furniture could use an upgrade. It would be nice to change the toilet to an ADA chair height one. All the appliances worked. If stairs are difficult for anyone, they should try and reserve one of the two lower units (B). The unit was insulated well and we could not hear any other guests during our stay. Check in and communication with the owners is great. On site parking was very welcome too.

Amazing location!

Fantastic location, responsive hosts, appreciate that it’s pet friendly for our senior dog. Pity the beaches don’t allow swimming, not the fault of the hosts, and the homeless situation seems to be getting worse.

Great Location

Small, basic, but very clean and the location is right on the sand by the Imperial Beach pier. Fold away sleeper sofa mattress is very thin and not comfortable. If you are looking for location first and clean, this is your place.

Long weekend vacation

The unit is small but plenty of room for 2 adults plus a dog. It was clean. Perfect location. We did have issues with the internet. We look forward to staying here again.

Location can’t be beat!

This unit was extremely comfortable for my partner and I. Catching sunset on the lanai and falling asleep to the sound of the ocean made for a very relaxing trip! We would stay here again in a heartbeat and highly recommend! As other reviews mentioned, the unit is well-appointed in a bare bones kind of way. Be sure to pack your own toiletries, beach towels, and bath mat because they are not provided by the cleaning company.

The sound of the waves!

We've stayed here a number of times over the years, it's our refuge! The apartment is not large, it's very basic, but for us it's perfect! Bring your own coffee and can opener :-)... The main attraction for us is the ability to sleep with the sound of the surf! The waves crashing just a short distance away is the most relaxing thing in the world! It is very rare to find a rental so close to the ocean!

Sweet Serenity

I flew into San Diego on a Tuesday and allowed myself in with a door code self check in that was sent to me prior to my arrival. I immediately got into my shorts & slippers and was on the beach in imperial beach. I enjoyed my stay on the beach overlooking the Pacific Ocean!!! The rental met ALL my expectations and I plan on using this rental property from now on. Sweet Serenity!!!

Location , Location, Location

Beautiful view of the ocean from the second floor of a quadplex. Peaceful, quiet and safe with just the right number of local restaurants and coffee shops while you are enjoying the sound of the breaking waves. Awesome unit for a small dog as well . Stayed here to visit a few friends from San Diego county . Perfect location for my husband and I along with our 12 lb Italian Greyhound. Was very happy to stay at an affordable VRBO right on the beach. Would highly recommend.

Starting the new year with the ocean!

Lovely stay on th we ocean walked the pier every day several times a day! Watching surfers just right for two people. Was cold but we expected that so had to bundle up and sit and drink coffee play cards and watch the ocean. The condo is very basic so pack condiments for cooking and soap for showering extra pillows if you like lots of pillows the bed has four. Such a nice location we will come again! See you again Imperial Beach!

It’s a little outdated, needs a paint job. There was extra sheets in the closet but they were dirty. No hooks to hang damp towels or clothing. TV was a puzzle to watch. BUT YOU ARE RIGHT ON THE SAND AND THE VIEW WAS WHAT IT WAS ALL ABOUT..We will go there again
