Este condominio de lujo frente a la playa es parte de un complejo privado y cerrado con un garaje subterráneo seguro y 2 estacionamientos y ASCENSOR. El Beach Club está ubicado en la playa, no hay una calle concurrida o un paseo marítimo que lo separe de la playa. Tiene su propia ducha climatizada para enjuagar de la playa, piscina climatizada, área de jacuzzi con muchas tumbonas. Área de barbacoa con varias parrillas de gas y mesas para disfrutar de pescado fresco o filete en el espacioso patio ajardinado. ¡Este patio de estilo Resort es un salvavidas para sus vacaciones! Aunque el clima es excelente en San Diego, si un día / tarde es fresco / ventoso, ¡agradecerá que haya elegido nuestra propiedad!

Sobre la unidad:
Este condominio es una unidad del segundo piso que le ofrece una hermosa vista directa del océano, el parque, el muelle y las pintorescas islas Coronado. Duerme hasta seis adultos + 2 a 4 niños. Dos habitaciones, dos baños completos, ambos con ducha y bañera. La principal tiene una cama king, la segunda habitación tiene una cama queen y dos camas individuales, la habitación del frente tiene un sofá en forma de "L" y una cama queen de alta calidad (¡Preferida por los huéspedes anteriores en lugar de la cama plegable!).Se relajará con el sonido relajante de las olas del Océano Pacífico y el aire fresco del océano. Cocina de concepto abierto / sala de estar, todas con vista a la playa y al Océano Pacífico. Modesto balcón privado con vista al mar.

Sobre el area:
Ciudad de playa con tiendas y restaurantes a poca distancia. Pasee por la playa hacia el sur o el norte, ya que la playa es larga para aquellos que buscan una escena romántica privada. Salga al muelle de pesca y coma el desayuno / almuerzo. Excelente pesca, natación / surf! Mira o participa! Un viaje de 10 minutos le permite acceder fácilmente a la famosa Isla de Coronado y su campo de golf. 20 minutos te lleva al mundialmente famoso zoológico de San Diego, Sea World, el Embarcadero de San Diego, Seaport Village, el Gaslamp Quarter del centro de San Diego. Comidas / restaurantes de clase mundial, bodegas urbanas, cervecerías artesanales te esperan.

The condo is amazing. The views are amazing. The location is beyond ideal. We will definately stay here again. This was our first trip to San Diego and we will be coming back to this location from now on. The room was immaculate, the pool and hot tub were great to use after sight seeing. The local coffee shops and food places are all really great too. The secured parking was a bonus and you cant beat the view! Thank you again for an amazing vacation!

My stay was awesome...Harold and Nataliya were very gracious hosts ..they helped me throughout my stay....Nataliya came all the way to show us thru the property and help us with things. I definitely recommend this property if u r visiting San Diego.

The condo was beautiful and so well maintained and decorated. The ocean view was extraordinary, due to the floor to ceiling windows. Access to the beach and pool area was super easy. The pool was beautifully maintained. We would definitely stay again.

Great location, walking distance to most everything. Perfect views of the ocean and pier, hot tub and pool were a great option when you wanted to stay close to your unit.

We loved our stay at the condo ! The hosts were so friendly and made sure we had everything we needed . The neighborhood is cute with so many delicious restaurants in walking distance . The pics don’t do this Condo justice . It’s large and very nice with an amazing view.

Christmas getaway

We enjoyed returning to this property for Christmas and a birthday celebration. Beautiful location right on the beach. We loved the laid back vibe of Imperial Beach and the comfortable layout of this condo. Amazing beach and sunset views! Wonderful communication with the owners. We’ll be back!

Breathtaking views

We had an amazing stay here. Very comfortable condo and has everything you need. Walking distance to so many restaurants and the pier! Highly recommend this area.

So, this is, the 7th VRBO we've stayed in, the others were in different states and a few in San Diego. The Condo was exceptionally clean and updated, the owner showed up as we were unpacking, she was friendly and pleasant. Everything we needed was there, we always bring some of our own things, pillows, paper towel, etc... but we would not have had to. The view is priceless; it is ocean front, perfect short walk from the garage to watch the sunset! the garage spot was perfect for my hubby's truck. We walked everywhere except to the Lemon Festival, which was a short 10-minute drive. The Condo looks just like the picture, there's a microwave on the counter the one above the stove does not work but was not a problem. The bed was comfortable, we didn't use the guest room beds, but they were made up very nicely for guests. The owner checked on us a few times which was nice! We enjoyed our stay!!

Excellent Condo with a great view

We should have stayed for a week or more. Far from the hustle and pretensions of the city and even little Coronado, Imperial Beach is quaint, had everything we needed within a mile, and we relaxed easily. The Beach is gorgeous, but not swimmable at the time. The po was cool and clear, and the hot tub was great for our aches & pains. We really enjoyed the full kitchen and large couch. Great water pressure in the shower!

Many of my fond childhood memories are here swimming, body/boogie boarding, surfing, surf-fishing and from the pier, volley ball, walking the beach after high tide looking for treasures, and of course the sun and fresh air. I take pride in my properties and am responsive to any of my guests needs. Because I am local, I deal with my guests directly – from key exchanges, to cleaning, to repairs, and anything in between. Why come to this property? It has a great vibe that works for families or adult couples. Great location to Coronado Island, Downtown San Diego, Sea Port Village, The Harbor(walking/cruising), Great Water Park, Famous SD Zoo, Sea World, Balboa Park, Old Town SD, Golf Courses, Sports Fishing/Whale Watching World Class Dinning/Eateries, Urban Wineries and Craft Breweries. Sooo much more!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

I fell in love with this property: View View View! open concept kitchen/living room. Resort style direct beach access private outdoor heated shower to rinse sand salt/sand off. Beautiful large center courtyard in complex for afternoon/evenings after beach. It offers the heated pool & Hot tub area plenty of lounge chairs, BBQ area with several gas grills and tables to enjoy your fresh catch or steak. Weather is usually great but this courtyard "Is Vital Insurance" a great backup in case a day is cool or windy on beach. This alone is a major benefit to staying here that should not be overlooked! It has served my family well over the years when we stay at the property.
