Ubicado en el tranquilo extremo norte de la isla, este condominio de 3 recámaras y 2 baños, recientemente listado, se encuentra a 3 minutos a pie de los largos tramos de la hermosa playa. El área de North Beach ofrece un ritmo menos concurrido y más lento para disfrutar de un relajante día en la playa en busca de dientes de tiburón, o disfrutar de una tarde en uno de los muchos parques cercanos. Convenientemente ubicado a solo minutos de Fort Clinch y del centro histórico, esta ubicación es perfecta para disfrutar de lo mejor de Amelia Island.

Totalmente remodelado en 2018, las renovaciones en todo el condominio incluyen baños nuevos, cocina, HVAC y más. Cada habitación cuenta con una nueva cama King de California, Smart TV y cortinas opacas para una relajante siesta. Beach Weekend

Quiet neighborhood. Nice location near beach (3 blocks - short walk). Very close to Ft. Clinch State Park. We liked the close proximity to Main Beach park.

Wonderful Stay!

What a great value for the location and property. The property was clean and comfortable. The rental agent kept in contact to make sure our stay was all that was advertised. We didn't have a single problem or issue with our stay. Would definetly stay here again.

Loved the location. If you are not going to stay on the beach front this is a great place to stay. It was very nice and clean! It's an easy walk to the beach and the pool was very nice also. We would definitely come back.

We really liked the location. Had to call the rental company a couple of times to make repairs. They were very prompt in helping us. Wish there was a grill and also some kind of dresser in the bedrooms.

Fernandina Beach Vacation

This was a very nice, well stocked rental. Comfy beds, great location to the beach. The only negatives I can say were that the ice maker in the freezer was a bit noisy and the code for the beach cart did not work so we did have to lug our gear to the beach. Not the end of the world though.

Great place for our kids

We had a nice vacation even though the weather didn't cooperate. The best part was being able to walk to the ocean and the park in the downtown area. The outdoor pool wasn't heated, understandably, so we didn't get a chance to enjoy due to the cold. The place was as described and it was easy in and easy out for coming in from the airport.

Perfect for our girlfriends for 53 years weekend

The five of us thought the property was a perfect choice. All the rooms were clean and there were ample wash cloths, towels and beach towels. We couldn’t believe how comfortable the beds were! Check in and out was a breeze with detailed communication. The only complaint I have is the place mats weren’t clean. I would definitely recommend this place and would certainly use it again.

A pleasant surprise

I actually didn't expect such a beautiful condo as we booked last minute and the pictures on the outside seemed plain and appeared small. Well that wasn't the case. This place is perfectly designed to accommodate a full family. It was beautifully decorated and so clean. The beds were amazing! The neighborhood is so quiet. We will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful trip

Each year friends and I try to find new places to go and stay. This year it was Fernandina Beach. Our condo was lovely and met our expectations. It was well stocked, bright, and clean. We needed to contact management because we didn’t have a wagon and they brought one up that same day. It was very helpful to take our things to the beach. I highly recommend.
