Encantadora casa de campo en el lago Bellaire con 2 dormitorios y 2 baños está disponible para hasta 5 personas. Se encuentra en el lado suroeste del lago. El sol sale sobre el área natural del río Grass, directamente a través del lago. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama queen y baño adjunto con ducha a ras de suelo. El dormitorio de invitados tiene una nueva litera doble sobre reina. El baño adyacente tiene una ducha a ras de suelo. La cocina se renovó en 2016 con todos los electrodomésticos nuevos y encimeras de granito. Está abierto al comedor, con capacidad para 6 personas en una nueva mesa de comedor. El comedor está abierto a la gran sala con un techo abovedado, todos con vista al lago. La televisión inteligente de pantalla plana de 50 "montada en la pared se puede ver desde la gran sala, el comedor y la cocina. Hay un control deslizante de 7 pies de ancho que se abre a la cubierta con 4 sillas cómodas alrededor de una mesa de fuego de propano. También hay un porche cubierto de 25 pies con vista al lago con cómodos asientos y una pequeña mesa para comer. Hay persianas en el área del porche filtrada para mayor privacidad. El cuarto de servicio tiene una lavadora y secadora. 100 pies de frente al lago se encuentran a pasos de distancia (remonte disponible). Podrá cargar / descargar pasajeros desde el nuevo muelle (2019). También podrá disfrutar de una playa de arena, 2 kayaks y fogatas en la orilla del lago.

We had an amazing time at our beloved Lake Bellaire, renting Dave & Sue's beautiful cottage!! It was clean and exactly as listed. Dave & Sue were super amazing hosts in every way!!

Just what we needed

We had a wonderful, relaxing vacation during our week here. The home is very clean, the hosts are extremely kind/welcoming, and the location is perfect! The screened porch was our favorite place to spend our mornings and evenings, listening to nature and enjoying the beautiful view. The location of this home is perfect for our day trips to Charlevoix, Traverse City, and the wineries along Old Mission Peninsula. We had such a wonderful time here and hope to return again next year!

Excellent cottage

The cottage was everything we expected judging from the pictures in the listing. The view was amazing from the yard and in the cottage. Fires on the shore, catching walleye, boat rides down the river, great week in a great location. Must go to the Bellaire smokehouse, great fish and jerky. The owners were very nice and met us at the cottage, we did a walk through and got familiar with the place. The lake was very quiet and peaceful. Overall it was a perfect relaxing week in awesome location

Quiet, convenient, amazing!!

What a great getaway! Perfect location. Every morning, coffee on the covered porch, listening to the Loons call each other. Water was like glass almost all the time. Beautiful house. Owners really know how to make you feel welcome. All the details were taken care of. Amazing place, amazing people. Love the area. What’s not to like!!??

Perfect quiet spot for a fall getaway

This house was perfect, plenty of room for 4, maybe 5, and gorgeous views of the lake from the living room, deck, or screened porch. Comfortable beds, excellent towels and kitchen is fully equipped for any needs. The owners were very responsive and helpful and I wouldn’t hesitate to go back or recommend this house for a friend.

Excellent lake rental

This is a wonderful, extremely clean, and relaxing home to rent. Dave and Sue have anticipated any need that one might have in a stay, with attention to every detail. We have stayed in a lot of other places , and this was by far the most well equipped and stocked home. Dave and Sue met us and made us feel very welcome. The kayaks were an added plus as we had beautiful weather to use them multiple times. We hope to be able to stay again next fall, if not sooner!

An Amazing Getaway

My family and I had had an absolutely wonderful time during our week stay in August! Sue and Dave are great across the board. The cottage was spotless and very clean when we arrived. We loved the location as the cottage sits back off the main road at least 100 yards, with neighbors on one side and woods on the other. Dave and Sue have set a new standard for what a vacation cottage should be. They had everything covered from beach chairs, kayaks, board games, gas and wood fire pits, they even had new marshmallow/hotdog pokers for the kids! Thanks again for an amazing time!

Perfect lakeside cottage

My fiance and I enjoyed our stay at M&M cottage with another couple. The home was very clean, roomy and comfortable. We made many of our meals in the home and found the kitchen to be very well stocked. The backyard features a large lawn, view of Lake Bellaire, open patio with propane fire pit and a screened in porch. We used the kayaks every day. The south end of the lake was warm and fairly quiet the entire week. The dock is in excellent condition. During the fourth of July weekend, we were able to see fireworks in every direction. There is also a fire pit and plenty of wood to burn. We were all very impressed with how nice, new and clean the entire property is. The artwork in the home ties everything together so nicely. I would highly recommend this rental to my family and friends. We hated leaving at the end of our stay and hope to return someday!

Cozy , lake-front getaway packed with amenities

The cozy, lake-front property is a perfect place for a family of five to enjoy some relaxation and fun together. The cottage is beautifully decorated and remodeled and has everything you will need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Our family has played many hours of games on the screened in porch overlooking the picturesque view of Lake Bellaire. We also enjoy the kayaks, beach front, fire pit, and dock that are available with this property. Only a short drive away is the quaint town of Bellaire where my family loves to shop, eat, and spend the afternoon together. The owners of the property are wonderful people and have put in a lot of time and thought to make this place one of our family favorite places to stay.

M&M cottage has been in our family since 1985. Dave and I are retired from GM with over 30 years service and have spent the past several years enjoying it as a second home. We live near Lansing, MI and use it year-round. Our grandson especially likes swimming, boating and downhill skiing at Schuss/Shanty Creek.

The home is located on Cottage Drive where the trees create a tunnel over the road. The home is situated 500’ off the road and near the south end of the Lake Bellaire, which generally has calm water perfect for water sports. Loons are often heard as their nesting area is directly across the lake in the Grass River Natural Area. There area has many restaurants, activities and the Village of Bellaire is a vibrant community.
