When you initially reached out about the shades in the family room, I promptly provided instructions for their use and offered to send a technician to assist if needed. As I did not hear back from you, I assumed the issue was resolved. Please know that I’m always available to address any concerns during your stay, and I regret that I didn’t have the opportunity to help further. As for the sliding door in the master bedroom, I apologize for the inconvenience. I was not made aware of this issue until your feedback, and I will ensure this is addressed immediately for future guests. Regarding the outdoor umbrella, it was fully operational upon your arrival but unfortunately was damaged during your stay. I’m happy to inform you that it has since been replaced. I sincerely appreciate your kind words about the view and the neighborhood. We take pride in maintaining a welcoming environment for all of our guests, and will continue to work on addressing the concerns you’ve raised, including cleanliness and furniture updates.
