Located at the base of the Santa Rosa Mountains in the Coachella Valley Desert, this Private Monterey Country Club Villa is relaxed luxury and elegance at its finest.

The Villa consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living & dining room, kitchen, outside patio, and front secluded courtyard. The property is furnished with Tommy Bahama Furniture by Lexington and a 19th century hall tree from Spain that contributes to a Spanish and New England Colonial Style. The combination of these two styles later became known as the Monterey Revival. There is a Weber grill for grill lovers, Keurig coffee and espresso maker for coffee lovers, and gorgeous views for a lifetime.

This house is just beautiful, clean and very welcoming. The location is quiet and easily accessible. Tim is a very attentive and accommodating host. Everything was perfect!!!

Memorial Day weekend

We had a pleasurable stay at Timothy's property. Timothy is a gracious host, attentive, and easy to communicate with. The property is comfortable and well supplied. I would certainly stay there again. It has been one of the most pleasant experiences in my years coming to the Palm Springs area.

A Slice of Heaven

What a beautiful and peaceful place! We spent the majority of the time sitting out on the patio overlooking the beautiful golf course. We also just walked a few doors down to a beautiful clear pool which we had all to ourselves. The kitchen was stocked well enough that we cooked in most nights without without missing a beat. Timothy was a delight and made it so easy to check-in.would definitely recommend this property.

Great property for a vacation stay. Everything was as expected from the listing. Perfect location in a beautiful country club with many amenities. Great choice for a relaxing get away!

Timothy was a great host, and very communicative. The house is very clean and well stocked for cooking at home, with many good restaurants nearby. The beds were comfortable and the patio a nice resting spot. The pool and “hot” tub are an easy walk and very nice. The location is great for day trips to Idyllwild/San Bernardino National Forest, Joshua Tree National Park, and the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway up to Mount San Jacinto State Park. All of which are worth the trip. And the golf course options are endless!! We have made many trips to the Palm Springs area and think this was our best yet.

California Paradise

This property was excellent in all ways. Tim, the owner was friendly and very easy to communicate with. He checked in with us twice in our 6 week stay to make sure we were wanting for nothing. The condo was large,clean and perfectly located. We were at the back end of the Country Club so we never heard traffic from the main city street. Easy access to the freeways, stores, restaurants and many interesting attractions, also only 30 minutes from the Palm Springs airport. The condo faced the golf greens and it was lovely to sit on our patio. It was a wonderful break from our Canadian winter. We felt very safe in this gated community and highly recommend it.

Nice Private Villa

I stayed in the villa with my wife and two friends and we were very comfortable. The country club was very quiet and secure. There was a nice pool just steps from the villa which we had almost all to ourselves the whole stay. Terrific location -- my wife and I walked to the grocery store and back one evening. Overall a great choice and we would certainly go back.

Fantastic villa in a great location

Terrific property with first-class facilities in a wonderful location. Pre-travel communication was excellent with highly detailed check in instructions that made things really easy for us. Lots of customer-friendly support provided that made this feel like a home away from home. Would definitely rebook next time we are in this area.

Annual Trip

The property was just as described. Bathrooms and living spaces were comfortable and pleasant. Kitchen and amenities included everything we needed. Pools were close and spent time there nearly every day. Check-in was flawless, in which the owner had great directions and lists of local "hot spots" for shopping, eating, etc. We've been coming to this area for 28yrs and usually stayed in a resort close by. This was our first Vrbo experience and was certainly the best stay we have had in the area yet. Tim communicated with us exceptionally, and we will be calling him back for other stays. Thanks for making our trip flawless, comfortable, & memorable.

Lovely Condo, Great Stay

Monterey Country Club is one of the best locations in Palm Desert with close proximity to grocery stores, restaurants and a large shopping mall. The condo itself has a nice location beside one of the fairways on the golf course. Despite the golfers passing by, it is very peaceful and relaxing. The unit was spotlessly clean upon arrival and had everything we needed. We didn’t need to buy any basic supplies - there were adequate paper towels, TP, soap, etc. for the duration of our stay. The beds and furniture are all good quality and comfortable. The host, Timothy, is very helpful, responsive and flexible and we very much appreciated his assistance. We would not hesitate to book this condo again.

I had a lovely stay at Tim's place. There was everything I needed and more. Great layout with bedrooms separated. Even in the desert heat, the place was cool enough. Nice to have a garage to park my car out of the blazing sun.

Great location and lovely villa

This is a lovely property. Perfect location. It was our first visit to Palm Springs and the property was excellent as described. Communication, check in, check out process, cleanliness and services available were all great. Will certainly look to book again when we visit.

Great Location, Great Condo

Location is convenient in Monterey Country Club. The patio is North facing, so you can enjoy the sun all day if you wish, but you still can find shade if you wish. Kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, cooking pots, and dishes. Didn't even use the second bedroom, but it looked inviting. Very enjoyable stay Larry Granston
