Booked through Expedia, but the hosts were completely unhelpful when I asked for extra beach towels. They waited until 4 days before arrival to mention they'd only provide 1 beach towel per guest, which was totally insufficient for our week-long beach vacation. After multiple requests, they promised "extra towels and a one-time courtesy" but only provided 1 extra towel, still leaving us with inadequate amenities. To make matters worse, the key card provided didn't work for the hotel door, and our requests for new ones almost everyday. Had to spend hours doing laundry due to the towel issue, ruining our vacation. After the trip, I followed up with them about not honoring their promise regarding the towels, and they blamed it on their cleaners. Unbelievable! Clearly, the hosts prioritize profits over guest comfort and accountability. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Poor communication, poor service, and a waste of money.

Great location, very close to the beach and a ton of shops and restaurants. Useful to have parking in the building as we explored a lot of spots on Oahu

Island Essentials - Great View

Great studio style unit on upper floor of condo provided and amazing view with the basics for a comfortable stay. Hotel just remodeled lobby and rooftop end of March 2025. If you park in the garage just follow the instructions and post receipt proper and didn't have any trouble with a 5 day stay. They do tow each night so follow the rules. The room was very clean 4 stars is due to the property itself.

Great Getaway

Excellent location! Walking distance to many shops, restaurants and the beach! Perfect little coffee shop downstairs called the “The Coffee Window” for morning gazing on your lanai! Would definitely come back!

Nice Place To Stay

Check in was a super smooth process, room was clean and functioned perfectly for our needs. It was great to have access to a refrigerator and stovetop. Only negative was that the pool was out of commission. We were told we could use the pool at the next door hotel but felt awkward. The hot tub and sauna were open and were nice.

A Room that Literally Does the Very Least

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I reserved this rental based on the previous reviews and pictures of the interior. Immediately upon entering, it was clear that the pictures were incredibly misleading, as well as half of the furniture was not even in the room. There was sand (it's Hawaii, I know) on the floor in the entrance as well as a collection of coffee creamers/napkins/sugars behind the entertainment stand. There were two surge protectors, one in the living room and one ON the bedside table. There was zero art, no clock of any kind, and zero soap dispensers or soap trays for the bathroom. The circular plastic table in the unit creaks like it was full of cricket knees and the loveseat did not turn into a hide-a-bed as the photos showed a totally different loveseat altogether. Similarly, the bed was different and was simply a box surrounding the bedspring and the mattress was the least comfortable thing I have slept on in a few years (and I do a TON of camping).The location is very near the beach and main drag, allowing easy access by foot; but two blocks east of the nice poshness of Waikiki and more of a "rough" block by comparison. The unit is on the 31st floor, so elevator time is something obvious. Literally the only redeeming quality of the rental is the height of the room above the rest of the city, which provides a nice sliver view of the ocean. The rooftop pool was a super nice thing to have, and the hotel keeps the common areas very tidy. Which to add the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and accomidating.I can best compare this unit to the Norweigian jail units I have seen in documentaries. It is clear that the owner of this place does not care for a better renter experience. Units on the same floor had nice backsplashes and hand soap containers and simply looked lived in and nice and comfortable. Overall, I would not hope to stay in a place like this for a vacation for the price without some simple additions that would make it feel a bit m

Super close to U of H campus for college drop off.

Stayed to drop our daughter off at U of H for college. Great location. Under 10 minute drive to Freshman dorms on campus.

Clean and conveniently located. Would suggest that whoever manages provides better info/communication. The property was sprayed for pests during our visit and we only found out through a posting on the elevator. No info provided regarding pool,etc.

Amazing Location and Views

Incredible sunrise, Diamond Head and ocean views. Suite had everything we needed. Ate all meals in and picked up groceries from Waikiki Market. Unit is on 31st floor, 2 floors from roof top pool and BBQs so very convenient amenities access. 2 min walk to the Duke statue on Waikiki Beach, shopping and restaurants. Would rent this unit again.

Loved my stay

This unit is close to the beach, amazing views, friendly building, kitchen had everything I needed, and management was super responsive. I cannot wait to stay there again. And hopefully open up the whole wall of glass doors. Very lovely place. Thank you.

Reviewer Comments: This was a great location for us and we had a good stay .Friendly reception and easy check in.Room was well equipped and plenty of towels. Very close to Waikiki beach. Only let downs were one of the ranch sliders doors was broken so we couldn't open it right up and shower control not attached securely and came off a few times.Also the table in the room was terribly creaky,and noisy and madeit difficult to use.

Perfect for 1-2 travelers

Been to Hawaii many times, and this has to be one of my favorite stays. Simple, clean, with a wonderful view in a great location. I hope to stay here again on my next trip

Location is excellent, being on the 31st floor makes this apartment quieter than others, even with the balcony doors open. Apartment is very clean, can't find any fault with it. We stay in Waikiki twice a year and this apartment compared to others in the same price range is more spacious and comfortable.Would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Room was exactly what my son and I needed for our vacation to Oahu. Conveniently located about two blocks off the main beach front in Waikiki, close to many stores, restaurants, food carts. Great view of the ocean, as well as Honolulu. At night we kept the patio doors open and just locked the screen door shut to have fresh air all night, closed the patio doors in the early morning when people started driving around and getting noisy. It had dishes and cookware, small appliances, mini fridge and freezer combo. Couch was firm and a little uncomfortable, but my teenager did not seem to mind. Bed was comfy. Pool was shut down for our visit as was the hot tub. Our key card never seem to work for a late night hotel entrance, we always had to ask staff to open the door with their card. Parking garage is $30 a night, well worth it for convenience, but the gate does not open unless a hotel staff member opens it for you.
