Esta unidad de esquina en el Hotel Aqua Pacific Monarch está en el piso 20. Las vistas son geniales y la ubicación del hotel está en el corazón de Waikiki. Desde la entrada del hotel hay 500 pies hasta la arena de la playa de Waikiki. Mi madre de 87 años solía caminar en 10 minutos. Conseguí el condominio para que mis padres pudieran visitar cada año, pero ya no pueden hacer el largo viaje a Hawai. Entonces, alquilo el condominio para que otros lo visiten. Espero que disfrutes tu estadía si eliges su condominio de vacaciones, pero por favor, respétalo como un hogar lejos de casa.

Hay muchos restaurantes en la zona y el hotel está cerca de lugares de vida nocturna y tiendas. El hotel tiene una sala de recreación en el piso superior con hermosas vistas de las montañas Ko'olau. La piscina de la azotea y la bañera de hidromasaje también tienen excelentes vistas. Las áreas comunes del hotel están ordenadas y limpias. Tiene acceso a todas las comodidades del hotel, pero no tiene que pagar la tarifa de actividad del hotel. No podrá obtener toallas de playa en la recepción, pero tengo toallas de playa en el condominio. Pago por wifi en la habitación. Algunas otras comodidades menores del hotel son solo para aquellos que pagan la tarifa de servicios, como el periódico diario, transporte gratuito a Ala Moana, sillas de playa (a menudo hay algunos en mi condominio que dejan los huéspedes), café en la habitación y gratis admisión a dos museos. I’ve been fortunate that everyone who stays at my Waikiki vacation condo has taken really nice care of it. There’s no specific instructions but taking out the trash before you leave is nice.
The trash chute is on the left behind a door in the hallway as you walk out the door of the condo.
Also, please leave one of the card keys at the front desk so they know that you have left. Mahalo

Steve's condo is all the ideal place for a couple requiring a great location. It is easy walking distance to the beach, to numerous food outlets, and public transport.Steve is extremely approachable and he will answer any of your questions promptly and accurately.The condo is well appointed and has a homely feeling.I'd recommend this to everyone. It's been a pleasure staying here.

This is my third stay at Steve’s condominium, and - as usual - it was spotless, well appointed, and this year had new drapes and upholstered chairs. It is a block to the beach ( but also has a roof top pool ), is walking distance to numerous eateries, and is across the street from a main bus run ( you don’t really need a car ). Steve is readily accessible and answers all queries promptly.One caveat ( which is obviously not under Steve’s control ) : the building’s elevator system is being renovated over the next 10 months, with only two elevators serving a 31 story complex. So you can sometimes ( eg 8:00-noon ) expect some VERY long waits. That said, everyone seems to be pretty good natured about it. Just remember you are on Pasifika time !

Great Condo

Location is perfect, view is amazing, check in process easy, communication with owner wonderful. Condo fit our needs perfectly. Air conditioning might not fit some peoples expectations but I found it comfortable and the fan in the bedroom helped during the night. Be sure and check out the storage bench on the lanai before purchasing anything as people, including us, left things for others to enjoy. Same goes for cupboards in the kitchen. Many shopping bags left too if you go to the grocery store like we did. Definitely plan on returning.

Bucket list:

We had a stream less check in, keyless entry to floors, security, property owner, Steve, was fantastic, very prompt answering questions. Close to beach, restaurants and shops. I’d definitely recommend this unit. Only downside was ac but that’s not the fault of owner, he is in the process of getting new, it worked just not able to keep up with Hawaii heat. We loved our stay!

25 Year Anniversary Get Away

This was our 5th trip to Hawaii and Steve’s place was the perfect place to celebrate our 25th Anniversary! The place was very well equipped with everything you need in the kitchen! It was very clean & you cannot beat the view of the beach! We enjoyed our coffee and breakfast on the balcony watching the sunrise and the surfers every morning. Other guests had left beach chairs, umbrellas, beach mats etc…This came in very handy! It was close to some of our favorite restaurants & we found a few new ones close by. Steve was very responsive when I sent a message and answered all our questions. He was a fantastic host! The only drawback is the AC unit is not big enough & has a hard time keeping the place cool, especially in the bedroom. He did have 2 fans in the unit, so that helped tremendously. He is trying to get a second AC unit approved for the bedroom, so hopefully he’ll be able to get that installed. So if you want a fantastic view of the beach, with a kitchen and a very responsive host, this is the place! We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip!

Wonderful place to hang your swimsuit

We stayed for 10 days in Steve’s 1bedroom condo on the 20th floor. The views out the wall to wall windows are stunning whether it’s sunrise or sunset. Kitchen has all you need. Grocery store just down the block. Roof pool great way to either start or end the day. Fireworks visible from the pool deck. Bbq there too.

The Perfect Location

We stayed a total of 7 nights at this location for our vacation. The places is in the perfect spot to visit all of Waikiki by foot and easy access to the beach. It had everything you needed for longer stays and you were in walking distance for plenty of shops and food. The pictures do you do this place justice and it deserves the high rating it has. Steven also had great communication and check in on us during our stay. 10/10 would recommend and stay again

Excellent Place to Stay

The condo was clean and well equipped with everything you needed to make you feel right at home. The bed was comfortable. The location is perfect. Within walking distance to everything. The owner, Steve, responds to you promptly if you have any questions or concerns. I highly recommend this condo!

Nice Getaway

This location is perfect, just t blocks away from the beach well within walking distance. If there was one negative this to say about this property is the AC unit struggled to keep the unit cool during the day when temps went up a bit, however fortunately for us during our stay we had the trade winds that helped to keep the place cool. Other than that the place was wonderful and would definitely return!! Mahalo Steve!!

Excellent Stay/Ocean view/Great Host

Place is fully stocked in the kitchen and for the beach. Amazing sunsets and ocean view from spacious lanai. Host is very responsive and accommodated late check out. Highly recommend and will return. Central location to everything. Place looks better than in photos with updated laminate flooring and furniture.

Awesome! location, view, clean, perfect space

In the future won’t stay anywhere else! Very clean condo with huge lanai and panoramic views (ocean out every window)! Condo has a great layout and is perfect for 1-2 people- a new couch/ futon was comfortable for sleeping. Owner Steve was in regular contact with us making sure everything was as expected. Condo In a hotel building in Waikiki surf area- best access to beach, shopping and entertainment, great pool and community spaces with friendly and very helpful staff.

Wonderful Stay

We stayed at the property for our honeymoon, and it was the perfect place. The balcony was beautiful to sit out on and watch the sunrise or sunset, and the early surfers hit the waves. It had everything you needed, and the host Steven was great at answering questions and promptly providing suggestions. The property was as listed, and the rooftop pool area was also amazing. The location was perfect for strolling around Waikiki and getting to the beach among other locations. We would definitely recommend this location and try to book here on our next stay.

Great accommodations

I can't say enough about our stay. Best price for our visit to the island. Clean, quiet and well stocked with the essentials. Great location. Great view. Easy check in/out. Friendly staff and clean building. Parking garage available that is connected to building. Owner was very helpful and just a phone call away.

Great condo with great view

This was a nice clean condo with a great view. Even though the building is back from the beach, the unit has a good view of Waikiki beach. The covered lanai is a comfortable place to have a drink, meal, or just watch surfers. We could even see the Friday night fireworks at the other end of Waikiki beach over the buildings in between. Steve was a very communicative host who answered all of our questions promptly. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Waikiki.

Pacific Monarch

I have stayed at the pacific monarch several times over the years and it is always my first choice. The host has been fabulous and easy to contact. The location is perfect and the lanai is fabulous to relax on. I will definitely choose this unit again
