Easy Breezy es una casa de playa clásica y original frente al lago de la era de los años 60 que ha sido totalmente renovada manteniendo su encanto original. Es una casa sensacional ubicada justo en Eastern Lake con vistas impresionantes. Nada rápido por el lago o camina por la calle y estarás en las hermosas playas de arena blanca de South Walton.

La gran terraza es un excelente lugar para comenzar el día con una taza de café o una barbacoa a la parrilla en la noche, y tendrá uno de los mejores asientos en el área para ver impresionantes puestas de sol.

Al ingresar a Easy Breezy, encontrará el concepto abierto atractivo. Disfrutará de las vistas de Eastern Lake en cada área de la casa desde la sala de estar hasta los dormitorios. Lovely stay

We loved our stay at you most lovely beach house. The sunset views are amazing. The home was comfortable and inviting. We look forward to staying again next year.

Roach Motel

We had stayed at this property previously when it was under different management, and absolutely loved it. They had just done the renovations, it was clean, beautiful, and had the most amazing view. The view was still there, but it seems like the new property owners did not care at all about the cleanliness of the property. We got there, and there was food still caked on the stove from the previous guests, dirty dishes had been put away, and the washer and dryer were in disrepair. That pales in comparison to the number of bugs we had to deal with when we were there. They were roaches galore, spiders, crawling up the wall, ants crawling across the television, just to name a few. we called multiple times about the bugs, they said that they came out to spray, but even then didn’t do anything about the food left in the kitchen. It was up to us to do cleaning when we got there. I don’t pay to go on vacation to have to clean up after other people. While we did get a partial refund, I still ended up leaving two days in because I cannot stand to stay in something so filthy.

Dune Lake AND Gulf Stream of Mexico

Perfect for a large group, all ages, or small group like ours. Also brought our dog. Beautiful views from all rooms of Eastern Lake and could see the ocean from many, especially the deck. Good fishing for any age, even off the bridge. Will be back!

Relaxing getaway

This location is a gem. The deck was our favorite hangout for morning coffee and evening cocktails. There was a lovely breeze coming off the lake. We used the bikes a lot. Beach was fantastic and not overcrowded. Comfy beds. Nice outdoor shower too.

Loved the view. Sunsets are beautiful ! Peaceful neighborhood and short walk to beach. Wish they had kayak or paddle board at the house but I guess you can always rent one.

Nice lakefront house with great view, easy beach access

Had a very comfortable stay here. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and is directly on Eastern Lake. Beach access is a quick stroll down the street, and it is a nice walking neighborhood. We were very pleased, and will rent this house again in the future. Grab some seafood at Buddy’s market

Peaceful Eastern Lake

Such a beautiful, peaceful spot on Eastern Lake! We really enjoyed our stay - so much to do in the 30A area and only a short walk to the beach. We could hear the waves at the beach, yet enjoy the shade and privacy of this lovely spot on one of Florida’s rare coastal dune lakes.

The lake and ocean view from the large windows is postcard worthy! We loved to hangout together on the deck. We grilled out a couple of times. The have both a gas grill and propane. The grill was even super clean! we rented a kayak and stand up battle board and took them out on the Eastern Lake daily. We rented bikes and enjoyed riding together. The neighborhood is gorgeous, the beach and water were perfection! We look forward to returning and will definitely rent Easy Breezy again! The staff at Oversee was so helpful, responsive, and friendly. Thank you for a wonderful week!

Perfect Vacation

We were hesitant renting this place off the beach knowing my parents (late 60’s and early 70’s) would be with us and we didn’t want trouble getting to the beach. The listing says 400 steps to the beach which is accurate but there are private beaches at that access point and it was unclear if access to that beach was permitted or if you had to go down to the eastern lake public access. We rented a golf card and took our chairs and umbrella down each morning to the eastern lake access and set up to be safe. It is probably only 700-800 steps to that access point. We rented a golf cart but you could have dropped your stuff off there in a vehicle too as we saw many people doing. The listing pictures do not do this property justice. It is not a brand new mega mansion but it has an abundance of charm in its mid century stylings and a view of eastern lake and the beach. The sunsets were amazing. We also rented paddle boards and me, my wife, my daughter and her friend had a great time paddle boarding down to the beach daily. I would highly recommend this property and it was nice to have the golf cart. We took it to rosemary beach (had to park it in seacrest), seaside, Publix, watercolor, we never had to use a car while here. We also made use of the bikes. We had a blast. Beds are comfortable. Pillows were not comfortable, bring your own. Bathrooms were a little small but clean and updated. Great stay!

We have Kayaks and SUPs so the small dock allows us easy access. We all like to play in the lake off the dock for the water is shallow enough for the younger children. We appreciate the 3 bicycles provided. The view from the deck is fantastic. We can see the beach and gulf. It is quiet on the lake. My children and grandchildren not only were able to kayak and take the SUPs to the beach....they were also to swim to the beach. It is a relatively small, yet quite roomy, and very quiet house made of cement block which is also attractive to us. We hope to stay here for the 3rd time.

August 2021 Stay

Wonderful stay at Easy Breezy. The view from the deck looking out on Eastern Lake and the gulf was absolutely gorgeous and changed many times during the day and with the weather. The house had everything we needed for our stay - kitchen was well stocked, plenty of towels, updated appliances and bikes to ride to the beach. We walked on the beach, saw dolphins, biked and kayaked while there. Oversee Rental was extremely easy to work with and kept us updated on everything we needed to know from arrival time to departure. Loved this visit to 30-A!

May 2021 Stay

This house was the best of both a lake vacation and a beach vacation. We absolutely loved it! We had our 2 poodles in tow, they really enjoyed the easy access to the lake. The views the back windows offer is so relaxing. The house was very comfortable for our 10 day stay. Looking forward to coming back soon.

January 2021 Stay

Easy Breezy is a great spot to enjoy winter in the panhandle. House is flooded with light from the windows facing the lake and you have a view of the lake from almost every room in the house. Enjoying the sunset from the deck was a nightly ritual. Oversee Rentals was very prompt when the propane grill ran out of fuel. Thank you!

We are a family of five and we loved the open floor plan and the deck was great to enjoy your morning coffee. The beach walk was not bad at all and we loved having bikes available to ride into town.

Peaceful & relaxing

We had a great stay at this property , house was great my dog loved running around the house , view was perfect ! Beach access was 5 mins walk and Beachy Bean coffee shop & fish / wine restaurant was walkable ! Great location would def stop there again !

Our favorite place at Seagrove

This place is our favorite go-to in Seagrove- a but of "Old Seagrove" that is still left (the neighborhood is starting to get overbuilt with massive houses that ignore the lovely scale of this place and its immediate neighbors!). Hasn't been quite as clean the last couple of times we've stayed- broken glass on the floor, dirty pillows- but overall not something that would make us consider going elsewhere. Please don't book this place! Leave more time for us! ;)
