Sandestin es un complejo de 2400 acres como ningún otro en Florida. El lado sur del resort se encuentra frente a las playas de arena blanca del Golfo de México y el lado norte del resort frente a la bahía de Choctawhatchee. Family beach trip

I would definitely visit this property again, we had a great stay. The customer service was quick and responsive. It was comfortable and homey.

Family Escape

We were just getting away for my grandson’s first time to the beach and thought we’d change things up and not stay directly on the beach. The area was great and we would’ve really have loved to have used the outside eating area if it wasn’t so hot and humid, but that’s just the time if the year we chose to go, unfortunately. While we loved being at the end of the hallway, the only drawback to this unit was how loud the AC is. Other than that and the batteries needing to be changed in the TV remotes, we had a great time. Restaurants, entertainment, and the pool were easily accessible and loved that there place was not crowded, even in the peak of the season. It was a very restful vacation where leisure was our top priority.

The unit was absolutely beautiful and looked exactly like the photos we fell in love with on VRBO. The convenience started right away with a seamless hospitality app and continued with a well-stocked kitchen and the fantastic bonus of beach chairs and an umbrella ready for us to use.The location in Baytowne Wharf is unbeatable for families, offering a safe and exciting environment for our teens to explore on their own while we enjoyed our own downtime. Even the compact parking spot in the garage was a small trade-off for the incredible convenience and fun of the village. We had a wonderful time and are already looking forward to our next stay!

great location and unit!

Conveniently located in Sandestin with easy access to Baytowne Wharf. Check in was seamless and plenty of space for our family of 5. Bahia is close to the pool and Grand Sandestin amenities. The end unit was very quiet and private. Great vacation!

Overall our stay and experience was great. The first slight issue was check in because the Bahia building didn’t have a check in desk like the other hotels/condo buildings did. We originally went in to another building close to Bahia in error and the lady kindly directed us to where we were supposed to be but there was no formal desk or anyone at the resort to really direct us as far as our actual condo building goes. The guard shack - or whoever was supposed to give us our guest pass to put in our window while we were at the resort - did not do so until day 3 so the entry into the resort took a while each time prior to that being h does correctly. Other than those two

Just Perfect!

This property is just perfect! We really loved the two bedroom layout since we were sharing it with another couple for a long weekend. We also loved how it was on the end with a private deck and plenty of room. We’ve stayed in this area before and also enjoy higher rooms for a water view, but we really liked the privacy and ability to be steps from the hustle and bustle when we wanted it and back in our quiet room/deck when we didn’t.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental unit is good for one couple, a little crowded for two couples. The beds in the second bedroom are really bad. We had to buy an air mattress to be able to sleep. Overall we had a good experience, but the beds were well worn.

Good unit / bad procedures

In general this unit is as-described. It’s spacious, the kitchen is well-appointed and it’s comfortable. Overall our stay over the Christmas holiday was very pleasant. There are a few things that future guests should be aware of: 1. The height of the tubs/shower are very high. They were toe-hazards and on more than one occasion hurt our toes on these. This is likely the case with the entire building but something worth mentioning. 2. No salt/pepper provided. Basics like this would be appreciated. It wasn’t a big deal but something we were surprised not to see 3. Toilet paper supply was low. There wasn’t enough supply for our 5 day stay- perhaps have ample backups under cabinets etc. The above were minor concerns but we did have one MAJOR issue with the stay and that is that on day of checkout, we got locked out of the room early. I had to call the “contact us” number as the actual checkout number point of contact didn’t work, and someone who answered the phone couldn’t communicate properly. This made it even more difficult to check out at 10am, which also is too early. The early checkout, combined with the cleaning expected of guests, combined with the fact that we got locked out early are reasons why we won’t consider renting or recommending this particular stay. The unit is fine, but the service around it has some major breaking points. I’m going to follow up in a separate complaint about getting locked out early as I believe we are due a refund for that time.

Lots to do

This is a great location with lots to do. We have two teenagers that traveled with us, and they were very safe walking around the shops and restaurants and out to the pier by themselves. I highly recommend this for families with kids of all ages.

Amazing Condo

We love going to Baytown and would highly recommend this condominium to friends and family. The owner was amazing and her communication with us was spot on. The place was beautiful and love the fact that it was on the in unit.

Beautiful Stay with our Family!!!

It was beautiful. We enjoyed our stay! Wish it had been a bit closer to beach access. But we loved the all inclusiveness of being in one place with access to food, shopping, entertainment and more! Check in process (online QR code specifically) was a bit difficult to maneuver. Only thing we had trouble with. Reservationist was a big help to get it rectified quickly. She was very nice and helpful! We truly enjoyed our stay! We shall return in summers to come!
