Cabina de un dormitorio / loft - la cabaña de madera de dos pisos incluye 1 baño, cocina, gran salón, área de comedor y loft con cama king y bañera de hidromasaje. El loft se abre a un balcón que da al agua. La cabina está completamente amueblada e incluye un sofá cama en la sala de estar y puede alojar hasta 4 personas. La cabina está completamente equipada con TV, Dish Network, reproductor de DVD, bañera de hidromasaje, parrilla de carbón, refrigerador, microondas, estufa, lavaplatos, mesa de picnic, columpio y herraduras con ubicación frente al mar. Cute place, my kids had fun. We thought it had a jacuzzi outside, main reason we booked it, so that was a little disappointing. The manager at the office was kind enough to offer a solution to let us use one at a cabin not being used.

Small and cramped

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While the overall property is quite nice, the cabin we rented was very small and cramped. Not having a toilet upstairs with the bedroom as very inconvenient. The furnishings are dated and worn, the upstairs floors and bed creaked every time you moved, and the bed linens and towels provided have seen much better days. Given how expensive the cabin is, I expected a lot better quality. I would not stay here again without some serious upgrades.

Lovely Stay with One Exception

It worked very well.My only complaint had to do with the leaf blowers that landscaping used every morning 8am-9am. They were used to clear (very few) leaves from house decks and walkways. The noise was a real disturbance to the otherwise serene location.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If you want to stay in a cave this place is for you. This rental is made for 20 yr old. Plan to eat out most of the time. downstairs is poorly laid out. Bathroom right near kitchen. Have to lift the door to lock it. Kitchen is for 1 person. Toaster doesn.t work. Don't touch the sides you will burn your hands off. Has one outlet in kitchen. Bring your own toilet paper, kleenex and extension cords. Couches are ripping, as are the drapes up stairs. Enough room for 2 people not four. Glasses, plates and utencials are all from different sets. Need a new frying pan. We left 3 days early. I have stayed at another cabin and loved it. The pictures online are decieving. If you are not a honeymoon couple this cabin is not for you.

The resort is beautiful.,and We love the access to our boats right outside the cabins .We stayed in the Meagan, and the cabin was nice , but a bit dirty upstairs on the porch , the Couch downstairs was ripping , and Futon was ok ,but hard to sleep on . I wish there was a light of some kind at the main entrance to the resort , it’s very dark at night and hard to find . We Love the family friendly amenities.

Hidden charges and unsafe stairs

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The reservation desk was very helpful when checking in and the facility overall was impressive. During the first night stay, my wife fell down the stairs and had to go to the hospital in Marble Falls where they was diagnosed with a softball size head injury, 3 cracked ribs, an severely injured shoulder and other bruises. This I attribute to an inadequate safety rail on the stairs, especially around the turn at the bend. She was so scared she wanted to immediately check out an ruined our anniversary visit. Although they refunded the other two nights of our stay and when I received the closing statement in my email, I was astonished to find charges that made the stay over 150% of the rate per night. I would never stay there again and would not recommend it to anyone. This rental cabin needs a bathroom upstairs definitely and better safety rail on the stairs. I am betting it is out of compliance with Texas hotel safety/building codes. Read the contract more carefully than I did. They are not responsible for any injury or death even if they are at fault.

Valentine’s Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful, relaxing stay in the Meagan Breann. Clean, comfortable cabin right on the water and next to the commons area. The only negative was the only bathroom was located downstairs with the bedroom upstairs. It was a minor inconvenience and wouldn’t prevent us from staying there again. It’s a Gorgeous property! Well manicured, with lots of places to sit and enjoy the view or play games and enjoy the various activities if you wish. There are lots of things to do for families with children and would be a fun place in the summer! We walked the hiking trail (can’t remember the name) and got lost even with the map. The trail isn’t marked well the further you go, so be prepared. It’s a beautiful, wooded area with some low water creek type areas. We did enjoy several resting spots along the way, especially a large log bench swing! It’s a very long distance, so be prepared to be tired when you return! The staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful. We ate dinner at a recommended Mexican restaurant in Kingsland and also drove over to Marble Falls and had a wonderful lunch and pie at the Blue Bonnet Cafe. Both delicious and we recommend! Overall, we had a wonderful, relaxing stay and plan to return!

Reviewer Comments: The reason we gave less than 5 stars is because the jacuzzi tub did not work and there was an unsightly substance in the bottom of the shower that we needed to cover up.It looked like they tried to seal a crack in the tub, but the sealant wasn't applied very well and there was hair stuck in it. Other than that, beautiful location on the property. Cabin was gorgeous, except for the two items above.

Quite beautiful. The host was very nice. I interacted with Sean, Gary and Mana, very nice people. It is family owned and operated.
