The Space:

♨️ Hot Tub Notice: The hot tub is currently out of order and unavailable for guest use. We appreciate your understanding as we work to have it ready again as soon as possible, and in the meantime you can still enjoy the shared patio with the fire pit, BBQ grill and outdoor seating.

The upstairs living area provides additional lounge space with another sleeper sofa, offering a comfortable spot for extra guests or a peaceful reading nook.

The kitchen is designed for both convenience and culinary creativity, featuring modern appliances, cookware, and dining essentials to make meal prep effortless. A coffee machine with complimentary coffee and a spice rack add thoughtful touches for a seamless cooking experience. The spacious dining area has a rustic wooden table with seating for six, plus a cozy bench for additional guests. 🚶 On Foot – Cascade is a small, scenic town, and you’ll find peaceful walking areas nearby. However, most attractions will require a short drive.



🚴 By Bike – The region features bike-friendly trails and roads, making cycling a great way to explore. Mountain biking enthusiasts will love the nearby trails.



🚌 Public Transit – Limited bus service is available in the area, but a car is recommended for convenience.



🚖 Ridesharing – Uber and Lyft operate in the area, though availability may be limited in the mountains.

📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.



🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.



☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.



⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late.



💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.
