Great, quiet spot.

The beach was not busy and beautiful! Cute little condo. We did have one dirty set of sheets, but they we very accommodating and immediately brought new ones. Pool was convenient, but wish it would have been heated

Right on the Beach

Best location. Quiet with direct access to the beach. Pretty clean with lots of convenient items such as pots, dishes, coffee maker and dishwasher. Nice size, however could use updating of sofa and bedding. I would stay again.

Great family time

My family and I had another great stay here. Everything in the condo worked, and it was very clean. The TV remote in the den was kind of glitchy, but looking at the ocean from the couch was much more important than watching TV. Great condo, great location.

Nice location

Property could use some attention, none of the interior doors shut and lock properly, elevator is extremely slow with the other elevator being inoperable. But overall a nice condo with a great view

Very clean. AMAZING VIEW! Large clean pool with plenty of lounge chairs. Our only issue was the screen door was hanging and not connected to the bottom track which was not safe in the wind. We fixed the door ourselves.

Beach trip

Great location with walk out short board walk to great swimming beach. Close ride to Pier as well. The building is dated but clean. One elevator was down for repairs and the other elevator was past inspection date and worked sporadically so we got in some good exercise going up and down 7 flights of stairs. Overall good experience. Amenities were basic but sufficient.

Adequate paradise

Clean and comfortable for the most part. Had everything we needed. Excellent location so close to the beach.Laundry was a bit limited. Only one washer/dryer per floor. Dryer didn’t function when we had to wash clothes, so we had to take them to a different floor to dry. One of the double beds was broken, missing a bar underneath and the bed tipped.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The unit was well-appointed and comfortable. I might recommend a blackout blind in the front bedroom window. We loved the location and views of the ocean. The beach was gorgeous and not overcrowded. We could see the Boardwalk fireworks from the front porch. My one concern was the elevator situation. One of the two elevators was down our whole trip - but they were working on it the entire week. The working elevator went down during an electrical storm and my 74 year old husband had to be rescued by the fire department. Luckily they got it working the next day.We will definitely book here again. Ann

Great family Get-away

We had a great time. The location is slightly remote with restaurants a little more than waking distance away though there are a couple within-in a mile that I walked to and the walk was beautiful and safe. The condo was as pictured with the only disappointment being that one shower was missing the piece needed for it to be used as a shower and could only be used as a bath. The view was gorgeous and the ease of getting to the beach for walks and enjoying the wildlife was amazing. We saw dolphins each day. Chair and umbrella service was great and so friendly. Uber was available with quick response time and safe. As a mom with 2 teens I was very happy and would return. This is a family friendly destination.

Best view!!

Everything went so smoothly with our vacation at this condo. Staying on the 7th floor, we had an amazing view on the beach and sunrise. Everything was easily accessible. The water was so clear and a beautiful blue. The beach sand was clean and so soft.

Relaxing Spring Break

The condo was exactly what the pictures showed. The layout of the condo was great for giving us space. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. The view of the ocean was awesome. The exercise room, pool and customer service were great too. We also appreciated the added support for planning excursions; i.e. sunset cruise and snorkeling were fun. It was awesome to take a vacation and get what we we anticipated and needed :)

dog hair everywhere, diff. furnitures than the ones in the pictures but old and dirty, filthy floors

I won't spend any more time arguing with a management company that has an answer for everything....and not in a friendly manner! Absolutely the worst, most arrogant, unhelpful customer service! I wish I could upload some pictures! Just bring your own bedding sheets and comforters! I can't believe there is a cleaning service charge for a place like this! SMH

Great Location - Poor Cleanliness

I hate to be the person to leave a bad review considering the other awesome reviews; however, our room was NOT clean. We called the owner when we arrived who stated the room was ready. We get to the room, there’s dirty wet cloths on the beds. Trash in the drawers, dirty socks on the counter. We had to clean the refrigerator. The floors were filthy. Shortly after getting to the room, a woman came up and was aggravated because we shouldn’t have been in the room since it wasn’t ready. Throughout the week, we kept finding trash and filthy areas of the condo. Other than this, the location is perfect. The pool is nice. The check in/check out process was effortless.

Family vacation

Great stay with private access to beach was so important to us. So glad we decided on vacationing for a whole week. Condo is close to many restaurants and shopping. Our family had a great time.

Spectacular Location

The condo was beautiful but the view from the balcony was absolutely breath taking! Would 100% stay here again. They did a wonderful job communicating with us when we arrived, I could not have asked for more!

Beautiful, highly recommend

The condo is exactly as pictured; great layout with a wonderful view of the beach! It was really nice to have a second bedroom with 2 double beds and a second bath for our children. The pool on the property is nice and well maintained. I would recommend bringing your own beach chairs and umbrella though. There are chairs set up daily for patron use, but they must be reserved daily and they're pricy to rent. There are a lot of dining options around if you don't want to cook and easy access to several grocery stores if you do. We would rebook this condo in a heartbeat!
