Casa de 2 dormitorios recientemente renovada en un barrio bastante familiar. Este es un gran lugar para familias, parejas, hombres y mujeres de negocios.

La casa cuenta con todas las comodidades para que su estancia sea cómoda. Nueva cocina con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable negro, encimeras de granito, pisos de madera oscura y aire acondicionado central. Hay una gran terraza en la parte trasera de la casa con una parrilla de gas y una mesa y sillas para entretener.

Perfect Home Away from Home for Cape Cod vacation

Lovely house with all the amenities we needed for a great Cape Cod vacation. Home was very clean and comfortable and communication with homeowner was easy. Nice location on a quiet street with friendly neighbors. Would definitely stay here again.

The house was perfect for our last minute trip to the Cape! We enjoyed exploring the upper cape options and could not have asked for a netter home base. The house was clean, beds super comfortable, and there was enough space to spread out. The awesome outdoor shower was also a big hit!

Mo Beach

The house itself was fantastic - clean and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was very convenient, just a short walk to the beach and close to all the activities we wanted to do. Communication with the owner was smooth and easy; a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process.

Loved It

Cute, very clean, newly renovated house. It was only 0.3 miles from Monument Beach. Had a finished basement and a nice, large deck (including a great outdoor shower). The owner, John, did a great job of communicating. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Amazing stay!!!

This property was amazing. Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. Driving distance to any type of beach you wanted. The house had everything you could need for your stay. The Lobster Trap was so close that we could put our name on the list and go back to the house to wait for our table. Everything was fantastic. Would definitely return!!!

Perfect stay

We would like to thank our host John for the perfect stay. The house was beautiful, had everything we needed and was quiet. We were able to walk to the beach and ice cream shop as well as the recreation area. Whenever we needed something, John was so helpful. Even the neighbors took good care of us. Thank you so much!

terrific oasis

The house was immaculate. Beds and bedding were great! They had everything we needed. The outside shower was huge. My son loved having the downstairs all to himself, with a bathroom tv and couch. I love eating outside on the patio with my family and friends. It was close to everything. We would walk to get the best ice cream and eat by the shore.

Perfect Cape getaway

We have stayed at this property in the past and it's our favorite. Since our last stay, there have been several updates making it even better. The deck and outdoor shower are perfect after a beach day. The shed in the back has kayaks and bikes to use, as well as beach chairs. The house itself is perfect for our family of 4, but there's an additional bed in the finished basement as well for additional guests. Amenity wise, we really didn't need to bring/buy much. Sheets, towels (bath and beach), soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, dishes, cookware... everything was there. Wonderful location as well, on a quiet cul-de-sac, walking distance to Monument Beach, nice fenced in yard, nice neighbors. John was super communicative and welcoming. This will always be our first choice when we come for a Cape visit.

Really nice house and nice are!

We had a blast at this house. It was kid friendly and the neighbors were great. We loved the deck, outdoor shower and the fenced yard. The only tricky thing is that the beaches in Bourne are hard to access with a car (unless you are a local resident). We have twin toddlers and did not bring bikes, so this made the nearby beaches (except for Monument Beach where you can park on the road and walk across the railroad tracks to access) not doable. So we drove to other towns to go to the beach. Next time we would bring bikes. We enjoyed the playground down the street that overlooks the water and the ice cream shop. We bought amazing seafood to grill from the Lobster Trap. And we loved delivery from Graziellas in Poccasset. All around a really nice rental!

Great Place to Stay

My friend and I stayed at this location and couldn't have been more pleased. It was exactly as listed and actually was more "comfy" than it looked in the pictures. The beds were wonderful and John, our host, was quick with communication and helpful with recommendations on what to do. I would highly recommend this home.

Perfect for the 3 of us.

Great property in a nice area. Absolutely perfect for us and our 8 year old. Great location that kept us just as close to Provincetown as it was to Boston. Both were on our itinerary and it worked out great. So many extras from the host. You really need to bring nothing. Hes got everything you need or forgot! The only negative was not being able to stay longer. Don't hesitate. Book it!

John was an *AMAZING* host. Everything that you could possibly think of to make your stay enjoyable, he had available. The house was clean, linens were fresh, and communication was prompt. Location was exactly what we needed. Just a short walk to the beach and The Whistle Stop. We could not ask for any better! Thank you again, John for everything! We will be back!

Perfect stay

This property was everything we hoped for and more. It was exactly what my wife, my daughter and I needed for our stay. The house was clean and in a great location. The deck and fenced in backyard were perfect for us. The place is even nicer than the pictures. The host was responsive and helpful. I’d recommend this listing to anyone.

Excellent family spot in Bourne

This house is an excellent find. Very comfortable, spacious, a large yard, great deck and grill, well equipped kitchen, convenient location for going up and down the cape, and attentive host. There are four bikes and beach chairs provided, a small grocery near buy and a great ice cream shop less than five minutes drive. And you can walk to the Lobster Trap, an excellent seafood restaurant. We didn’t want to stay at some of the more crowded Cape towns. Bourne was perfect. My son is an angler and we found a charter nearby and were close to fishing in the canal at the Bourne Recreation Area and from the jetty at Scussett State Park. You can’t go wrong staying here - both for the house and the location.
