This place is really neat. It is an old barn, but you find yourself forgetting that because of how nicely everything was renovated. The upstairs is the perfect place to hangout and relax and enjoy your night. If you are looking for something in this area I would definitely recommend it.

Where to Start, Everything As advertised (Bravo) We booked a trip just for the weekend we were looking for a hot tub specifically, -9 outside temp (with windchill) 104 hot tub temp.. Amazing . Lets talk other stuff The Barn itself is from the moment you walk in Amazing, i mean if you are looking for modern you should read the description this is like Hot tub time machine the floors are heated so as said it was fridgid outside so walk in take the boots off and its like "wow" this is awesome... anyhoo the walk thru. to the right you have a Pac-Man machine and ping ping table in the center you have a little bar table and a little seating area then moving on thru to the left The Bedroom with King bed and Tv. The Bed is super comfortable. The kitchen has all that you need.. It does not have a stove and oven but it doesn't say that it does. there is a full refrigerator a keurig a microwave toaster hotplate a toaster oven.. also there is a gas grill outback above the pool area... And i did not get to meet Jessica but i did interact with Bill.(Good dude) He was very accommodating answered all the questions i had. Also a sauna behind the hot tub. Upstairs this area is Awesome and our favorite thing they have a record player with great taste in music records, pool table, 2 couches,2 beanbags, a big TV place to play games. This place is Amazing and we very much cant wait to return.

The barn was a very nice place to stay. It was quiet and had good amenities. We used to hot tub and loved it. The driveway was a little tight and with multiple cars parked around, it was hard to navigate and park easily, but overall this was a great stay.

Barn stay

we loved this property. We were in Lancaster to see Noah, at Sight and Sound. the barn was very clean and tidy. loved the decor. We did utilize the use of the hot tub, helped us relax after a full day of sight seeing. We would recommend this to our friends and family. The owners were lovely.

Absolutely Amazing

We loved everything about this place, from the beautiful grounds to the loft with a pool table. The bed was super comfy, the bathroom immaculately clean and especially the history of the place down to the chew marks on the doors. I have horses and this place for me was a cherry on the cupcake!!!

Wk end get away!

The barn is a really cool spot to hang out for a few days! I was pleasantly surprised by the pac man machine and record player! I definitely did not read the fine print to see the hot tub was a shared amenity - so just keep that in mind. Would definitely consider booking here again - it was a really nice property

Birthday weekend getaway.

Since it was winter we could not enjoy everything this property has to offer. The positive to the stay was its charm and space with 2 floors of area and things to do indoors. We would definitely come back and would love to see it while the spring and summer flowers are in bloom. Beautiful property.

Cozy and comfortable barn stay

The refurbished barn was beautiful and had lots of amazing amenities like the pool table, ping pong table and hot tub just outside. The hosts were supper communicative and friendly and the house was near lots of great shops in Lancaster. Will be staying here again in the future!

Awesome stay!!

Great time - loved the unique stay, pool, sauna & hot tub. While pool was open for cold polar plunge, we chickened out on that part! Great activities close by but had ping pong, billiards & movies!

Relaxing getaway close to attractions

Peacefull and Relaxing Getaway

Thanks Jessica and Bill for everything! Jessica and Bill were fantastic hosts, they were friendly and accommodating and provided information about restaurants/attractions. The property is beautiful, with pool, hot tub, sauna, and firepit and is located in a peaceful setting; a close drive to attractions/restaurants. The converted barn was impressive, very clean and comfortable and we enjoyed playing ping pong and shooting pool. If you're looking for a relaxing place to stay I would highly recommend booking the barn or cottage. We are looking forward to our next stay in Dec 2024.

Vacation

The property was beautiful and we were within 15-30 minutes of everything we wanted to do; the property was beautiful and Bill and Jessica and their children were wonderful people and very accommodating; we have 2 labs that are like our babies and everything went smoother than we could have imagined; what’s sad is past renters are not pet conscious and because of that, they may not take pets anymore; and I don’t blame them; no matter where you stay, whether it’s a hotel, cabin or on someone’s property, we need to treat it as our own home; when you don’t, it ruins it for everyone else

Peaceful and tranquil

Our property was once a family farm that is located in the middle of everything Lancaster has to offer. The property has 3 main buildings including our house and two rental units (cottage and barn). The outdoor amenities are shared between the 3 buildings.
