Great place to stay!

Very impressed with the size of the condo. Very happy with how well appointed the condo was furniture and kitchen wise. The condo is just steps from the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay!

We enjoyed our extended Labor Day weekend stay very much. The condo was in the perfect location and had everything my family of 3 needed.

Location was great and the beach was within a very short walk, the unit had everything you needed to be comfortable. I asked my girlfriend to marry me on the beach while we watched the sunrise one morning and she said yes. We enjoyed our selfs so much we extended our stay a couple days. We are looking forward to coming back and bringing family to enjoy it with us also.

Great stay and a great host.

Condo was perfect for our family of three. Very close to the beach and had everything we needed. Jacque responded quickly to all of our questions and ensured that we had all that we needed and more. Will stay again the next time we are in Ocean City.

Very close to the ocean, can walk there in about 3 minutes.

Everything went as planned with the host. Property was very clean and I would suggest this property to anyone looking to rent a vacation condo.

Awesome Place in a Very Convenient Location

There are absolutely no complaints I have about this place, the property owner is very helpful. And with the property, it is located conveniently near the boardwalk and the rest of upper OCMD. Will be looking to stay again here in the future. Also was a very clean place and just steps away from the beach.

A place in the sun

This one bedroom condo has a good shower, washer, dryer, microwave, full kitchen, eating area, and large enough living area. The TVs were newer and the place was clean. The walk to the beach was short.

Great location with all the amenities

A Place in the Sun was fantastic for us, we took a longer vacation than normal so this condo was perfect. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessities if you want to spend a few nights away from restaurants to cook. Upon arrival the unit was very clean and was stocked with supplies if any cleaning was needed during our time there. An overall great stay and good location nearby to plenty of food places and basically just a few steps to the beach.

Wonderful Condo, Steps from Beach

My husband and I stayed in the condo for two weeks in June and will definitely stay here again. The condo is on the second floor and has a balcony on the front that runs the length of the building and a private small balcony off the bedroom in the back that overlooks the pool next door. The condo itself is nicely furnished with beach-themed decor, the bed is comfortable and the kitchen is adequately equipped. The host even provided a better blender when she heard we’d be making protein shakes every day. Access to the beach is incredibly close and easy, and there are beach chairs in the garage storage area. We really enjoyed our time there.

Easy beach access

Charming condo with everything we needed and more. It's about a 10 second walk to a handicapped beach access with a nice mat so you don't have to slog through the sand.

The location was perfect! Very clean and spacious as well, we had a great time! The owners were available 24/7 to help with anything we needed!
