One of the best VRBO experiences we have had. The house was great for 3 generations of our family to relax and cook meals and enjoy the mountains together in. Very close to Taos town and skiing and we loved every minute of our stay. The house came equipped with all kitchen staples and bath items you would need and the hosts were super responsive and amazing to communicate with. Can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful Home

You are staying at a home here. It has a great feel and plenty of space. It was easy to fall into a routine with my younger kids while my parents took my older ones skiing. It's about 30 minutes from Taos Ski Village. We have stayed here multiple times and will be back for more!

Wonderful property!

Our group of 9 absolutely loved this house! It was spacious, well stocked, beautifully decorated, and conveniently located. The view was amazing and we enjoyed sitting in the hot tub or just chatting in the courtyard for hours. The sleeping accommodations were comfortable - even the trundle beds were comfortable for the smaller adults in our group. The property manager was responsive and super friendly. Our group has been doing these trips every year for about 20 years and this house was definitely one of our favorites!

GREAT space, supplies and location!

We enjoyed this rental very much! Plenty of space, especially in the living areas. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking full breakfasts and dinners. Hot tub was great and had an amazing view! Mudroom was perfect for ski boots and gear. It's an easy drive to the ski resort and to town. We would definitely rent again.Minor item I would suggest to management is to replace the showerhead in the bathroom near the bunk room. It oversprays causing a mess and hard to rinse well.

Can’t wait to come back!

This was our second time back at Casa de Campo, and our stay was just as magical as the first time - so I’m reposting my review from our last visit! What a great trip to Taos, Casa de Campo was the perfect place to stay while visiting our daughter - incredible 365 views of the mountains. We traveled again with another couple whose daughter had also moved to Taos, and the house was the perfect gathering spot.- We even hosted a dinner for our daughters and their friends, and there was plenty of room around the dining room table. We loved cooking in the fully equipped kitchen, and the hot tub was the perfect way to relax after a day skiing! We are again excited to return and can’t imagine staying anywhere else!

Wonderful stay at Casa de Campo

Fantastic house for a group! Plenty of bedrooms, beautifully decorated, wood provided for the fire, great open kitchen, views from every window… I could go on and on. We loved the giant hot tub with gorgeous views. On New Year’s Eve there were so many tabletop items (chargers, cloth napkins, napkin rings, candles) available I was able to set a gorgeous table for 12!!! Proximity to Ski Valley and town are perfect and waking distance to Medley — best restaurant in Taos!! Property manager was responsive and helpful when we had questions or issues. Really couldn’t have asked for a better vacation rental. Thank you so much! We look forward to returning!!

Casa de Campo El Prado (Mouse House)

We kept finding more and more mouse droppings around the house until finally we had to make all the children stay off the floor and sit on the couch in front of the TV while the adults packed up and we left early. My reason for writing this review is that the place is not family friendly and I feel it is only fair for people to know about the mouse problems ahead of time. We were refunded for one of the nights but we still were charged for the routine cleaning fee.

Perfect place for a group getaway

I spent three days and four nights at this property the week between Christmas and New Year’s. It’s in a great location, only about 20 minutes from the ski mountain base and 10 minutes from town. The house is on a 4 acre property so you have unobstructed views of the mountains and the light streams in all day. The main level is big and open and perfect for hanging out by the fireplace or watching a football game or just sitting around. We cooked a lot and the kitchen and pantry are the best equipped of any VRBO I’ve stayed at. There were eight of us: two adults, and four teenagers and two younger kids. The beds were very comfortable and the linens are high-quality. It very much feels like you’re staying in someone’s home and not just in a rental. Oh, and the hot tub seems to be brand new and stayed very hot even though it was in the teens outside. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Great experience

Very nice house, a lot of room for everyone spread out, compelling kitchen with all stuff needed, conviene backyard to hang out and play and close to the roads to reach out Taos Ski in less than 30minutes. You need to bring your music system, there it not streaming devices.

My husband grew up coming to Taos with his family, while I grew up traveling to Beaver Creek, Colorado with my family. I was reluctant to purchase a house in Taos since it is my husband's turf and not mine. However, it didn't take me long to fall in love with Taos. It feels like a small scale Santa Fe, and includes world class skiing, excellent restaurants, and beautiful mountains. Taos is filled with amazing local food and art, and the ski valley has grown tremendously in the past couple of years. The ski instructors in Taos can't be beat!

If you would rather relax with a cup of coffee, our floor to ceiling windows offer you impeccable mountain views. In a world more often lived inside in front of televisions and computers, our house gives you the chance to live outside as it is minutes from hiking, biking, skiing, fishing and any other outdoor activity you can imagine. Taos is a magical place to make memories with family and friends, and we hope you feel that magic when you visit Casa de Campo.
