Venga a disfrutar de nuestra unidad de tercer piso bellamente decorada en Beach Resort, con vistas al Golfo desde nuestro balcón privado. Beach Resort fue construido en 2006, una pequeña propiedad de 64 unidades, con una fabulosa piscina de borde infinito de dos niveles de 5,000 pies cuadrados y 9,000 pies cuadrados de pavimento de cubierta para su disfrute. El complejo se encuentra frente a la hermosa playa de Miramar. El Beach Resort cuenta con 300 pies de acceso privado a la playa a pocos pasos de distancia. Ofrecemos servicio de playa GRATUITO (del 1 de marzo al 31 de octubre) que incluye la configuración diaria de una sombrilla y 2 sillas de playa.

Dormitorio principal y baño: cama king y un televisor de pantalla plana de 50 "con baño privado.

Baño y camarote para niños: habitación con literas para niños con una cama doble y una litera completa, además de un televisor de 37 ". Una puerta de granero dividida proporciona privacidad.

Área de estar: esta unidad para no fumadores decorada profesionalmente incluye un lugar de estacionamiento designado en el garaje, wifi de alta velocidad gratis, TV de pantalla plana de 50 ", un sofá cama Queen extraíble, lavadora y secadora, y una cocina completamente equipada que crea unas vacaciones sofisticadas y encantadoras destino.

Beautiful piece of property.

Room was spotless, very clean. Balcony overlooking pool area. Pool area was gorgeous. Plenty of chairs, bbq's, areas to eat. Also had clean bathrooms on deck area.

Awesome vacation spot.

Awesome overall. Finding the parking lot was a bit tricky but we did get there at night. Great pool and BBQ area. Great beach. Guest room was a bit small - ideally the condo is for a family of four only. Patio lovely. There was hair clogging the bath in the master. Overall, we loved our stay. Close to many restaurants. Thank you.

Perfect place to stay

We love coming to Destin and staying at the Beach Resorts condos. This condo was super clean and had everything we needed. Easy to get to from the elevator and we loved the garage parking space.

Comfortable & well equipped unit. Our kids are a little older, so the full sized bottom bunk bed was nice. Owners were very responsive. Best pool around!!

Family friendly

We stayed here for a week and it was a very enjoyable week! We have a 7 and 4 year old and the pool was perfect for them. The walk to the beach isn’t bad. We had our wagon and it made it much easier and a must. We’ll definitely come back and rent this condo again.

Good choice

The room comfortably sleeps four. The pool is gorgeous and the owners were extremely responsive to issues/inquiries. I would rent that unit again.

Great place! Felt safe and in a convenient neighborhood. Just a little walk and you're at the beach. The owners were great at communicating with us during our stay. We will be back when we have another tourney in this part of Florida!

Resort Paradise

Condo was very homey and clean. Everything that we needed was provided during our stay. Short walking distance to the beach. Loved the fact we had our own chairs and umbrella at the beach as well. Pool very nice and private. Will definitely try to stay at the location again in the future.

Love the location

We have stayed at The Beach Resort for many years. This was the first time that we have stayed in this unit. We really enjoyed it. It was nice having the full size bed on the bottom bunk. The decor was very nice and the balcony chairs! We plan to stay there again in the future.

Perfect week and perfect condo

This 2-bd/2-ba condo was perfect for our family of four this week! We loved the views of the beach and pool and all the sunshine that poured in each morning. The condo is very clean, well maintained and decorated and stocked with quality furniture and dishes. The pool, balcony, beach access, and living space had everything we needed for the week.

Very nice condo in an older development with great pool area

The condo was exactly as pictured in the listing and was a great layout with the separate bunk area and full bathroom attached. Super quiet (and quick) washer and dryer, rolling trolly cart was great for getting grocery's up to the condo. We appreciated the responsiveness/speed of the elevators when called, especially travelling with babies, IYKYN lol. Overall the condo was great and the owners were very responsive with any questions we had.

The best pool in town

We love staying at the beach resort! Our favorite thing about this condo is the pool and location. The beach is a quick walk and the pool and hot tub are amazing! We stayed in various units and we enjoy the layout and comfort. It works well for our family and having 2 bathrooms is perfect. We appreciated the comfortable furniture and having a well stocked kitchen. Love the decor too, very beachy and upscale. Looking forward to next year!

Great location and resort!

My boyfriend and I stayed for a week and loved it. It's close to all the best shopping and restaurants. The condo was clean and in great condition. The beach was gorgeous and just a short walk away. We especially loved the heated pool. With such a large pool, it never felt crowded. The only complaint we had is that the king bed was pretty uncomfortable so we didn't get the best sleep. Other than that we loved it and would definitely return.

Great place to take your family

This was our 1st time at this particular condo but our 8th time at this complex. The pools and grounds of the facility are beautiful and very clean. It’s family friendly and quiet. The walk to the beach isn’t bad and we enjoyed the beach chairs and umbrella the owner provided for the week. This rental provides covered parking and that was a huge booking perk for us so that our vehicle didn’t have to sit out all week in the heat and sun. One little issue with the bathroom floors not being cleaned upon arrival but host was apologetic and we also understand the cleaning crews are swamped this time of year. We can’t wait to come back to Miramar!

Beach Resort at Miramar

Overall this was a great stay for our family of 5. The condo could not have been cleaner and the decor was beautiful. Stocked with everything we needed and more. Only word of advice would be to know that beach access is not across from this resort. It’s a little walk down the road and is shared with 3 other resorts. The pool was amazing and very well kept. Once at the condo the owner was in contact making sure everything was ok. We had a wonderful time.

One week stay

Very nicely decorated. Comfortable furniture. Master bed mattress not as comfortable. Pool area wonderful. Kitchen well supplied. Couldn’t stream on LR TV. Not sure if it’s a Smart TV? Didn’t need extra sleeping room but would be great for kids. Had issues with Master sink not draining well. Owner tried a few attempts to resolve. Very responsive to our emails. We have friends at Gulf Winds East so very close. Will for sure recommend to friends & family!

Our 10th year- and the best by far

The unit was as advertised. Kitchen was the best, most well stocked kitchen for a family that cooks a majority of our seafood meals! The Ninja blender was great for smoothies and frozen drink- now I have to buy my own! Extra items left in the unit also make it feel ‘lived in’ which is great for a family. Unit was very well decorated and felt beach-y! We enjoy the location and size of the unit especially for the price. We don’t mind the short walk to the beach entry and beach chairs being included are always a savings for us! The in-unit laundry and full 2nd bath are always great (family of 4- have stayed 5 before too). The full bed under twin bunk was a nice bonus too. Built in dresser and small closet in the additional room was a nice feature as well! Extra towels and garage parking were also a plus for us this year! 10/10 recommend this unit and location!

Gem by the Sea

This is our second time renting in this building. The grounds are absolutely beautiful with a spectacular pool and great location to the beach. We choose this unit because of the photos on-line. It was a bit more than the other units of the same size. We were a bit disappointed in the cleanliness of the unit, visible mold in tub, dishwasher and shower stall. Rugs in bathrooms probably need to be thrown away and just use a towel. We understand turn around is quick, but expected a bit cleaner since the price was a little more. As previous unit owners in Destin these little things go a long way. This unit was very comfortable and the beach chair and umbrella was a huge plus!
