Cute little place, perfect for a business trip

Great overall, plenty of towels for the beach showers. Kitchen was pretty basic, no oils or spices or anything, but not a deal breaker. Walking distance to Publix, in a seemingly nice neighborhood. Overall a great place to crash on our business trip.

March Vacation

We really enjoyed our time at this property. It was clean and located in proximity to the attractions we wanted to see. We had one small issue and the property manager was quick to fix. Thank you!

A Great Trip

It is a great place!!! Easy in easy out. Location was great, close to restaraunts, grocery store and close proximity to the beach. House was perfect. We will be booking with them again for our next trip to St. Pete!!!

A great house with everything you need.

The property and owners are great! We stayed with a family of 6 very comfortably. The neighborhood was quite and safe. We loved having a little back yard to grill our catch of the day. Quiet, convenient location

Three siblings rented the house for 2 months. Lots of room in a quiet neighborhood with little traffic, a big yard and a very nice host to work with. We're hoping to return next year.

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay at Elsa’s house. The house is very clean, has all you need for great vacation - well stocked kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, a lot of beach gear. The back yard is lovely and well maintained. The neighborhood is quiet, and you are close to beaches, shopping, restaurants. Island House

The Island House was amazingly beautiful inside and out. It was definitely the florida vibes I was hoping for,everything was pretty close as well. Elsa was really easy to get ahold of as well. Will be returning!!

Great place for a spring break stay

We had a great time staying here. It was clean and the owner was great with communicating with me throughout our stay. It was also a great location to the beach, places to eat, grocery stores, etc. I would recommend staying here when traveling to Seminole.

Perfect retreat from winter

The home was the cleanest we've ever rented. Centrally located and near Seminole Lake Park and Florida Botanical Garden. Great places to walk, relax and enjoy Florida. We are not beach people, but the Gulf is very nearby.

Wonderful trip!

This was our first getaway since the strike of covid! We had an amazing time. The home was very well kept and the owners were wonderful with responding to messages I sent. This was a great budget-friendly rental and my family loved it!

2021 Florida Vacation

The property owners made our check in process really easy. I loved the beautiful lighting that was in the master bedroom. The kitchen was modern. The house was exceptionally clean.

A cute little place

This house was just perfect for what my sisters and mom and I needed. There were 4 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and it was well kept. It had a great location, with anything we needed a short drive away. Elsa was very accommodating, answering any questions I had promptly. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect place for a family

Really enjoyed the house. Plenty of room. Very clean. Kitchen had all we needed for Thanksgiving dinner cooking. Great backyard. Was not aware it was a handicap accessible house but that was not an issue. Only issue was the medicine cabinet hung out a touch to much over the sink in the master bath. Made it a little awkward brushing teeth. No doubt we will stay there next year.

Cozy, comfortable and absolutely relaxing.

Big pluses were the availability of beach towels, ice chest, chairs and totes for trips to the beach. The BBQ and the beautiful back yard surely made you feel like you were "On Island Time". Elsa was very responsive to any questions we had and checked to make sure things were going well every day.
