Vistas al mar, fácil acceso a la playa y un corto paseo al centro de la ciudad. Casa recientemente remodelada, mantenida meticulosamente con adiciones pensadas para su comodidad y relajación.

Plan de piso abierto con toneladas de luz y amplias vistas. La madera y los pisos de concreto pulidos hacen que esta casa sea tan agradable para descansar. La cocina centralizada tiene herramientas para cocinar cualquier festín que imagines y un fácil acceso a la terraza para disfrutar de tu comida viendo la puesta de sol sobre el océano. Cinco habitaciones: 2 camas king, 2 camas queen y 2 camas individuales. Las habitaciones, bien equipadas, cuentan con lujosas sábanas, almohadas y edredones de plumas, y un ojo para el diseño (todas las sábanas están incluidas con su estadía). ¡Una buena noche de descanso es una garantía!

Los dos espacios de reunión acentúan la diversión y la relajación. El piso principal incluye una gran mesa de comedor, una cocina abierta con barra, espacio para pasar el rato y terraza. El tercer piso te lanzará un hechizo con sus vistas de 180 grados del océano para ver una tormenta o un atardecer. Después del anochecer, acurrúcate frente a la chimenea de gas o mira una película (HBO incluido) en la pantalla plana de 60 pulgadas.

We had a delightful time in Manzanita. The house is right across the beach where you can walk to miles! We really appreciated the well equipped kitchen, including baking items, many pots and pans, etc. The upstairs (top floor) is a fabulous game area - lots of board games and puzzles. We had a 2-1/2 year old and 10 month old. The downstairs bedroom has twin bunk beds in a separate room right off one of the queens. Perfect for parents with toddlers nearby. We didn’t have time to play table tennis but it’s all set up in the garage. Great location. I would recommend to all families and friends gathering for a beach vacation!

Great house, another great week at the beach!

This is our 3rd year to stay at this property. The house is perfect for our families needs. It has a great location near town, is well provisioned and has super easy beach access just across the street.

Wonderful Manzanita Location

Perfect location and property for our Oregon Coast family vacation! Easy beach access and perfect spot to stay in Manzanita, the local beach, head out to hike or drive north or south to nearby towns along the coach. We had a wonderful time and greatly enjoyed this property!

Wonderful Family Beach House

A wonderful family time !

This house is perfect for multi-age families. The upstairs loft gives the teenagers a place to congregate and the nice bedrooms give space for adult privacy. The shower on the main floor is great as are the comfy beds and linens. We'll be back !

Perfect Beach Getaway!

The property was perfect for our family getaway. There were plenty of rooms and beds for everyone and lots of space to spread out. Kitchen was well equipped. The view from the loft was beautiful to watch the waves and sunsets. The deck was perfect for relaxing. Very quick access to the beach and a quaint little town. We will be back!

Beach Getaway!

This property was perfect for our extended family Thanksgiving! Nice spacious place with room for everyone and everything we brought. Loved the upstairs loft area for relaxing with the big sunny windows and movie watching in the evening. Easy access to a big wide beach. Would return. Thx!

Another great stay!

We love this location! House is the right size for our family…. especially the bunk bedroom. We saw elk, deer passing by and migrating whales. Clean and many utensils and cooking stuff. Not a big fan of the convection oven. A Kruerig and a bigger garbage can would be nice!

Perfect Location!

This house is perfect for big groups. Located across the street from the sand dunes that gives you direct access to the beach. There are two bedrooms on the main floor one with a queen size bed, and one with the king size bed. There's a nice main bathroom bathroom. The kitchen has spices, tons of dishes, pots, pans and utensils. There's even a KitchenAid if you want to bake while you're there. The upstairs loft has the only television in the house and an area to play board games with a fantastic view. There's two bedrooms in the basement, one with a king size bed, and one with the queen size bed. There's a small room next to the master bedroom that has a set of bunkbeds. It's not technically a bedroom because there's no window. In the garage is the washer and dryer, ping-pong, table, and barbecue. The property manager, Matthew, was great with communication. We will definitely stay here again!

Great, Clean Location

This property is located in a perfect spot in Manzanita and it is very accessible to both the beach and the downtown area. The house was immaculate upon check in! There are plenty of sleeping areas for a variety of guests, and it's worth noting that the bunk room is accessed through another bedroom, which would be perfect for a couple with young kid. Things you need to know - parts of the property have been updated (bathroom) and some have not (kitchen). There were plenty of towels, sheets, blankets for everyone, but the kitchen was sparsely equipped. (Plenty of pots and pans, dishes and cups but no scissors, wine glasses or liquid measuring cups?) I would recommend this property.

Nice roomy house with a great view

We had a great time here. Good location, across the street from beach and beach access, quick walk to town. Beds were very comfortable, huge plus! Wonderful view. Kitchen well stocked with utensils. Clean and roomy. Only a couple of things I didn’t love - some light bulbs were out and there weren’t any extras in the house that I could find. Also, the listing says there are 5 bedrooms - I think calling it 5 is a bit of a stretch, because the bunkbed room is attached to and only accessible through another bedroom, and has no windows, more like a big walk in closet that now has bunk beds in it. There is a very strong smell of mildew on the lower level basement where 3 of the bedrooms are. This might be because the dryer in the garage does not seem to vent properly to the outside. After the dryer ran, everything in the garage was covered in dampness and this got into the bedrooms too, if the door to the garage was not kept shut while running. They did have a dehumidifier which we ran during the day when we weren’t there and that seemed to help a little, but I didn’t love that my kids were sleeping in a mildewy unventilated room. Aside from that we had a wonderful stay with great communication from the management person!

Family fun!

We all had a great time. Had a house next to cousins so all kids played together. House was clean and well stocked for cooking. Stove was mysterious but got it figured out. Maybe directions would help. The loft was perfect for the teenagers! Already booked for another stay!

Owner does not follow VRBO Covid policy

We were planning a visit with extended family and had several cases of breakthrough Covid. The week prior to our visit I contacted the owner and explained the situation. We did not want to potentially expose the cleaning staff, community, and next guests to Covid and decided to quarantine at home. VRBO covid policy requires owners offer to reschedule with clients. This owner only offered us a reschedule two weeks later which was not enough time to all recover and not be contagious. Also, we are in the medical field and could not take a vacation immediately following quarantine as we are needed at the hospital once healthy. I even requested credit for only one night and would pay for the following nights to reschedule later in the year but that was firmly rejected. This owner did not respond to direct requests from VRBO to honor their Covid policy and even pocketed our cleaning fee. Do not trust scheduling with this listing.

Relaxation in Manzanita

This house worked well for hosting our yearly family gathering. It was big enough for our extended family of 10, yet it did not feel crowded. First time at this location and would stay there again. Close to the water and easy walk into town. Found the house clean upon arrival and kitchen was stocked appropriately for cooking large meals. Owner/host was easy to communicate with.

Very Nice Rental

The home is well located and and comfortable and cozy. The kitchen is well equipped and beds and bedding very nice. The sitting room upstairs is a great place to view the ocean and spend time.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

The house was across the street from a short path to the ocean. We flew kites and the young children enjoyed digging and playing in the sand. So convenient to other beaches and shopping in Manzanita. The house had everything we could have asked for and served us well.
