Ubicado a 36 S. Kihei Rd. Un cómodo y encantador hogar lejos del hogar en una propiedad frente a la playa de la hermosa Sugar Beach de North Kihei.

Esta bien equipada unidad del segundo piso tiene increíbles vistas panorámicas y está a solo unos pasos de la playa y la piscina. El gran salón tiene unas vistas preciosas y una mesa de comedor que conduce a la cocina. El dormitorio principal cuenta con una cama king size y hay dos camas individuales en el segundo dormitorio. Opciones extra para dormir con un sofá cama en la sala de estar. Hay dos baños separados. Disfrute de las vistas al océano y los coloridos atardeceres de Maui desde su amplio y privado lanai (patio). Todas las unidades en Kihei Beach Resort son para no fumadores. Cuarto de lavado se encuentra en 3er y 5to piso.

Perfect spot to explore and enjoy Maui

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was comfortable for our family of four. The beds were great and the kitchen well stocked. Guide books in the living room helped us plan our excursions, and the location made it easy and quick to get to restaurants and beaches. We also appreciated having access to beach chairs, umbrella and coolers (with cooler packs in the freezer!). The property managers were prompt and friendly in their communications. We never had a problem, but be aware that the pool is right below the condo so noisy kids/adults could be an issue. We would definitely stay here again.Mahalo!

Great location

The condo was a great choice for us. The location was perfect. Close to everything. Coffee shop, snow cone, abc mart and market was across the street. The property was right on the beach. Condo had everything you needed. We would definitely stay again. The only thing I would recommend would be more lighting.

Reviewer Comments: Die Lage direkt am Strand ist sensationell ,davon lebt das Appartement, die Einrichtung bis auf die Küche ist älter, z.T Badarmaturen eher grenzwertig, die Fenster und Wände dünn, man hört alle über und unter einem bei den Nachbarn, Party , Kinderlärm etc., insgesamt für 4-5 Tage o.k. guter Parkplatz, Supermarkt und Bakery gleich über die Strasse.Was wirklich eine Frechheit war ist die Waschmaschine und der Trockner: verrostet, dreckig , versifft , wahrscheinlich auch verschimmelt, gesundheitsgefährdend ! Niemand mit Verstand will hier seine Wäsche waschen oder trocknen, wir mussten mit dreckiger Wäsche nach San Fran weiterreisen.Somit Preis-Leistungsverhältnis grenzwertig, die Insel und der Strand machen vieles wett, ich weiß nicht ob ich das Appartement wirklich Freuden empfehlen kann, wir waren ganzen Tag unterwegs und fast nur zum Schlafen da, dafür war es o.k.

Good food also nearby and Excellent shaved ice at walking distance. Great view for sunset. Very clean and well supplied but expected condition for furniture for ocean front property.From there went to Westin in Kaanapali for my conference and I preferred this apartment for its flexibility, location and closeness to much tastier food (less luxurious but better). The pool at Westin was much better of course).I would definitely stay there again if not near Hana.

There's ample room in the unit and a wonderful view.The kitchen is stocked well enough. You will need refreezable cooler ice.and more Tupperware.The drawbacks1)the smell of sewage was a constant. Increased whenever the wind blows. It was so bad it would wake us up. Even with the bathroom door closed closed.2)bugs, so many midge flies. They crawl right through the screens. If you have windows open or the slider the unit will become infested. The entire floor needed to be cleaned every morning to sweep up the dead flies. Smelled of sewage and we couldn't open the windows.3) you can not use the washer and dryer. It's there but you will be instructed not to use it.

Great spot to stay

Well appointed and clean. Plenty of room for the three of us, four would be fine, five would work as well. Very close to the beach, not crowded at all and quiet, yet only a mile or two from "downtown Kihei" . Would and have recommended to others

Reviewer Comments: We had an amazing stay and can't complain about the condo, it was fully stocked with everything we needed, even found toys for the kids, water toys, everything you could need in the kitchen.Two things that I didn't enjoy were the trade winds in the afternoon, this complex gets hit hard and 8 days out of 10 we had to drive 10 min north or south to find another beach to spend time at, which isn't anything anyone can change.The other part is communication, I e-mailed and called Destination Maui twice, left a VM and didn't hear back, so this part was disappointing.Otherwise, a nice unit, thank you to the homeowners for everything they provide and the cleaners are amazing.

Although it was convenient to be near the pool I don't think I would stay directly above it again due to the noise. I also didn't like being that close to the designated smoking area. The condo itself was spacious and comfortable although the dryer didn't work. I don't know if it was the time of the year for ants (I was there in November before) but they were especially bad in the kitchen.

This unit overlooks the pool area and the ocean beyond. The grounds are very well maintained. Across the street is an ABC market that has a good variety of convenience items, a very good bakery and coffee shop, shave ice and a farmers market. The condo had a pretty good variety of supplies, but could have used some small Tupperware type containers for leftovers. other than that it was perfect!
