Great and beautiful property in Wailea. Close to golf, tennis courts and multiple shopping centers with restaurants, bars, beaches, etc. There were plenty of amenities provided and a full kitchen which was great. Nice view of the golf course and the coast from afar. Pool and jacuzzi were great additions as well.

The unit is immaculately kept. Early in the trip, the smoke alarm started beeping so we called the owner who lives locally. He was there within the hour to change the battery. John was a lovely man, very personable. We'd stay there again and highly recommend both the property and the owner.

Great price and location

Can’t beat the location and price if you’re wanting to stay in the Wailea area! Easy walk to coffee shops, shopping and the nearby resorts.

Maui in the Fall

Very good location, clean, well appointed. Property Manager and owner were gracious and easy to work with. Always a good stay in paradise no matter how you chose to spend your time. Something for everyone.

Good stay

We have stayed in this condo 5 or 6 times. This time as in previous stays we found the unit, comfortable, well equipped, and well supplied. Ric is very attentive to his renters needs and wants. We really like the location.

[I sent these comments earlier but noted the place to submit a response was different than what I did so I copied my original remarks again to make sure my dear guests got my message. Thank you and Aloha!! Aloha Dave and Joan, Thanks very much for your review, always much appreciated. Hope your return home was not too stressful. How things have changed just in the time you were here. I regret we didn’t have more time to visit but I guess social distancing is going to be with us for awhile, at least. I hope I may get to see you on your next trip to Maui and that the world will be a safer place, both politically and health-wise. You can't get enough of Maui!

In our many trips to Hawaii, we have chosen Maui as our favorite. Just when you think you have found paradise, Richard Andrews makes you really feel at home. He goes beyond by adding his heart, with his condo! Thanks Richard!

Welcome Surprise

Our original booking was for a vrbo in Kihei but it was severely damaged by the flooding in January. Luckily we were able to find this unit in the Wailea Grand Champion villas. The unit was clean and comfortable, the lanai overlooking the golf course was very nice in the early morning and evenings.The location was very good also as our favorite beaches were only minutes away. Owner was very friendly and quick to answer any questions that I had. Would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again!

Richard Thought of EVERYTHING so we didn't have to

I'm a seasoned VRBO user and this stay was among the most seamless, comfortable stays to date. From start to finish communication was prompt and thorough. When we arrived, the condo was spotless and "move in ready" with plenty of closet space, hangers, drawers, and a place to store suitcases. All appliances and A/C were in working order and Ric was nice enough to leave a personalized, DETAILED list of how everything worked, which is very helpful when you're tired from traveling all day. This condo has anything you may need: It was stocked with paper towels, toilet paper, guest soaps, beach towels, garbage bags, EVEN a few zip loc bags etc so we didn't have to buy huge quantities of everything. All the utensils made sense. In other words, there was stuff we would USE :-) Not, 17 different cocktail glasses, mixing bowls, and a plate. No, this unit is designed for people actually staying in it. There was even a single pot serving of fresh coffee left for us. Thoughtful touch. The bed is the most comfortable yet. I think he mentions it in his description but it truly is very comfortable. Plenty of bedding also. If I could give an extra star for the master bathroom I would. It has plenty of space and LIGHT. So often there is no decent light in these condos to to hair/makeup. Not that I spend a lot of time on that during a vacation, but when I do I like to at least SEE. The master bath has lights all along the mirror. Total plus. The Tommy Bahama back pack chairs and coolers (has various sized coolers) were wonderful. Also has umbrella but we didn't use it. Those chairs are an awesome touch. Washer and dryer are also great to have. Did a couple loads of laundry (there was enough soap for a few loads, again, well thought out, thank you Ric) and that allowed us to pack lighter. I really can't say enough about this place. From start to finish our every need was exceeded. Thanks for an awesome stay.

Wonderful place

We had another great stay at this superb place, the best we ever had on Maui. Airy, cool, tastefully furnished and adjacent to the greenery of the golf course, the Wailea shops and some of the best snorkeling and beach places. You will love it.

Beautiful Condo

The place is exactly as the owner described. It was so clean, everything worked well, he left brand new mini toiletries, and it was a great location! Resorts and beaches are about a ten minute walk. We loved that they had a travel guide book of Maui. That was helpful. The saving grace - we locked ourselves out one night and the property manager got back to me right away. He showed up about 40 minutes later and left a key for us in the lockbox while we were at dinner. I highly recommend this condo.

Value and Comfort

We enjoyed our stay here because the unit was clean, quiet, and equipped perfectly for 2 people with a comfortable king bed and 2 full bathrooms. Everything you need for the beach is there in the condo and there is a working washer and dryer. Bring your own detergent! And toilet paper (only one roll was there for us 🤔😩) Negatives: It’s nothing fancy and could use a facelift. The location was good, parking easy, and unit was quiet and very clean. I would definitely stay here again if I needed to be near Kihei or Wailea.

Peaceful place

Nice golf, swimming, and sunset ocean views from the lanai. The birds were fantastic! Easy access to public beaches. Condo well stocked for cooking and had beach chairs and an umbrella.

Blow. Your. Mind.

What can we say. We were “budget” shopping when we landed on this place, not really having any idea how EPIC it truly was…the unit, the view, parking, pool, golf, ultra close beach options for all the things, i.e. sunning, snorkeling, surfing, SUP’ing, water front walking or running, and unreal shopping and dining within walking distance. There was even a snorkel bob’s a block away. Best mai-tai on earth. Awesome grocery store ultra close. And the unit was awesome. Just amazing. We honestly wouldn’t change a thing and we’re definitely coming back next year. Thank You again!

Wonderful vacation experience

Checkin and checkout were extremely easy and convenient. The condo was lovely, comfortable and had everything we needed. We enjoyed breakfast and lunch on the lanai and the relaxing adult-only pool. Location was convenient to everything and walkable.

Amazing Sunsets

A really spacious and lovely condo with amazing views across the 2nd fairway of the Wailea Blue course. Great central Wailea location within walking distance of the shops at Wailea. Highly recommend if you are looking for a home base to enjoy the Wailea area.

Wonderful Stay

My wife and I stayed her for our vacation/5th year wedding anniversary. The accommodations were great. Everything was clean and well maintained. The bedroom AC unit was a little loud but it maintained comfortable room temperature. For the price and location you can’t go wrong.

Nice but dated

Nice clean bottom floor condo. Manafer was always quick to return my calls. Overall good stay but the condo is a bit dated and the couches are just terrible. I know you only spend a short time inside but a nice place to sit would be good.
