Este chalet inspirado en casa de madera tiene
4 habitaciones + 1 sofá cama con capacidad para 10 personas.

Cubierta trasera grande, que conduce a un patio trasero grande, que tiene una casa de juegos y un trampolín para los niños y también una parrilla para asar malvaviscos y ronchas, etc. Gran área para el entretenimiento todo el día y la noche.
La cubierta inferior delantera está sombreada durante el día y está equipada con un columpio de banco.
El patio delantero tiene corteza de abedul y álamos, que también tiene un columpio de árbol para los niños y los jóvenes de corazón. Es un gran lugar para la observación de aves (colibríes, Blue Jays, Chickadees y Robins)
La cubierta superior delantera es el lugar perfecto para tomar un café por la mañana, leer un libro y también tiene una vista de la bahía de Malpeque, pero puede quedar oculta por los árboles en plena floración.
A solo 1. 5 Km. Del Parque Provincial Belmont. Donde encontrará columpios, toboganes, bares de monos y acceso a la playa con agua tibia poco profunda, ideal para niños y admite mascotas. Es un paseo corto, trotar o conducir en una carretera secundaria de poco tráfico.

A 15 kms de Summerside, la segunda ciudad más grande de la Isla del Príncipe Eduardo.

This place is amazing for a large group of people. Lots of sleeping space, and the backyard is the perfect place to hang out - either in the hot tub, at the bonfire, or stargazing! It’s close to summerside and a short drive or walk to a beautiful beach. I would highly recommend this place!!!

Family getaway

Stayed here with two families and grandparents. It was a nice launching place for several day trips. Good sized table for games at night, hot tub and trampoline were hits with the kids.

We had a good time ... Everything was there that we wanted for a nice quiet time ... The hot tub was great ... Easy access to Summerside for some shopping .. Most of our time was spent at the property Would certainly recommend it to others

Wonderful time in an outstanding place

Ideal place for one or two families with young children. Well equipped to do your own cooking as restaurants are not too close by. The property is well maintained and offers children a lot of equipment to enjoy. Highly recommended!

Great place!

The house was very clean, comfortable and stocked with everything we needed. Our kids and puppy thoroughly enjoyed the backyard!! Accurately described, the house was a short distance to a great beach area. We had a wonderful vacation and appreciated the quick responses from the owner. Carter was a pleasure to work with!

Peaceful beautiful spot to relax.

We had the most relaxing week.. beautiful house/property. Had everything one would need.. was super clean and comfortable.. not far from summerside. A+++. The owner was fantastic as well! Considering a trip back next year with friends.

Beautiful house

We had a great time in PEI. Carter always responded right away and was very receptive to requests. My kids loved the backyard. This fantastic property helped to make our stay in PEI great. Also, plenty of space in the house for 7 people and a pet!

Perfect place to relax!

This place was even nicer in person! The house was clean with lots of space and equipped with everything we needed! The back deck and yard were amazing. We spent most of out time relaxing outside! Carter was quick to reply when we reached out and always helpful. We loved every second of our stay and hope to come back next summer!

Memorable family vacation

My husband and I went with 2 of our children and their families. The house is quite large. Each of our children had a floor for their families. The yard is immense and green. It was very calming yet there was a surprisingly a lot to do. Hot tub, kids play house with sand box, trampoline, swings, games…Ocean access 3 minute drive away. We loved it. Great host too!

Perfect for a large family

Wonderful, spacious property with lovely large gardens and lots of parking. Well furnished (both inside and outdoor) and a well-equipped kitchen. Lovely location near the ocean although a bit of a drive to stores, restaurants and attractions. You definitely need a car. Wish we could have stayed longer and would highly recommend this house. One comment for the owner - the sofa bed in the basement could do with a new mattress.

Lovely property perfect for a family

We had a lovely stay at this property. It is just as depicted in the photographs. The landscaping is beautiful and the large deck out back is a perfect spot to relax. We were able to have dinners outside on the patio and quiet coffees in the morning on the bench swing listening to the birds. Our kids loved the treehouse and trampoline. A quick walk or drive to Belmont provincial park and you can see the sunrise over the ocean. The hosts gave us all the information we needed to check in and made sure everything was as expected. We would return again!

Belmont Beauty!

We have enjoyed many family vacations on the Island. Our time at the Belmont Chalet was one of our favourites! The property is a private quite oasis with a mix of sun and shade. Our son spent hours playing in the tree house and bouncing on the trampoline. The property is a short walk/bike ride to Belmont Provincial Park. We enjoyed several outings here with our dog for an evening stroll in the shore. The Chalet itself was very clean and well stocked. We had everything we could need available for our stay. Carter was a great host and we will be returning for future stays!!

Family Vacation

This property was excellent. Lots of space inside and out. Comfortable beds. Quiet. Clean. Felt like home. The beach down the road was too far to walk (1.5 km), but a good spot for beach exploration. We have boys between 8-12 years old, and they preferred Thunder Cove beach, which was a 45 minute drive (deeper water, bigger waves). Shining Waters and Cows Ice Cream in Cavendish, and Burlington Go Carts just outside Kensington were a huge hit. Summerside is a 20 minute drive - cute town - Holman's Ice Cream delicious. We had a great week! Thanks for hosting us Carter.

Wonderful vacation

This home away from home helped make our vacation great. It was well stocked, the deck was amazing and the scenery was breath taking. We are a senior couple and we enjoyed this location very much, and it is a fantastic location for a family with children as it is fully equipped for the children to have a great vacation. Would recommend it for all families.

This property is unique in it's styling, aesthetically pleasing on the exterior. Great for family photos on the front deck, tree swing, around the wagon wheel and treed front yard.
Back deck is great for sun all day long and late into the evenings.
The interior has recently been updated and painted and is clean and bright.
Secured and unlimited high speed Wifi
Centrally located on the island and is only 15 kms to Summerside which is the islands second largest city but is situated in a country setting surrounded by farms and beaches.
