This large condo comfortably sleeps 10 people, with enough bathrooms to minimize congestion.

* 2 Master suites – Each with a king size bed and on-suite bathroom.

The oceanfront master offers a Jacuzzi tub.

The 2nd Bedroom has a queen size bed and flat screen TV.

The 3rd bedroom has a king bed and a large flat screen tv.

The 4th bedroom has a twin size bunkbed and a flat screen tv.

The living room couch pulls out to a QUEEN size bed.

All bedrooms have large flat screen televisions and there are plenty of closets and dressers to unpack all of your needs, for any length of stay.

This Unit is on the 4th floor (not too high like many units but still with a great view of the ocean), a perfect height to enjoy the breathtaking sunsets, watch the dolphins, or listen to the relaxing ocean waves on the extra-large balcony, or from the living room and the master bedroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and all of your cooking needs should you choose to stay in and cook.

Majestic Beach Resort offers the most amenities of any resort on Panama City Beach:

You will be hard pressed to find a newly remodeled 4 bedroom unit with all of these resort amenities anywhere else on Panama City Beach, and this unit is going to book up quickly!

We love the resort. Will not rent this room again, due to lack of communication from owner and overall look of the room. Needs lots of updating, some fans were not working, clogged shower drain (which did get fixed after contacting maintenance) and needs lots of touch ups. Bed was uncomfortable. We packed as we were going to be able to use the washer and dryer and after we arrived and tried using the washer which did not work, we contacted the host to find out that it was broken and a part was ordered. Was not able to try and fix it until the day we were leaving, which was unfortunately still not fixed. Nothing was accommodated for us besides a 100 refund. Very disappointing and very inconvenient.

Overall we were satisfied with the property. It would be nice if the main bedroom had a dresser or something to put your suitcase on and some hangers in the closet. It was our first family vacation in 13 yrs. We had a great time! We celebrated an engagement and a 5 yr cancer free. We would book this property again!

I would suggest the condo to update some things like fix the knobs on the cabinet doors, have blankets available and possibly update paint there were scratches all over the house! But this place had food beds I would also suggest having fans in each room for guests!

Our unit could’ve been cleaner and the furniture was dated and not in the best shape. Majestic Towers are in a good location and there was plenty to do. It was quite enjoyable waking up with a beach view while drinking my coffee.

First grandchild’s Family vacation

It was nice there lots stuff to do around there and in the condo .the property people answered text fast some one wrote stuff on walls we reported it and they came right out and got it off the wall .

PCB family vacation July 2025

This place was amazing, the rooms were very clean and spacious for our family of 9. The view from our balcony was beautiful. The pools were very clean, and the staff were friendly. Management was great at responding quickly to any questions that I had. We will definitely be staying here again.

The kitchen cabinets were peeling, not in the best shape for the price. We didn't have spatula and other things in the kitchen most condos have had in the past. The balcony was nice for the most part. A bit surprised what shape furnture was in,would not go back to this particular condo.The parking was tight, hard to find and a long way to the room so something to consider.

1st day upon arrival. The room was nasty. We had to have house keeping come vacuum and they had to mop twice. As to when we first walked in the bottom of your feet would be nasty black. There was open tarter sauce containers on the couches not to mention big, greasy stains on the chair. The kitchen table was so wobble. You could not use it. The lamination was peeling off several cabinets. Some closet and other doors were mussing knobs. There was vulgar , terrible things written on some of the inside of the closets and refrigerate. The coffee pot didn't work. On day three the master shower was leaking through to the room below us. Had to come off the beach two days in a row to let maintenance in to try and fix it. Mean while telling us not to use the shower. Like we have not been on the beach all day. I would highly not recommend this condo or ECDI. And will share my experience with others to warn them. This stuff was known dats before are departure. With no interest in making it right.

Great place to stay!

This is my second time staying at an EDCI managed condo at the Majestic Towers. Location was great and accommodations were perfect for our family. My parents, 2 young kids, new born, and 21 year old nephew all had a good time and were comfortable in the large unit.

The room was exactly as pictured and clean. We had a grrat stay and the view was beautiful. The only complaint I have was that there was some confusion regarding the parking registration as we did not receive the email beforehand to get that done prior to our arrival.

Property was as listed. Great location and views from the balcony were awesome. The dolphins greeted us each morning. Host was quick to respond to everything.

Beautiful place, but communication was awful.

The condo was very nice at first. The icemaker and water did not work on the refrigerator. The twin bunk bed had sand in the sheets, and the threshold was broken going into the master bath. I reported this all on the first day. I told them I would wash the sheets. They said they would inform housekeeping and maintenance. On the 4th day, maintenance came in the condo, unannounced to repair the a/c that was dripping down into the condo below us. They never calles to say they were sending maintenance up. The mattress in one of the bedrooms had a hump in the middle of it. We asked for a late check out on the last day, and they said we could with no fee if we gave a 5 star review. This is not the review they are expecting. We checked out at the regular 9:00 am check out time. There is plenty of room for family, and the condo is located in a great spot, close to the elevator and pool. I feel this would have been a much better stay if there had been better communication

Rough start, but Wonderful Family Memories Made

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Preface: I don't expect perfectionOur trip started out rough. The only thing that had been cleaned were the bed linens. The floors were still sandy and dirty, the dishes were still in the dishwasher and dirty dishes in the cabinet, clothes were left in two bathrooms, food was in the sink, there were seven towels for nine people, and the refrigerator was filthy. We contacted our host and housekeeping. Housekeeping brought more towels, and our host offered to send over cleaners, but we had already jumped in and cleaned everything up. It was not how we wanted to start the week, but we were on the beach and excited to get our vacation started. The condo could use a little freshening up. A few minor fixes, like a knob on the master closet and a place to put your clothes in the master (I went back and looked at the pic and there was not a dresser there. I just assumed it was on the wall, not shown.) and fix the ice maker (we purchased ice daily). With all that said, it was a beautiful week of making memories with my kids and grandkids. The condo has a beautiful beach view and is high enough not to hear noise below. The pools were perfect, and the inside pool was handy for kids when it was raining. An elevator is right around the corner, and the trash chute is 20ft from the condo. Getting to the beach was easy, and if you don't want to rent chairs, there is plenty of room to put a tent on the side. There are a lot of places to walk to eat and get ice cream, and Walmart is less than a mile away. A great place to eat is Bayou on the Beach. It is about a 5-minute drive, and every meal we ordered was great. I would recommend the shrimp and grits,so good! After a rough start, our week ended with many memories, laughs, and smiles. The housekeeping issue was not our hosts' fault, and I am sure the freshening up and things to be fixed can be handled easily. I would recommend it, but know the condo has not been updated recently.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We planned a last minute trip to PCB for the Jeep jam weekend. So finding somewhere decently priced, not far from pier park, and on beach was difficult. This condo met all of those requirements. The pictures showed a somewhat dated, but nice condo; and that’s what it was. Everything worked, and the beds were decently comfortable. The water pressure was phenomenal in the showers! However, upon arrival the laundry room door was broken, and washer and dryer were extremely loud. The cabinets were peeling and the living room ROKU tv remote was missing. The floor was very dirty, our feet were black. There also was remodeling being done in the condo next to ours, we weren’t aware would be happening; so we heard banging and hammering our entire trip. Even on Saturday and Sunday. I do think, though, if these things could be fixed it would be a wonderful stay! None of these things mean I wouldn’t book again, because I would. The things we loved; decent amount of room, for a condo that sleeps 10; great ocean view, several pool choices, so you never felt over crowded, quick walk to the beach, tiki bar and Starbucks on property!

Good

We overall had a pretty good stay. The room was not quite as I expected. The floors were dirty the furniture was very out of date and no blinds on the balcony door. But the rest was fairly nice.
