Ideal Friends or Family: Placer de un cruce 3P en RDJ, acceso a la piscina, vista al mar y las islas Lérins, en una residencia ajardinada y segura, con estacionamiento privado. Apartamento muy soleado, gran terraza protegida para pasear por el salón, comedor, barbacoa, jardín privado y acceso directo a la piscina. Puede alojar hasta 6 adultos y los niños son bienvenidos. Cocina americana totalmente equipada, 2 dormitorios (1 cama de 160x200 + 2 camas de 80x200 que se pueden convertir en 160x200 bajo petición) y un gran sofá cama - chaise longue (160x200), 1 baño, 1 WC separado. Cuna y trona disponibles. Decoración refinada y moderna, sensación relajante de espacio y bienestar. TV de pantalla plana, conectado, gran cantidad de canales internacionales, internet WiFi ilimitado. Persianas enrollables con control automático individual y centralizado.
Ubicado a 950 m de las playas y del centro de Juan-Les-Pins, restaurantes, discotecas y casino; Supermercado y todas las comodidades al salir de la residencia. Ubicación central para recorrer la Riviera desde St-Tropez hasta San Remo (aproximadamente 1 hora en auto), incluyendo Mónaco, Cannes, Niza, Antibes y su casco antiguo, y en el interior, con Valbonne y Mougins y sus tierras. golf, Vallauris y sus cerámicas, Biot y sus cristalerías.

Hugh, et sa famille a communiqué facilement et de façon précise tout au long du process. Nous sommes heureux qu'ils aient apprécié notre appartement, qu'ils ont laissé propre et en bonne condition. Brian's family has been appreciated, and remained very discreet all along their stay. Their communication before arrival was minimalist in terms of content & timeframe, but, at the end, was right spotted and fine. Cleaning was a bit too much approximative regarding the cutlery, plates and glasses, despite everything was left in good order. We're happy that they've appreciated the swimming pool. Lovely clean property with all of the equipment that you might need in a holiday property. Good communication from the owners with easy check in and departure processes. The swimming pool was the highlight of the stay, excellent size and very well maintained. The steps from the garden to the swimming pool were difficult to negotiate and would not be recommended for young children or people with mobility issues. We would not hesitate to book another holiday here.

Such a beautiful apartment!

This property was modern and clean and the perfect base for our week stay in Antibes. The hosts were lovely and very kind. They both worked hard to sort out one problem we had. There was a supermarket within walking distance and a fantastic swimming pool on site. Everyone nearby were lovely and friendly. All in all a fantastic holiday.

Convenient apartment to explore Antibes and surrounding areas

Mathieu is a very accommodating host! We were driving in from Italy and got delayed from traffic and Mathieu was very flexible with our check in time. The apartment is in a convient location - close to Antibes old town and easy to get on the highway to explore other nearby villages. There is a pool right outside the flat where you can cool off from the summer heat! Thank you Mathieu!

Beautiful, Spacious Apartment

Sylvie & Mathieu have a beautifully appointed apartment in a lovely complex, just steps from the pool and water view. Spacious, well equipped and nicely decorated, this 2 bedroom home is a wonderful way to enjoy the area. Sylvie & Mathieu are gracious hosts, and take pride in welcoming guests to their home. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Good apartment with nice pool

The apartment is nice and kept to a good standard. Mathieu was easy and nice to deal with for check in and check out and comms were straight forward. The huge benefit of the property is the little garden access direct to the outdoor pool. Bathroom could do with a small update soon. Thank you!

Thank you very much for letting us stay at your property. We had a lovely stay and it was a great base to explore the local areas - we wanted to show our children where we used to come so it was an ideal location for this. It was great to have the parking as well as the outside areas for the children to get some outdoor space. The apartment suited our needs very well. A comfortable stay in beautiful surroundings

Matthieu and Sylvie were charming and helpful hosts. The apartment was just as described and was well-equipped, bright, very clean and comfortable. The surroundings were very peaceful during our February stay. The small garden was delightful giving direct access to the large pool. The location was good for visiting Cannes, Nice and of course the centre of Antibes. Locally, a supermarket and pizza restaurant were within walking distance. Parking was available next to the apartment for our hire car. We aim to stay again in the future.

Perfect place to stay !

We felt at home from the moment we entered the flat. We found nice rooms and furnitures in a modern style and all was very clean. There is a beautiful terrace and a small garden from where we had direct access to the impressive swimming pool. It was perfect as we were always close by to have a good look on our kids. The location is perfect to start your trips to Nice, Cannes, Monaco, St. Tropez (only to name some), but it was also only a short drive for us to reach the beaches of Antibes & Juan Les Pins. Mathieu was very friendly and helpful from the very beginning, accepting an early check-in, surprising us with a welcome pack (with water, wine, coffee, chips, etc.) and giving us some valuable information for our planned trips. We can really recommend this object and would definitely book it again.

Matthias and his family (4 people total), have been highly responsible travellers, from start to end. We've been able to nicely communicate with them throughout the whole process. They've left our place in perfect order and perfectly cleaned up all from top to bottom. Very impressive travellers, very polite, of a natural kindness, and they left us some additional few things such as beach chair, beach umbrellas and beach towel. Very spacious, modern, and high-quality furnished apartment with two bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Excellent communication. Check-in and check-out were super easy. Parking right in front of the house, albeit a bit narrow. Great, spacious pool (25 m). Supermarket (with gas station) within walking distance. Everything was perfect. We would gladly return anytime.Appartement très spacieux, moderne et meublé avec goût, avec deux salles de bain. Cuisine entièrement équipée. Hôtes très sympathiques et serviables. Excellente communication. Arrivée et départ très faciles. Parking juste devant la maison, bien qu'un peu étroit. Grande piscine (25 m). Supermarché (avec station-service) accessible à pied. Tout était parfait. Nous y retournerions avec plaisir.

Sabrina et son fils ont été des voyageurs très appréciés, qui ont fait l'unanimité autour d'eux, en montrant un profond respect des règles de la résidence et des résidents. Ils ont pu profiter de la piscine, et pour rayonner aux alentours. Concernant l'appartement, le plus grand soin a été pris, et il a été laissé dans un état impeccable. Deux semaines magnifiques !

Excellent accueil reçu de Mathieu, tant à l’arrivée qu’à la sortie, extrême gentillesse, contact très facile durant le séjour et beaucoup de bienveillance. L’endroit est 100% conforme aux photos, très bien entretenu, petit + encore à tous les meubles « placards » qui facilitent le rangement! Excellente qualité du Wifi grâce à la fibre (devant travailler quelques heures chaque jour, c’était impeccable), et puis alors cette magnifique piscine de quelques 30 ou 35m sur 15m environ toujours entre 28 et 30°, au pied du petit jardin, très calme, propre… le paradis! Très bonne literie et matériel en parfait état. Bref, deux semaines de rêve après avoir traversé 9 mois de pluie belge… Nous envisageons sérieusement d’y revenir au plus vite !

Eine nette Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in Antibes verbracht. Mathieu und Sylvie sind sehr gute Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation war stets schnell und sehr unkompliziert. Die Wohnung entspricht exakt der Beschreibung und das Swimmingpool ist riesig und sehr sauber. Der Strand liegt ca 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Es gibt viele tolle Ausflugsziele in Umgebung.

Marina and fellow travelers have been nice to meet and easy to communicate with along the whole process. They've been respectful to the residents, and the rules, and have left the apartment very nicely. We are pleased that they considered it was very nice to benefit from the apartment and its wonderful swimming pool, as well as the area around. We'll received them with pleasure any time. Sehr guter Aufenthalt

Wir wir im Oktober für eine Woche in diesem schönen Appartment. Die Vermieter waren immer zu erreichen und sehr nett. Das Apparment war sehr sauber und es gab wirklich alles was für einen schönen Aufenthalt benötigt wird. Die Beschreibung vom Objekt stimmt vollkommen überein. Wier können es sehr empfehlen und kommen selbst gern einmal wieder. Danke für den wirklich schönen Aufenthalt! Yvonne, Frank und William.

Calme, confort et grande piscine

Nous avons particulièrement aimé le calme de la résidence, la literie très confortable, l’aménagement de l’appartement, la belle terrasse et la grande piscine juste en face. Un petit bémol concernant la salle de bains. Une douche serait plus appropriée qu’une baignoire, surtout pour des personnes âgées.

Prettig en goed uitgerust vakantie appartement

Ontvangst was goed, vriendelijke gastheer. Goede uitleg over appartement en omgeving. Fijn zwembad met gras en schaduwplekken. Supermarkt in omgeving (wel iets steile weg terug omhoog). Al met al goede week gehad. Strand is te doen te voet maar houd rekening met een behoorlijke wandeling.

Nous avons accueilli la famille de Mariëlle et Jasper avec plaisir, et sommes désolés qu'ils aient dû modifier leur séjour en cours de route. Très bon séjour

Après un excellent accueil et une visite détaillée de l'appartement, nous avons pu profiter d'une location très agréable. Tout était conforme à la description faite dans l'annonce, lieux et équipements divers. Le parking à été très apprécié compte tenu de l'environnement où le stationnement aurait été très difficile. La piscine à constitué un plus très agréable, même si nous avons dû subir une fermeture durant deux jours pour cause de risque sanitaire ... mais la santé passé avant tout !! Mathieu nous a très gentiment acceilli et s'est montré très réceptif à toute demande, mêmece dont nous le remercions. Cette location peut être recommandée sans hésitation.

Serge, sa femme et leur petite fille ont été des voyageurs appréciés, qui ont toujours montré une grande politesse et un respect des résidents. Ils ont pû profiter de la réigion alentour. Nous regrettons que la piscine ait dû être fermée 2 jours pendant leur séjour, exceptionnellement, afin de satisfaire aux contrôles qualité. Pas de piscine

Nous avions choisi un logement proche de la mer et avec une piscine. La mer n’est pas à 900 m du logement comme l’indiquait l’annonce mais à environ 2 km. En arrivant sur place la piscine etait en maintenance et donc inaccessible pour la durée entière de notre séjour. Nous n’avons obtenu aucun geste commercial de la part des propriétaires, cela est bien regrettable.

Brice et sa famille ont été des voyageurs avec une excellente communication, très respecteux des résidents, qui ont laissé notre appartement en bonne conditions. Nous sommes désolés qu'ils n'aient pas pu profiter de la piscine, étant donné les pluies sans interruption pendant leur séjour. Petites précisions : - La distance à la mer est bien de environ 900 m, comme l'indique Google Maps ou Michelin. - La maintenance de la piscine, renseignements pris, était due aux pluies diluviennes, qui ont nécessité un traitement immédiat pour des raisons d'hygiène. Nous les recommandons les yeux fermés et les accueillerons à nouveau avec grand plaisir. Cordialement, Sylvie & Mathieu.
