Real Escapes Properties se enorgullece de ofrecer Island Marshwood C-3. Aquí encontrará una casa adosada de dos dormitorios con un baño y medio con un porche cerrado para dormir en la planta baja. Convenientemente ubicado a menos de una milla de la playa y menos de una milla del pueblo, este es el lugar perfecto para su escapada a la isla. La piscina comunitaria está a unos pasos de la puerta principal. La sala de estar con sofá doble tiene un televisor de pantalla plana montado en la pared, así como el dormitorio principal y el segundo. Una cocina totalmente equipada está disponible para esos eventos desde aperitivos hasta una comida de varios platos. Disfrute de la decoración de la playa en esta unidad recién renovada o del exuberante paisaje de la terraza trasera mientras toma cócteles por la noche. Great Place!

The Shark Shack was cute and cozy. the furniture was comfortable and nice. the decor was well done in a beach theme which was very cute. It had plenty of room for the 6 of us. The kitchen was well stocked. The location was convient to everything we needed to get to.

Truly a home away from home!

We really enjoyed staying in this comfortable and pleasant space! So beautifully decorated, thoughtfully equipped, and clean, the townhome was the perfect little retreat for our family. We arrived after check-in hours, but that was no problem at all. We also had a hiccup with a mail piece that we needed to get to in the key-access-only mailbox, and management was responsive and helpful. We didn’t lack for anything and felt warmly taken care of. While this (what follows) wasn't a problem for us and definitely not a complaint, access to both *full* baths do require entry through one of each of the upstairs bedrooms; so, if one guest needs privacy in a bedroom, another guest, who ... say ... needs a shower, has to either go to the bathroom in the other bedroom, if available, or wait until the first guest no longer needs private use of that bedroom. Hope that makes sense. Again, not a complaint at all; just something to note. We loved it here and would definitely stay again-- and recommend!!!!!! Thank you!!!!

Attractive condo

This condo was beautiful in decor and totally equipped for any circumstance. We've never stayed at a rental so completely stocked with kitchen supplies. It just was comfortable and very homey. A few times the internet disconnected. If we'd been there longer we would have addressed this with the agency. The location was good for reaching restaurants and shops via golf cart or auto.

Great stay!

My kids and I had to leave our house during the COVID-19 social distancing period because we were having some remodeling done and had no kitchen. We found this amazing condo and it was perfect! It was clean and well stocked with kitchen items. The pool area was a godsend because the beaches were closed and my three little men needed to get rid of some energy! The neighborhood is quiet and tucked away from the busy commerce areas but very convenient to nearby stores and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this rental and would love to come back when life gets back to normal.
