No se escatimaron gastos en el diseño de esta villa para garantizar una experiencia de huésped superior para grupos grandes. El hogar es exclusivo con un interior que cuenta con muebles de alta gama y cómodas habitaciones, solo para su grupo.

Esta casa de tres pisos ofrece impresionantes vistas del golfo desde todos los pisos y, como ventaja adicional, hay una azotea donde puedes disfrutar de vistas ilimitadas de la playa.

El primer nivel cuenta con un garaje para 4 autos y acceso a la piscina privada frente a la playa. Simplemente salga de las puertas de estilo francés y entre en el oasis de su piscina privada. Puede acceder a la piscina frente al mar desde el garaje o por las escaleras desde el segundo piso. Una sección al aire libre para 6 y 4 tumbonas adicionales están disponibles.

El segundo nivel presenta un diseño abierto con las áreas de sala de estar, comedor y cocina, donde la familia puede disfrutar de tiempo de calidad juntos. Hay un medio baño justo al lado de la sala de estar.

El espacio habitable simplemente divino tiene cómodos sofás y una televisión de pantalla plana y, lo mejor de todo, cuenta con puertas corredizas de vidrio con vistas a la playa. Justo fuera de la sala de estar hay un pequeño patio con mesa al aire libre para 8 personas y una parrilla de gas para barbacoa. La zona de comedor también ofrece vistas a la playa y tiene capacidad para 10 personas, mientras que la barra de desayuno tiene capacidad para otros 2.

La cocina está totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, cocina a gas, encimeras de granito, asientos de bar informales e iluminación natural. La cocina también cuenta con una gran isla. Puede preparar comidas caseras en esta cocina gourmet totalmente equipada.

El segundo nivel cuenta con los primeros dos dormitorios: el primer dormitorio tiene una cama Queen size con baño privado (ducha) y el segundo dormitorio cuenta con una cama King size con baño privado (ducha).

El tercer nivel cuenta con el tercer dormitorio: una habitación para niños con una cama tamaño Queen, un sofá, ¡e incluso tiene una PlayStation! El cuarto dormitorio tiene una cama Queen size con baño privado (combinación de bañera / ducha), el quinto dormitorio tiene una cama Queen Size con un baño privado (ducha). This property was nice, except for everything breaking down. While we were there, the dishwasher broke, 3 toilets didn't work properly, the washing machine broke, one of the shades in the primary bedroom didn't work, and worst of all, the air conditioner didn't work for the last 2 days of our vacation. I've tried contacting mamagement regarding compensation, and I have been ignored. It's a lovely property, but it needs better management.

This house is exactly how it’s described easy access to just about anywhere you want to go. The beach is less crowded than others nearby. The kitchen has just about everything you need. The bedrooms are all a nice size with ensuites. The management responds if there are any issues you may have. The only deterrence is the traffic noise at night and that wasn’t awful. We enjoyed this house and the convenience to drive anywhere. Caddy’s on the beach but Ricky T’s right down the road is where we landed just about every lunch and dinner their food was always good and the live music was great as well. Easy access to the beach with you own private entrance and the rooftop deck for pictures. Our group has traveled together for years and this spot was wonderful

Perfect home for multifamily stay

Property was exactly as its advertised! Very clean and beautiful beach views and access. We had a total of 8 people ranging in age from 13 to 68. Home was perfect for entertaining in the common space as well as being able to have your own space. Easy to grab the bus and go to restaurants in the area. Would stay again.

FL beach for the holidays

This was a wonderful property to host my immediate family in FL for the holidays. With 12 in attendance, the house was extremely spacious and comfortable for everyone. The heated pool was also a winner with the kids when they were not running around on the beach. Location is walkable to a variety of restaurants and shops around Treasure Island. .

Great week on the beach. Home had everything you could think of from fully outfitted kitchen to great beach chairs and toys. We really enjoyed the common spaces as much as the privacy of the bedrooms and en-suite baths.

Beautiful spacious house in fabulous beachfront location

Our family had a wonderful stay at Serenity Now. We had people from 5 to 93 and the house and location were well-suited to all of us. The kitchen is well-stocked and enabled us to cook most of our meals there. Beach Time Rentals were very responsive to any needs we have. The house is well-equipped for the beach and the pool, making for easy and relaxing days in the sun!

Great Place for a Family Gathering!

My Happy 80th celebration

What a wonderful experience for my family that came from SF, Cleveland and Brownsville. The house was all it claimed to be and more than we expected. First class! I planned my own celebration and the kids and grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed the area, the pool, beach, 7-11 and nearby restaurants. We also took a tour of Tampa Harbor and Tampa University.
