It would not have been big enough to house everyone but since some couldnt come it was great master suite needs its own bathroom Loved the pool outside area to sit at lovely table!

The location is perfect. Eating breakfast beside the built in pool overlooking the beautiful beach is a great way to start your day. Beach is pristine.

To keep things simple, the Sunset House in Redington Shores, Fl, has the all-time best combination of pool and beach accessibility that we ever encountered. That one single fact helped make our recent stay for our granddaughter the best vacation she ever had. She couldn’t stop thanking us for bringing her to the Sunset House. She had her very own private Florida playground. And, this is a track of white, sandy beaches that stretch for miles either way. As for the house itself, we were welcomed with snacks on the counter and drinks in the fridge. The house has a 2-system AC, and that was great for my son and his wife who took the back bedroom. Also, you will want for nothing…beach towels and plenty of beach & pool items, anything & everything for the kitchen, overflow of quality bath towels & bath accessories. Basically, you should consider the Sunset House for your next Florida beachfront vacation!!!

Family trip

We really enjoyed the house, there was plenty of room for our family. Our Florida family came over for dinner and there was plenty of room. The kitchen was very well stocked so cooking was a breeze!

The Sunset House was outstanding! The location on the beach with a pool was ideal for our family. Everything you needed for the beach and the pool (boogie boards, floats, chairs, sand toys, beach towels, sunscreen) was provided. The kitchen was fully stocked with every imaginable utensil, plate, bowl, pot, pan, and glassware. We packed chairs, towels, and a coffee maker that we didn't need as they all were provided. The grill was easy to use and exceptionally clean. The entire house and adjoining apartment were also exceptionally clean. The hot tub was a treat for the evenings. When we had an initial problem turning on the hot tub, Chris and Mykala arrived within minutes to fix the problem (flipped the circuit breaker). Having a garage was a nice feature for keeping our cars out of the sun. We would definitely come back and highly recommend the Sunset House.

The property is located directly on the beach and provides beautiful views. The property manager was prompt and wonderful at communication and addressed any issues that arose. We really enjoyed the property and would stay here again!

The sunsets did not disappoint

What a wonderful property to share with family for vacation. So much to do in the surrounding area of Tampa and great restaurants all around. Bob & Stewart made the experience easy on us and we highly recommend this property.

Family Vacation

What a beautiful place! We had a great time. The house was perfect and stocked with everything we needed. The private pool was a huge plus and mornings on the patio were a perfect way to start the day.

Home on the beach

This home is so welcoming and well stocked. The location makes is so easy to go between the pool, beach and hot tub, especially if you have children. Highly recommend for all ages.

Everything we wanted in a Beach House

Right on the beach, check. Private pool, check. Dogs allowed, check Sunsets, check Quiet neighborhood, check Quiet beach, check All of the towels, chairs, etc you need for the beach. Stu, and Bob at Tropical Isles Realty were great hosts.

Family FL Trip

We had a lovely stay at this property and, given all of the amenities, like the pool and hot tub, the attention to detail in fully stocked home items, and the gorgeous beach, we rarely left the home. A special thanks to Stuart for his detailed welcome and responsiveness. We hope to return in the not too distant future.

Wonderful Location and great view

We loved the location and property. The view is beautiful from the pool area. The house overall is as presented and one of the best-stocked houses we have ever rented when it comes to kitchen supplies. The only negative is the MBR does not have a bath and the bathrooms are small and need to be upgraded.

Wonderful views and a great home

We stayed at this property for a family vacation. The house views are amazing! Love the fact that you are steps from the beach. The house layout was great for my parents. Beach chairs etc were provided and the kitchen is fully stocked. The owner and house manager were quick to respond and great to work with.

Family time

Our rental was top notch. Plenty of dishes and kitchen appliances in the to make cooking easy. The property managers were very prompt with any issues that came up. Lots of pool items for the kids and plenty of beach chairs.

We had a wonderful family vacation with our family of 10 in this beautiful oceanfront location. The pool and hot tub were great too! The ample parking, the park across the street and the garage apt we’re great as well. It was very well stocked with essentials as well as beach towels, beach chairs, games and pool toys for all ages.

Redington Shores is quaint beach community located just 10 miles from Clearwater and St Pete beaches. The area offers an endless array of activities for all ages that are close at hand. From sand and surf, to professional sports team venues, your friends and family will have many opportunities for entertainment during your stay. For the sports enthusiasts, you'll find pro football, baseball and hockey teams including the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Rays and Lightning. If it’s theme parks that you’re looking for there’s Walt Disney World, Bush Gardens, Universal Studios and Sea World all within a 90 minute drive that make great day trips. Also, there’s the the Clearwater Marine Aquarium featuring the movie star Winter the Dolphin. In Tampa you'll find Ebor City and the International Mall for great shopping.
For your travel needs you’ll find Tampa International Airport (TPA) located just 24 miles away and the St Petersburg / Clearwater regional airport (PIE) just 14.35 miles away.

Just across the Street is Constitution Park featuring a huge jungle gym, volleyball and basketball courts and a large picnic pavilion. And just down the beach (0.83 mi South) is the Redington Long Pier that offers great fishing and awesome Gulf views.

Also, be sure and check out all of the great dining locations close to The Sunset House. For breakfast, try Sweet Sage (1.52 mi South) or The Frog Pond (1.40 mi South). For lunch and dinner, The Conch Republic (1.69 mi. South), The Salt Rock Grill (1.15 mi North) reservations recommended, Guppy's on the Beach (4.79 mi North) or Keegan's Seafood Grill (4.70 mi North). Also, at the end of the block is Beachside Grill serving lunch and dinner and across the street you'll find Beach Pizza and Wings (they deliver!) and The Friendly Tavern. And for dessert there's the Candy Kitchen across the street with ice-cream and yogurt. There's also a great seafood market & wine shop just minutes away called The Reef (0.57 mi South) featuring fresh fish, shrimp, scallops, lobster & their fantastic fish spread!

And, don't miss John's Pass Village shopping area on Madeira Beach, (4.71 mi South) a great tourist destination with several souvenir shops, small boutique shops, fishing charter boats, wave-runner rentals and great seafood restaurants such as The Friendly Fisherman.
