Nueva piscina y restaurante abierto 1/2016 !!! EL CALENDARIO ESTÁ ACTUALIZADO. 3 habitaciones con rey, rey y gemelos. 3. 5 baños. ¡¡Una gran noticia!! Air Canada ofrece un vuelo directo desde Toronto a Georgetown. Delta vuela directamente desde ATL. Código de aeropuerto GGT. Nuestra villa permitirá que 3 parejas tengan habitaciones separadas y privadas para dormir / bañarse. En el primer piso hay sala y comedor. Un armario de lavandería alberga la lavadora y secadora. Si te gusta cocinar, la cocina gourmet tiene todas las herramientas necesarias para preparar una deliciosa fiesta, ¡incluido un enfriador de vino! El comedor formal tiene capacidad para ocho personas con más disponibilidad en la terraza. Los pisos son de travertino / madera dura y los muebles de diseño tienen un toque isleño. En el segundo nivel hay dos dormitorios con baños privados completos. Cada uno tiene puertas francesas que se abren a una cubierta cubierta. La suite principal se encuentra en el desván. Exactly as described! February Point is awesome and having your own dock is key! Kitchen is very very well stocked! AC works great and the water cooler is nice! Grill was very nice ! Only thing I’d say is it needs new linens, pillows and towels, they are getting worn. Upstairs twin bedroom shower head isn’t working. We would definitely stay here again , it was a great week !

Lovely stay with beautiful views

Overall- a very good experience at the Nice Villa. Beautiful view, amazing access to February Point amenities and close to Georgetown for dining and food shopping. But things that weren’t mentioned in other reviews was that the furniture in the living area is a bit tired and the home is clean butdusty- needs a good deep cleaning. Property manager was not as responsive as we would have liked but everything went smoothly at check in- just felt like an inconvenience with any small questions and requests we did have.

We enjoyed staying at Nicevilla within February Point. Plenty of space for our family of 5 and the house had everything we needed. Convenient location to access everything on the island. Loved being able to have a boat overnight at the dock. Would definitely stay again!

We loved our stay at NiceVilla. The house is beautiful and the furniture was very comfortable. The kitchen had everything I needed and more.The best parts for us were the 3 different balconies, marina and the sea turtles that came by every day when we returned on our rented boat.I would definitely recommend staying here and I can't wait to come back.

It doesnt get any better than February Point, and this beautiful property hosted my family over Thanksgiving. Very clean and conveniently located. Perfect for older kids and easy dock access if you have a boat rental.

The place to Stay in Georgetown

My wife and I have been to Great Exuma many times. we know the island pretty well. we wanted to have a boat at our dock and so we looked for a house with exactly that. we found exactly what we wanted and needed. i can tell you we now have our new go to property. spectacular location, views, property layout, and the management could not have been more attentive yet invisible when you don't need anything. we got up every morning, hopped on the boat with some new bags of ice and explored new beaches and sand bars every day. Thanks to Jim and his team. we will certainly see you in about six months.

The home was clean and the property was very well maintained. February Point is just a great location. Turtles all around the dock at the property, cold AC, comfortable beds and pillows, large masters suites, everything needed in the kitchen, extras of all the little things for a shorter stay. Would revisit next year without a doubt.

Enjoyed our stay. Thank you. Only 2 issues. We had no master bathroom shower after day 2 of our stay which was obviously a bit of an inconvenience and it would be nice to have refills for the water cooler (jugs). Other than that, all great. Thanks again.

Gorgeous property and location

The owners and property manager were very responsive. The villa is beautiful, clean and spacious. Most evenings we saw sea turtles at the dock. The beach side had great snorkeling. The location is very central to everything and it was really nice to pull our rented boat up to the dock to pick up the rest of the family. We loved everything about this rental and hope to return soon to paradise! Thanks for a great week in Exuma!

This is the nicest of the rentals at February Point. This one is kept up and everything works. I have stayed in or viewed the others and they are not maintained like this one. Great hosts that leave their phone contact if you need anything and were very helpful.

This home is beautiful. Everything was as advertised. We kept a boat at the dock all week. Kitchen is well equipped and clean. We highly recommend this home.

We have been coming to Exuma since 2005. It is the most beautiful place we have been. We always come back relaxed and refreshed. The people on this Island are wonderful, it is not over crowded (except Regatta week in April). Go ahead and book so you can experience it for your self. We will provide you all of our knowledge once you book.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

It has views you will not want to miss. Dock to load and unload for the day or keep overnight if the rental company allows that (check with Jim on size allowed). Centrally located in Elizabeth Harbor so if it is windy you can still get out on the water. Close to Georgetown for groceries, liquor stores and restaurants.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Having a dock for overnight boat rental is HUGE! The views at the house are amazing...out on the water can not be described or understood from pictures! Perfect for 3 couples or family vacay!

No hustle or bustle... very nice people all around.
