Esta hermosa villa de 3 dormitorios y 2. 5 baños se encuentra en la comunidad cerrada segura de February Point Resort y es una de las pocas en el desarrollo que cuenta con una hermosa playa de arena blanca justo en la puerta.

Cuenta con un patio cubierto con impresionantes vistas del puerto de Elizabeth y Stocking Island. El nivel principal cuenta con una cocina totalmente equipada, con un plan de sala / comedor abierto, medio baño y una lavadora y secadora apilables. En la planta superior se encuentra el dormitorio principal con una cama king size, un gran baño en suite, una ducha separada y una amplia área de lavabo doble separado, así como un gran balcón con vista a la playa. Las otras dos habitaciones cuentan con camas queen que comparten un baño.

La villa también cuenta con lujos sencillos, como aire acondicionado central, acceso a Internet de alta velocidad y televisión por satélite. Otras comodidades incluyen una piscina infinita, gimnasio, canchas de tenis, spa, un restaurante y bar frente al mar, puerto deportivo y otras dos playas adyacentes a la villa para que usted y la familia puedan explorar.

Wonderful Relaxing Stay

No soap in the showers. Very steep stairs that are hard to get luggage upstairs and all bedrooms are upstairs. Shower door in master bath ready to fall off the hinges. AC system doesn’t seem to be regulated properly as one minute it is ice cold, then 15 minutes later it’s hot.Upside is a nice view and very convenient to Georgetown.

So telaxing

We had a wonderful time in Exuma and our rental was perfect. It was located central to everything we wanted to do, and right on the water! The views were breathtaking. The pool next to the unit was an added bonus! Sasha, the property manager, was so attentive to our needs. The kayaks and paddle boards were so great to use as well. Would absolutely book here again.

Beautiful views and convenient location!

You wake up to amazing views! Early morning kayaking just outside our door! Easy process to check in and check out. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable furniture in the living room. We loved the privacy but also had great access to the Rusty Amchor and Beach Club! Ample room for 3 adult couples to enjoy their stay. Booking again right now!!

Wonderful trip

We stayed at February point, wingnwing. Gorgeous views, just steps away from water. We snorkled right in front of villa, the pool was next to villa. Villa had kayaks and boards. It was a fabulous trip!

Great Villa!

We enjoyed the many amenities of this Villa, including the beach, pool, Rusty Anchor, morning walks in the neighborhood. It had kitchen supplies, comfortable bedding, good air system, nice terrace with a gorgeous view. It’s central location was perfect to explore beaches and get groceries. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location. Beautiful views. Clean and comfortable. Host was extremely accomodating…We got in a day late due to storm. Host allowed us to adjust/extend our stay for no additional charge. Definitely coming back next year!

Beautiful property and the best location!

We enjoyed our short stay at February Point. It was an absolute perfect location and beautiful views! The area is protected by Elizabeth Harbor which gave just the right amount of breeze without all the seaweed upon the shore. We would highly recommend the unit. It was plenty of room for four people but since it would accommodate 6 (3 bedrooms) it would not be cramped in any way. Looking forward to returning soon!

Lovely Villa

The Villa is a lovely place to stay. In fact, February Point is a nice community. The kitchen is fully stocked but bathrooms did not have bath soap or shampoo. Tons of information for the island available in the villa. The back patio overlooking the water is a great place to relax and cookout. A nice pool is located next door. The Club is just a short walk from the villa has a beautiful pool and beach area plus a great restaurant the Rusty Anchor.The water pressure is low but manageable. Plan extra time if shampooing hair. On the property there are kayaks available for use.We celebrated my husband's 75th birthday and our 54th Anniversary. Wow - what a place!All in all, a fabulous place to stay and hope to go back!

Amazing house on the beach!

The house was perfect for my family of 5! The pool was directly beside us and the beach directly in front of us. We saw tons of starfish snorkeling at the beach in front of the villa. We all loved the ease and assess to paddle boards and kayaks! Super small and safe feeling community. Occasional water outage but it was ok, but it was communicated with us. Excellent vacation.

The most amazing vacation!

I cannot say enough good things!! The property is just as it’s listed, very very clean and in good condition. The guest beds could use a foam topper like the master for comfort, but that’s literally the only “complaint” that ever came up of the home. The water pressure is low but I think that’s pretty standard for the whole island. The local property manager reached out to us within the first day or so to check in and make sure all was good! And she responded very quickly when I text her a couple times during our stay. The view, the location, the neighborhood, the amenities….they were all top notch. Snorkeling right off the back porch and seeing sea turtles and starfish is like nothing we’ve ever experienced at our usual Florida beach vacations. The pool next door was so convenient and we loved Rusty Anchor for lunch by the main pool. We CANNOT wait to come back. I’m so ready already! Thank you for sharing your amazing home with us!!

Great Place to Stay

The pictures don't do the view justice. The unit is right on the water. The views from the living room, downstairs patio, Master bedroom, and Master bedroom upstairs patio are amazing. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with the necessities, including a choice of coffee machines. There were plenty of pool towels as well. We enjoyed the pool right new door and also the main pool. The property manager was very responsive, which we appreciated. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Extraordinary property to get away from it all!

What a lovely place! Our thanks to Sandy for helping us pull this trip off with all of the scheduling changes we incurred due to Covid. The country was just opening up and it was challenging to get there due to testing requirements, flights, etc., but it was well worth it. The unit was perfectly clean and has the most amazing views and vibe to it. It was like having a private beach and pool to yourself and it was so nice to just walk down the street to the restaurant and beach club. Everyone was so friendly on the island and we enjoyed seeing the sights on a boat tour and going to Chat 'n Chill. This is definitely a trip we will never forget!

family get away

This was our second time staying at the condos- no water cooler or jug provided- no shampoo/conditioner/ no spices/oils/coffee etc... Typically we have those kind offerings and we leave things for the next group to come. No family games. Minimal towels and paper goods-had to run out to get EVERYTHING- takes away from the reason why we love booking. Sheets had stains on them. Typically LOVE staying here. Not the best experience :(

Great trip- Great experience

I booked a 5 day, 4 night getaway to Exuma and this property was just perfect. February Point is centrally located, near markets and has a restaurant on the grounds. It took us 20 minutes from the airport, dodging crater size pot holes!! The condo was comfortable and has everything you need including a fabulous view of Elizabeth Harbor and a great beach. If you didn't feel like sightseeing you can easily spend your entire time on the beach, at the pool or at the Beach Club - which also had a great pool and beach. I spent 2 days on the beach outside the door because the roads in Exuma have way too many potholes for my comfort level. The condo has two balcony's with breathtaking views - and plenty of lounge chairs and floats. Also a working BBQ grill which I greatly appreciated. Sasha was very helpful and everyone at February Point was gracious, friendly and helpful Overall a 5 star rating

Perfect location for our family of 5!

We had the most wonderful week in Exuma at this villa! It was the perfect size for our family of 5 (children were 8, 11 and 14). We rented a boat from Minn's 3 of the 5 full days we were there and were able to pull the boat right up to the house to load and unload our cooler and beach supplies. The house was clean, nice and cool at night and felt very safe in the February Point neighborhood. Don't forget to go outside at night and look at the stars! They were incredible! The pool directly beside the villa was a treat and our kids all enjoyed the paddle board and kayaks. My only request for future guests is to supply a few more forks for the kitchen and a broom to sweep out the sand. We read about the power outages and water outages but didn't know we would experience the power outage twice and then the water outage on our last day when trying to check out. We recommend having a backup plan for the day because the electricity was out for a few hours each time. The island(s) are beyond beautiful and we made memories to last a lifetime! Would love to come back and highly recommend your villa.

Awesome time and great location

Our experience was great. The location was excellent being centralized across the harbor. The property was very clean and grounds were beautiful. Go for a morning and evening walk and enjoy February Point. We will be back!!! Tips: 1. Enjoy the kayaks and paddle boards! 2. There is a small reef out front of the house to snorkel on! Not a big one, but a lot of small fish, starfish, coral, and etc. 3. Rent a boat from Mims Water Sports and the location of the house is in the perfect spot to come back and have lunch after a day of snorkeling, hiking, and exploring. 4. Make dinner reservations ahead of your arrival. I recommend the Rusty Anchor and Blu’s on the water. 5. Plan meals if you are going to eat at the house if you don’t rent a car (I recommend rent a car) so you can get your groceries and shop around town. 6. Just another day in paradise

Property location could not be more convenient to Georgetown and Minns water sports where we rented our boat for the week. Everyday was amazing waking up to the gorgeous sunrise and having coffee on the back deck while listening to the wind blow the palm trees and the waves lap at the shore line. The property manager was very responsive to any request. Overall we have an amazing trip and will not hesitate to book this place again.
