Hope's Vista ha sido un lugar popular para reuniones familiares desde los años 80, ¡y ahora están compartiendo el espacio contigo! ¡Venga a descubrir por qué ha sido un favorito de la familia durante tantos años! .......

Estamos terminando la remodelación, así que pronto habrá más fotos.

Esta casa está ubicada en el borde de Three Rivers en la cima de un montículo que brinda excelentes vistas y un espacio perfecto para múltiples miembros de la familia que viajan juntos. La casa está a aproximadamente 15 minutos de la entrada al Parque Nacional Sequoia. Estamos a una corta distancia de todos los negocios de la ciudad, aunque es un paseo agradable por el camino de entrada y hacia el vecindario local. ¡Prepárate para volver por el camino largo y empinado!

2 dormitorios principales hacen de este un espacio ideal para dos familias que viajan juntas. ¡El tercer dormitorio ofrece 3 camas para todos los niños, y el cuarto dormitorio le da a la abuela y al abuelo su propia privacidad también!

Ambas habitaciones principales cuentan con baño privado, cama king size, áreas de descanso adicionales y excelentes vistas desde cualquier ubicación. Un dormitorio principal se encuentra abajo y el otro dormitorio principal se encuentra arriba.

El 3er dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales y una cama doble con espacio de guardarropas para maletas. El cuarto dormitorio tiene una cama matrimonial con un gran armario. Ambos de estos dormitorios se encuentran arriba.

La sala de estar, la cocina, el lavadero, el dormitorio principal y los 2 baños se encuentran en el nivel inferior. El nivel superior ofrece 3 dormitorios y 2 baños.

La cubierta es expansiva y se extiende a lo largo de la parte trasera de la casa con ubicaciones de entrada y salida en la sala de estar y el dormitorio principal. Hay asientos al aire libre, barbacoa de propano y un pequeño pozo de fuego. Se aplican restricciones estacionales para las hogueras y usted debe suministrar su propia leña.

Tenga en cuenta que hay un máximo de 3 automóviles en este lugar en todo momento. Esto es para reducir la cantidad de tráfico que pasa por la casa de nuestros vecinos. No queremos que se sientan como si fuera una autopista al lado de ellos. Tenga en cuenta que el camino está pavimentado pero es empinado, curvilíneo y estrecho.

We loved our stay at this home. It was furnished well, and the location is lovely.A couple of suggestions: Fill the potholes in the driveway and put blinds in the living room window to block the evening sunlight.

Excellent location!!! Beautiful views and relaxing environment. Host communication was excellent. They were sure to check in and when we had an issue with the water service not working in the evening they were on site within the hour. Loved that there was great outdoor space to sit and relax. Everything was clean and labeled, so it was easy to find everything in the kitchen. Internet worked great and we had no issues with the service or the speed. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful Sequoia vacation

The house was comfortable for us and the view was amazing and we enjoyed seeing the hummingbirds and quail on the property. It was very close to the entrance for Sequoia National Park which was our purpose in being there. We enjoyed some restaurants and shops in the little community of Three Rivers. We had a few issues with the house but the property manager and maintenance person were very responsive to our needs and worked with us to resolve everything.

Sequoia adventure

Absolutely gorgeous house in Three Rivers with incredible views right off the back patio. Each day, we went off into Sequoia for hiking and came back to relax at home. A minor issue arose during our stay and our host immediately addressed it and we couldn’t be happier. Will definitely book with them next time!

Peaceful rental

The home was great for our family reunion. Ample space, nice kitchen. It was a relief to find a rental with food storage like tinfoil and Tupperware. The view was spectacular and the deck was very nice. I would recommend the property to anyone visiting the area.

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time staying at Hope’s vista. The house had such wonderful energy. Rooms spacey, bathroom (walk-in shower) was perfect, mobility around the house great for my handicapped husband. We would definitely recommend this property for a quiet, peaceful vacation spot.

Fantastic property with tons of space. We had 4 adults and 4 small children and had extra unused bedrooms. Property manager was also great and quick to respond to any inquiries. Proximity to the park is about as good as you can get for Sequoia. Close to shops and restaurants. Lots of privacy and large property grounds with a great deck to enjoy the outdoors. Views from property are gorgeous. Just across the street from the river/lake. Good WiFi and multiple AC units. Two master bedrooms which are huge and have kings, one large bedroom with a queen and a twin and one average bedroom with a queen.

Nice getaway

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was really clean.Maybe some updates on the fixtures would be good. The water pressure in the lower bedroom was a bit low. Overall, I would recommend and we would come again

Great HQ for the National Parks

Sure it was 108 degrees every day, but right across the street was Slick Rock river where the kids had a ball cooling off in the water. The house was huge and immaculate, great A/C for the heat wave, kitchen was well supplied. No complaints.

Beautiful Stay

The stay was fantastic! The house had a vintage cabin feel, and it was really comfortable. The outside deck is where we spent most of our time, enjoying nature and relaxing. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone. Also, the hosts were great. We had trouble figuring out the AC in one room (user error), and we eventually figured it out right as our hosts were coming to check on the issue. 5/5 stars for sure on hospitality, cleanliness, location, and ambiance!

Better than expected

The house is large and perfect for our group of six adults. We had two small issues that we noticed when we arrived and contacted the property management and it was corrected almost immediately. To say they were great is an understatement - they were awesome. The kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans/etc. We all said we would stay there again.

Great Place

The views are spectacular. What a fantastic property. My son works for the Park Service and everyone who didn't have a place to go for Thanksgiving was invited.We had quite a crowd for Thanksgiving dinner. It was great. So many new friends. Introduced them all to Allice’s Restaurant by Arlo Guthrie.There were four of us who stayed there, plus a dog. The place was clean and quiet.Sheila, the host, is a rock star. Always answered her calls and texts if we had questions.We have no complaints. Almost everything needed was there already. We did need more coffee filters, and Sheila offered to bring us more, but we were going to the store anyway.Everyone had a great time in this beautiful location.

Great house and location but poorly maintained!

Great house and location but poorly maintained! No hot water in bathrooms absolutely, toilets clogging, and AC is very inconsistent. The kitchen is equipped with utensils and dinnerware but not with basic condiments such as salt and sugar. Be prepared for this and it is good find.

Great house and location

Our group of nine, consisting of children ages 8-18 and five adults and our pups, really enjoyed our stay here! It was our base camp for exploring Sequoia National Park- the home was located close to the park, as well as yummy restaurants in town. If you enjoy Greek food, Tony’s Taverna was fantastic. The yogurt shop downtown was really, really good, too! As for the property, the rooms were comfortable although the room with a queen bed and two twins is probably best for kids as the mattress is a little older and probably not as comfortable for adults. Everything you need for cooking and preparing meals at home is provided at the house and Sheila was super responsive when we needed additional coffee filters. We brought our dogs with us and the house is really pet friendly. The yard is not fenced, though this was not an issue for our pups. We’re pretty sure there was a rattlesnake under the deck and we saw and heard coyotes in the area so you’ll just want to go out with your pups to make sure they’re safe. That’s to be expected in the terrain around the house so we knew to be watchful. It’s a beautiful area and a fun place to explore. Thanks for sharing your home with us and our family!

Nice Vacation Property

This property is better than we have expected. It is spacious, offers very good floor plan, and provides everything that we need. We have enjoyed our stay. The only drawback is that internet is too slow.

Great family vacation property

Better than expected! The property is a gorgeous big house located on a hill. I will say the picture did not do a justice for the property, it looks much better in person. As a part-time location photographer, I will say there's great room for improvement. Let's talk about the property. The Good: * Big rooms with good setup. Including living room, kitchen, patio deck. * Independent location, no distraction from others. * Good scenery, views. * Close to local attraction and business in three river. e.g. about 3min to Slide Rock recreation area. * 30min to Sequoia National Park. The bad (or some fact) * The property is though well maintained, is definitely aged. Furnitures, appliance are not new. Some of the furnitures, including one of the bed are a little shaky. * The network reception is not good, including the Wifi on-site. (We tried ATT is okay, Verizon is okay, Tmobile is no go, Wifi, probably ADSL? the speed is less than 1M) * Sequoia and King Canyon are large park, if one plan to stay here and goto King Canyon, a single trip will take 2 hours, will probably better stay at cabin inside the park if plan to go further.

Great place to enjoy nature

Gorgeous cabin with beautiful views. Just needs a little love in the inside; otherwise beautiful! We really enjoyed our stayed. We had no issues at all. The cabin had everything we needed. They even had complementary monsters and Pedialyte beverages on the fridge. The cabin was very clean from top to bottom and was very spacious. One family member proposed on the back yard and it was perfect for the occasion. We also could not ask for a better location since there were gas stations and places to eat within a mile away. I wish I could submit pictures of the set up when my family member proposed so everyone can see. We look forward to stay at this cabin again.
