Esta unidad tranquila está completamente amueblada, que incluye ollas, sartenes, cubiertos, todo lo que necesita para una estancia cómoda y relajante lejos de casa. También incluye lavadora / secadora y la privacidad para trabajar "desde casa" si surge la necesidad. Tu hogar lejos de casa.

Condominio duerme 6 con las habitaciones, incluyendo un sofá cama. La unidad está equipada con WiFi, TV con cable, ropa de cama y toallas de baño.

Amazing getaway!

We had the best time here. The place was very clean and comfortable. The private pool and pool access was so convenient for our family who loves swimming. The 3 min beach access was the best, when we would forget something from the house, it was a quick 3 minute walk to go and come. This is so handy with 3 children under 12. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. We will definitely stay here again!!

Family vacation

Condo was very clean, very well maintained, and close to the beach, It has a small backyard with a nice patio with direct access to the pool, and the patio is secured with a gate. Minor inconveniences no washer and dryer and being that you’re on the first floor you can hear the people above you. Overall, I highly recommend this place, If available, I plan on renting this condo again for our next trip to SPI.

Daughter's Wedding Weekend

This property is absolutely beautiful and exactly as described! Super clean home, updated and modern with more than enough room for our group of 4. The owners have taken care to make sure you have everything you might need... From pool toys to beach towels to extra blankets and throws. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook at home and included a mini Keurig! Iron and ironing board was a pleasant surprise and much needed as we got ready for our daughter's beach wedding!! Other guests around us were friendly, pool was not overcrowded and we actually made friends with another family enjoying the pool one afternoon! Short walk to the beach, literally about 3 minutes. Another great thing about this property is the location of a mini mart that's open until midnight and is also a short (2 min) walk. The store has everything you need and lots of things you didn't know you needed!! Can't say enough about this property, and we will never stay anywhere else. Nicer than any of the 4-star resorts we researched and for a much more reasonable price! Our daughter was married on the beach this weekend and having this beautiful home to stay in just made the whole weekend that much more enjoyable! Many thank you's to the owners and we look forward to visiting again!

Excellent place for a small family. We had plenty of room for 5 adults, a 10 year old and 2 toddlers. The kitchen set up was perfect for us. The patio and pool access was used daily, if not twice per day. We walked every day to the beach & back to the house whenever we needed. Honestly the only down side was looking for degreaser for a few of the items we brought or borrowed. And that was just normal beach issues not anything to do with the house.Thank you so much for an amazing stay and great quality family time.

Amazing stay!!!! The owners are so kind and gracious. Only a block from the ocean and we could easily walk there carrying a toddler and 3 year old. We’re so glad we booked this place.

I loved it! It was perfect in size and the attention to detail in the decor was beautiful. The short walk to the beach entrance was a plus! We will definitely like to stay here again.

Annual Family Padre Trip

This was our 2nd time staying at this condo & we love it! My husband's family has been coming to SPI for 50+ years & I've been going for almost 20. It's a great location & perfect size pool!

Great place for a family beach getaway

The condo was clean and spacious. It sleeps 6 comfortably although we only used 1 bedroom as our plans changed and it was only my husband and I who stayed the weekend. The property was a great location to the beach and the corner market if you needed anything which we did as we ran out of toliet paper and needed dawn for the oil that was all over the beach & got on everything. The property actually had dawn but I didn't realize until the last night we were there. It was also very convenient that it had basic utensils, coffee maker, cups, plates and pans you could use especially if you're staying a few days and want to make some meals at home with the family. The back gate also had an a entrance to the pool which was cool. Overall it was a great stay. I do recommend this property 👌😎

Awesome SPI condo for families

Condo was perfect! The property was clean, conveniently located, and quiet. It worked perfectly for our family of four including two smaller kids. The community pool is located right off the condo’s patio which was great. We were able to walk to a beach access. Our kids had a great time.

Location location location

We enjoyed our stay very much. The openness between kitchen, dining, living and patio was perfect for us. No issues really - bought ice and figured out the remotes. Enjoyed short walk to beach in the mornings and pool in the evenings. Beds were quite comfortable - master bed could be bigger but comfortable otherwise. Thanks Juan!

Amazing Place!

We honestly loved our stay! The condo was clean and spacious. The beds and pillows are comfortable and the rooms are of hood size. This condo also has the only private access to the pool so it was really nice to be able to leave our stuff behind the gate for extra security. There was a grill available, that we didnt use, but it was nice to have that option available. The kitchen was ready with everything needed: pans, pots, utensils, plates, cups and even a coffee maker. The location was great as well! It's close to Wanna Wanna so it was easy to walk there for some lunch. Down the street there was also a market available in case we needed some groceries. This is our first time renting this condo but I'm definitely saving it to my favorites for next time.

SPI Getaway!

The condo was very clean and spacious for my family of five during our 6 day vacation. The kitchen had everything we needed and the unit was only a few minutes from the beach. The unit had its private patio area with a charcoal grill available for use and direct access to the swimming pool. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return on our next summer trip. The only two things i would note is 1) there is no washer/dryer available for use at this unit. I overlooked that on the description of amenities so thats on me. I just wanted to emphasize on that because we did have to make a trip to the local laundromat during the middle of our trip to wash our clothes. Not a big deal if your only staying for two or three days but if your staying longer then a washer/dryer might be something you may require. 2) The unit is a downstairs unit as I mentioned earlier and the sound from footsteps and furniture moving from the upstairs unit does resonate. Just something to keep in mind if you are a light sleeper. Overall, the unit was great and we would definitely recommend!

Family Vacay

This was a great place to stay! Condo was perfect for our family. Walking distance to the beach. Pool was a huge bonus. Would love to stay here next year for our annual beach trip.

We've owned a condo at the Las Puertas complex since 2006. We know the Island very well. This condo is in one of the most desirable complexes on South Padre Island. Quiet and just a short walk to the beach or the Wanna Wanna Beach Bar.
