Cree su próximo recuerdo en Ocean Place en este hermoso condominio frente al mar ubicado en el quinto piso.  Hay vistas despejadas del Océano Atlántico. Observe la puesta de sol y la hermosa luna sobre el oc��ano, desde su balc��n privado, y es posible que pueda ver a los delfines nadando o a la rara anidación de tortugas marinas.  Ubicado junto al The Ritz Carlton & The Golf Club de Amelia, Ocean Place es una comunidad privada cerrada con seguridad 24/7 y se encuentra en el extremo sur de la isla de Amelia.

El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size con una bañera separada; Ducha a ras de suelo y armario abierto de buen tamaño.  El dormitorio de invitados también tiene un baño privado con combinación de bañera / ducha y su 3er dormitorio con 1 cama Queen y 1 cama individual, tiene un baño privado con combinación de bañera / ducha.  Esta unidad tiene una cocina completamente equipada con una barra de desayuno.  La sala de estar / comedor está abierto con vistas al océano. Esta unidad para no fumadores tiene 2 juegos de puertas corredizas de vidrio que dan a su balcón, una fuera de la sala de estar y otra fuera del dormitorio principal.  Reserve su estadía con Amelia Rentals y permítanos ayudarlo a crear recuerdos eternos.

Great Condo Right On the Beach

Really enjoyed having a friends reunion at this beach house condo with immediate beach access! The place was very clean and maintained well. Will definitely be coming back for another stay in the future.

Amazing Condo!

This condo is as nice as advertised and cleaner than most that we've stayed at. We had my wife and I, my in-laws, and my sister-in-law. We had plenty of room for everyone and we each had Privacy. The outdoor space was amazing and roomy. Will definitely rent this condo again!

Girls Weekend At Amelia Island

The beach was not crowded and everyone was spread apart due to COVID-19. This condo is a end unit and the views were beautiful plus the pool is located right below it. Can't wait until my next trip. Loved it.

Great location, nice unit but not clean

We very much enjoyed our stay but it started poorly. The unit had not been cleaned, specifically the floors, cabinet tops, bathtub, showers and windows. In addition, some of the coffee cups need to be replaced. I don't want to give this review because the condo, reservation and check-in process was great.

The Most Fantastic Vacation!

Wow, we absolutely loved this condo. Upon arrival it was very clean. And the views cannot be beat. Even in the kitchen, there is a cute table with spectacular views. They are everywhere - the family room, the master, and of course the balcony. The master was especially comfortable. Loved the furniture and the bed was so comfy. We slept great and woke up to the incredible ocean view. Loved that there were beach chairs ready for us to use and 6 hooks just inside the door. So helpful! Also loved the flooring throughout. The furniture in the main sitting area was very comfortable. All around our stay was amazing. We would definitely return. And the rental company was fantastic.

It has had lovely updates in the last few years, and the only complaint would be that it needs a new oven! We are disappointed this has been pulled from the rental program!

Ahhhh...

I can't imagine a better place to spend our first vacation post pandemic! The view is gorgeous and the larger balcony was a huge plus. The condo decor is so tasteful and beachy, it didn't take us long to settle right in to relaxation mode. We definitely want a do over!

Beautiful Condo by the Ritz

My husband and my 18 year old went with me to Amelia for 3 days. Very clean and wonderful location. Went next door to the Ritz (there is a path) had meals and sat around the fire pits at night. Larger space for much less than the Ritz but able to use the amenities. Condo had great balcony and view. Only cons are did not have a blow dryer, could have used a couple more blankets and the main area TV was small and grainy. Master TV was awesome and would have worked better in the family room.

Great Family Getaway

Directly on the beachfront, the unit had amazing views of the ocean and was even stocked with some beach items for guests during their stay. The unit was beautifully decorated and clean with plenty of space for our 6 guests. Centrally located, there were plenty of restaurants and grocery stores near by. Our family will definitely stay here again in the future.

Great family time !

Nothing better than drinking coffee watching the sunrise. Condo was excellent very short walk to beach everything very clean comfy beds and every appliance in the kitchen. Would definitely hope we can come again.

The photos should be updated as unit #60 has newer furnishings and paint. Ocean Place is the perfect place to stay on the island... easy walk out to the beach, close drive to groceries, etc. This unit (5th floor) offers great ocean views. Definitely recommend staying here!

A Place to Love: 60 Ocean Place

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family had the best experience staying at 60 Ocean Place Memorial Day weekend. The condo was beautiful, clean, and had the perfect layout for three families. The beach amenities and the large deck overlooking the beach captured our hearts immediately. We were concerned the space would be a little tight for our three families, but the condo was plenty spacious. Each family had their own bedroom/bathroom space and the dining area had plenty of seating. The kitchen was fully stocked with needed appliances, cook/bakeware and utensils. The two spacious elevators made it quick and convenient to haul our beach gear. We were concerned about the distance our littles (ages 1-6) would have to walk to the beach, but it was much closer than we thought and we had no problems. The beach wasn't crowded and was well maintained. The staff at AR&M were very accommodating. Because we had three families, we had an extra vehicle and they gave us a pass to park on their premises. The directions/information given was very clear and everyone we spoke to was helpful and friendly. The weather was beautiful and we were able to ride bikes, swim at the pool, and enjoy the beach. Our check in time was for four, but we received a call that it was ready around noon. After arriving, we had pizza delivered from Townies Pizzeria. It was delicious! We were also able to take advantage of some of the other local restaurants and found the food and service excellent. We enjoyed the Beach Diner for breakfast, Timoti's Seafood Shak for lunch, and The Salty Pelican and Down Under Restaurant for dinner. We also enjoyed a local bakery, Nana Teresa's Bake Shop and Cold Stone Creamery for some sweet treats. We also found all the groceries we needed at a very nice grocery store called Harris Teeter. Our family had such a lovely experience and I hope we will be able to return again and again.
