Fantastic location, unit, and amenities! We stayed here as a family of 5 plus grand parents. It was a great setup even with only 2 bedrooms. Hosts were attentive to any needs and so kind! The property the unit is located is beautiful and so well maintained. Access to multiple pools and an easy walk to Poipu Beach! Cannot forget to mention the included access to the beach club, we went there almost every day!

We loved our stay! We had everything we needed and more! The location was great. Saw the turtles and humpback whales from a short walk to the beach. Great hike nearby. We’d stay here again. Mahalo to the host for a great place to land.

The unit was clean and well stocked with appliances and dishes to make cooking meals at the unit easy. The washer and dryer were a bonus and the decor was nice. However the furnishings were uncomfortable and the mattress in the main bedroom should be replaced. Manager of the unit said that the owners will be replacing the mattress, this should make the next visitors stay in this unit a better experience. The location of the unit is perfect for beach activities, few hiking trails, and great restaurants nearby.

The location is amazing! We walked along a quiet green belt pathway to get to the beach which is just an easy walk away. The condo itself is great, well provisioned and the space itself is huge! The split ac was handy, as we only needed the rooms cool at night (not the living area).

Great unit for our 8 night stay. Would stay here again. Had everything we needed in kitchen, beach and bath towels, closet dresser space. Comfortable beds and ac worked well. Washer and dryer were a huge plus to have in the unit. Beach gear was in mixed condition but still had 4 chairs, umbrella, toys and wagon that worked well for our daily use. Three pools accessible with unit - one we used most that is very close to unit and another little further for regency units. Bigger pool with large hot tub next to Kalapaki Joes that is accessible via a short walk through the pathways. Only note for improvement would be the cleanliness- overall was good, but could tell less visible areas had been left alone. Under beds and in couches for sofa beds. Brennecke beach is easily walkable but we ended up driving most days to other beaches.

Our family of 7 enjoyed our stay here. We were very thankful that the unit had air conditioning. It was a spacious unit that gave everyone a chance spread out and relax. Our favorite part was that it was so close to the beaches. We really loved our short walks to Poipu Beach especially!

Easily accessible to the beach, Grand Hyatt and local shopping. Poipu Kai is a perfect area.

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay here. Loved the beach amenities got to use the boogie boards and beach equipment quite a bit. Beautiful short walk to the beach and just an over all great location. We would definitely consider booking here again when visiting Kauai.

Amazing place!

Location is perfect within walking distance to the beach. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. The property was clean, well stocked with everything we could possibly need. We will definitely be staying here again!

Great location!

Great location and residence. It could benefit from some minor upgrades and maintenance but overall it was worth the money!

Perfect for our stay

The place is clean and fit us all perfectly. There were 7 of us and with the couch pull-out, it worked great. Definitely somewhere we’d consider staying again
