We had a large family gathering and this property was perfect. Lots of activities in the home plus the pool and pickleball courts on the property. The proximity to Bear Lake was great as well. No problems at all. We loved it and would stay here again.

Perfect Home with beautiful view of the lake

We love staying in two Bears Lodge This is our fourth year staying there. The house is well equipped, and has plenty of tables and chairs and comfortable furniture and the beds are very comfortable as well. The backyard is perfect for kids to play games. we would recommend it to anybody.

Awesome stay!!

We loved our stay! We had a group of 33 and we all had the space and amenities we needed. The location was perfect for us, the beach front was beautiful and the sand was so nice! It was nice to be at bear lake without being super crowded everywhere we were. The host was very accommodating and really good at giving clear instructions for access and resources. It was really nice to have enough towels and supplies for a group this big. Everything was labeled really clearly. The dining area worked out really well for us, and the two main living areas were really nice to accommodate entertaining the many different age groups we had in our party. We will be booking again!

Great family reunion space

This house was great for our family of 24! Lots of beds, bathrooms, bath towels and the kitchen was supplied with just about everything we needed. The nearby private beach was great and the community pools were loved as well. We had a great time and really enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful View

We had a multi family gathering over a long weekend and this was the perfect space for us. The view from the back windows was incredible! The neighborhood was quiet and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything to accommodate our gigantic crew. I would definitely stay here again!

Family Reunion

Fantastic Family Fun

This is our second stay in this beautiful home. We had such a wonderful time playing together and having plenty of room to do it in! The weather was beautiful so it allowed us to be able to spend time at the pool which was great! We hope to be back next year!

The pictures don’t do it justice.

The house was absolutely amazing! The view was stunning, and the pictures don’t even do it justice that are online. Our family and friends had an amazing time and it was a perfect location for a getaway. The house was a quick with all cooking supplies and everything that we needed. I would suggest this home for anyone looking to get away and having a big group. It was epic.

Bear Lake Family Reunion

We enjoyed this home immensely. It was well situated in the Reserve with a grand view of the lake. Well stocked with supplies for our meal preparation. Lots of beds. Lots of towels. Grassy back yard was used for football and games. We had a wonderfully memorable trip to Bear Lake and would not hesitate to stay here again! Thank you!

We had a great time. Thank you! House could use more paper towels. Water heater ran out after multiple showers. There was a mouse in a mouse trap. 😬

Lovely view, lovely home

The view was lovely. The kitchen well appointed. Wonderful air hockey and other fun games. Swimming pool is not on property but a drive away with other sport facilities. Had some cleanliness issues. Water problems that were eventually solved. Management could have been more responsive.

Nice home with lots of amenities

We had a great stay at the home and loved access to the pool, sports courts, and private beach! This was for a family reunion and worked really well for our family. We loved the deck and accommodations for feeding a large group. It was a great location and beautiful area. The only drawback was that the main area to visit was a bit small and opens up to the loft. That made the noise carry from upstairs to the main level or vice-versa. That’s problematic for families with kids trying to sleep in the loft, but if you know what your family dynamics are and have a group smaller than 35 or so, you’ll be fine. We highly recommend.

Beautiful Property. Camera's not cool.

I loved the property, and loved the amenities, but I noticed a few cameras live streaming around the property, which weren't advertised anywhere, or mentioned in the house rules. I really hope there were not any inside the house. If the presence of the cameras had been disclosed, my review would probably be five stars.

Perfect Home for our Family Reunion

This house checked all the boxes for a really great family reunion. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed including crock pot, blender, electric pans, etc. Other houses we've stayed in were really lacking in supplies but there wasn't anything in the kitchen missing. Communication was great whenever we had questions and got answers. The house was clean, beds comfortable, plenty of towels, chairs and room. The neighborhood was nice, the pool complex was great with two large heated swimming pools and a big hot tub. Our family is scattered all over the country so it was so nice to have a nice roomy space where we could all spend needed time together. If there is a knock on the place I'd say it was the kids having so much fun on air hocky up stairs with an overlook to the kitchen and family room that it got pretty noisy - but you can't complain too much when the cousins are having so much fun. Thanks for a great time.

Overall, we had a good stay at this property. The house itself had beautiful views & was clean. There were plenty of towels for our large group. The well-stocked Kitchen was a good space for preparing food for our large family. Some drawbacks that would have made our stay excellent. The key FOB, which is needed to access the pool, tennis courts, and beach, was missing. When I enquired about it, there was a good amount of confusion as to whether it was even needed or if we would ever be able to access those areas. We had family members with us for only the first day of our stay, and they were unable to access areas that required a FOB. This made for unhappy kids/parents. Eventually the second day, we found a way to piggyback off of some others staying in the area to allow us access into the areas, and later that day, a FOB was delivered to the house. The remaining family was grateful to have access to the pool. Some updates/maintenance items. The oven's temperature was a little off, and took a bit of adjusting to get food cooked (not burned). There were hornets around, and one of our littles got stung. The first aid kit was lacking remedies/bandages. Bring your own. The fire pit is located in an odd location in the yard. It is on the far right corner of the lawn with a small sitting area that is right on the hillside. We cleared some weeds and had lots of water in coolers in case a stray spark wandered into the weeds nearby. Overall, a beautiful home.

Really big house

This property is all that it says. Very spacious. Lots of fun games. Maybe could use a few more children’s games. Plenty of games for adults. Common areas were especially nice. Lots of seating. The tubs are a dream. But not enough hot water for the size of the space. Pillows were very flat and kind of useless. Very dusty. Mattresses in basement were very uncomfortable. We found a dead mouse, recently caught in a trap, under a bed downstairs. Dishwasher doesn’t get dishes very clean. Lots of wall dings from moving furniture around. Everything was labeled which was extremely helpful but there were a few confusing things. Pool and hot tub not open in winter. The explanation of where the dumpsters are needs to state they are at pool parking not near entrance to community. Where you want the sheets wasn’t specified. No instructions on how to use the numerous remotes for the TVs.
