Estamos en un vecindario tranquilo a tres cuadras del centro de Ferndale. Un paseo rápido y estás en el corazón de la ciudad popular y artística. Restaurantes, bares, clubes de comedia, cafeterías, boutiques y galerías de arte, todo dentro de 1/2 milla.
Estamos ubicados cerca de 9 Mile y Woodward, por lo que es fácil conducir a muchas otras áreas excelentes: el zoológico de Detroit, Royal Oak, el centro de Detroit, el estado de Wayne y Berkley.

Nuestra casa es perfecta para familias, viajeros de negocios, salidas sociales o cualquier otra persona que aprecia un espacio ultra limpio y acogedor para quedarse.

Nuestra encantadora casa es un rancho de un piso bien equipado, completamente remodelado este año. El patio completamente cercado con árboles maduros y una iluminación caprichosa al aire libre hace que el patio sea un lugar agradable para tomar aire fresco. Nuestro vecindario es tranquilo y familiar. Muchas personas caminan hacia la ciudad y disfrutan de la vida.

La casa tiene 3 dormitorios (incluido un dormitorio principal con baño en suite) y 2 baños completos, cocina completa, cómoda sala de estar con TV inteligente, comedor y área de lavandería. También tenemos un pequeño jardín de hierbas que puedes elegir.

This was the most enjoyable VRBO property I have ever stayed at. The hosts are so gracious and responsive. The house is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The neighborhood is walkable to many restaurants and shops.

The “Funky Fern” was exactly as described, cute and very clean. It had a great location close to restaurants, grocery stores, expressways and a very cute downtown area. Hosts were responsive and very helpful and they had it stocked with the most essentials and amenities of any place I have ever stayed! Definitely would rent again!

Lovely stay in Ferndale

We (2 kids, 2 parents, and 2 grandparents) had a lovely stay at this home in Ferndale. We were a bit concerned about the proximity to the railroad but ultimately it was a very quiet location. Everything was very clean, and the hosts have many thoughtful items available, including shampoo and conditioner, laundry detergent, and a variety of fun coffee fixings. There were also children's items and games. Walkable to downtown Ferndale and drivable to a lot of great Detroit attractions. The two full baths were great to have. Communication with the host was helpful and check-in was easy. Highly recommended. Also highly recommend a visit to the nearby apple fritter donut shop - so delicious!

It was clean and had everything we needed very convenient as far as the drive time to shopping and eateries. The host was excellent in communicating with me about our stay and needs for our stay. I definitely would come back to this property if I came back to Michigan

Great Stay for Small Group

Stayed with 4 adults. Very clean and comfortable. The location and proximity to everything was perfect for our trip. Very reasonable house rules. Easy check in and check out. We dined out for all of our meals and did not end up using the kitchen, so cannot comment on that amenity, but it looked good. My only critique for the property is that one of the two bathrooms, which is attached to a bedroom, has a sliding barn door with large gaps that are a bit awkward for privacy. Can't fault the owners on this one, as the construction of that space makes it very difficult to put any kind of door there. Thankfully, the bedroom door can be closed for added privacy, but can be a little awkward if you're sharing the space.

Perfect

Our group was 2-65+ year old adult couples. Because of the small size of the house,I would call it a cottage. It was very cozy and well appointed with newer appliances and updated kitchen and bathrooms. The beds and furniture were clean and comfortable. The sitting ara in the back yard was appreciated. The location was excellent for easy access to freeways and major roads. The television was had a fully loaded app package. Everything we needed was on hand or easy to aquire. I highly recommend this property for a cozy stay.

Beautiful home!

Wonderful home- clearly well taken care of -probably one of the best VRBO I’ve stayed at! The hosts were super responsive to the few questions I had and the house was incredible well stocked with anything you could think of needing, plus immaculate. Will definitely stay there again.

First of all, let me just say Christi & Jeff are amazing. She had everything that was needed and/or required in the house. We wanted to extend our stay so badly, but we knew we had to leave. ☹️ You definitely have a gem right here. Wish you more success and definitely will be referring people whoever comes to the area. Perfect cozy getaway

My husband, three kids, and I truly enjoyed our stay at this cozy spot away from home. It was comfortable, convenient, and trendy. The amenities were a huge plus! Kids enjoyed the games and we enjoyed the books. The hosts were communicative, there were ample supplies in the kitchen and bathroom, and it was super quiet and just pleasant overall. I highly recommend this place! We will most likely be back :)

Cute bungalow with great amenities in Ferndale MI neighborhood!

Perfect house for a small group to stay in, with three bedrooms & two full bathrooms, and a quiet backyard, in a residential neighborhood in "Funky" Ferndale, Michigan! It's a short drive, or a walkable distance, to the many shops & restaurants in Ferndale. We loved the diversity of the locally owned restaurants in Ferndale. And we loved the locally owned shops too! Perfect for a weekend getaway!

Great stay in hip location

Everything was as advertised. Clear communication with owner. No issues. Everything we needed was there. Check in/out was no hassle. Ferndale is a really cool trendy location - it's not too far from downtown and only a couple of blocks from the main drag of Woodward. Would definitely recommend and if we make it back to Detroit, I will stay here again!

We both grew up in the beautiful Irish Hills & have lived in the Metro Detroit area for the last 14 years. We just can't seem to leave all the wonderful opportunities and activities this area has to offer.
