Built in 1920 and refreshed for modern comfort, this well-equipped two-bedroom home is just a few short blocks from funky downtown Ferndale and only a 20-minute drive from the ever-growing downtown Detroit.

Perfect for couples, families, or small groups.

We're happy to be dog-friendly! Please review our Pet Policy below before booking. A $75 pet fee applies—be sure to add your pet to the reservation.

We love Ferndale and the surrounding Metro Detroit area! Our house is close to everything:
• A few blocks from the Woodward Dream Cruise and Ferndale's many festivals, as well as restaurants, bars, cafes and shops
• 5 minute drive to I-696 and I-75 Expressways
• 20 minute drive to Downtown Detroit
• 15 minute drive to The Detroit Institute of Arts, The Charles H. Wright Museum of African American History, and the Michigan Science Center
• 10 minute drive to Royal Oak and Birmingham
• Near the Detroit Zoo, Somerset Mall, the Royal Oak Music Theater, and more!

PET POLICY
We allow one dog per stay. A $75 pet fee applies and must be added to the reservation at the time of booking. We have a large, fenced yard for your pet to enjoy. A dog bed, blankets, and bowls are provided.
• Guests are fully responsible for any injury or damage caused by their dog.
• Dogs are not permitted on furniture. A 20" × 30" dog bed and blanket are provided.
• Dogs must be flea-free and up to date on Bordetella, DHPP, Leptospirosis, and Rabies vaccinations.
• Guests must clean up after their dog in the yard and wipe them down before entering the house. Towels are provided.
• Any damage, excessive cleaning, or flea treatment required as a result of the dog will be charged to the guest.

Please note...
• To enter the home, there is a flight of 5 stairs with a handrail leading up to the front porch.
• Ring camera on front porch facing street. We take your safety as well as your privacy very seriously.
• Access property with a Smartlock.

Cute, clean property in a funky fun neighborhood. It was easy to walk to restaurants and shopping. My mom and I loved this little bungalow. The check-in process was easy and clear. The pillows on the bed were fluffy. There was a nice drawer of coffee and the kitchen was a good size and very functional. We will come back!

Great stay

My fiance stayed for a long weekend while visiting family. The property was super cute and well maintained. The hosts were really great with communication too. The location is walking distance to a lot of good bars and restaurants. All in all a really great experience.

When location and ease in traveling matters

Great property and the location was perfect. The house looked better in person which is seldom the case. Extremely clean and just a few short blocks to the heart of Ferndale. Great Place; Great Location

Perfect spot in Ferndale. Clean, convenient, lovely. House had everything we needed. My kids loved it - one called it "heaven" the other said it was "so cool." I recommended to the friends we were visiting so they can pass it along to more friends and family.

Fabulous Ferndale Getaway

This clean and updated home was located just two blocks from many popular restaurants and bars. I appreciated the cute front porch with string lights and kitchen complete with dinnerware for guests. Owners reached out but did not intrude- I hope to return soon.

Our new home away from home in Ferndale

Stayed with our 3 year old and 6 year old. House is very clean and comfortable. Furnished with new quality pieces and baby proofed in some areas. Nice touches like kids plates etc and enough k-cups for the week. Beds are comfy. Backyard is fully fenced and beautiful. Couldn’t ask for more. Hosts very responsive.
